Since I started using it, I have managed to keep better track and my percentage of new clients has improved. They help companies implement it easily so you can integrate it into your sales process. The customer support is good and fast. I use it every day and it helps me stay focused on the leads of the day. **What do you dislike about NEXTLEADCRM?** The tool is relatively new and some features are still in development, however, I trust the tool will get better each time. **What problems is NEXTLEADCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to have clarity about the main follow-ups I need to do and to keep a clear and automated record. ### 2.
