## Nexla Reviews
  ### 1. Robust Data Consolidation with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaspreet S. | Technical Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nexla?**

I appreciate Nexla's dedicated support team, which is available during different time zones and provides a direct joint Slack channel for fast resolution. I also value the access to Nexla SFTP, allowing me to view the raw files and the actual data our partner sends. This feature is useful for comparing it to what we ingest from Nexla, especially in case of data discrepancies. The ability to quickly retrieve resolutions without having to wait longer due to the support being available during both working and non-working hours is immensely beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Nexla?**

The turnaround time on complex pipeline changes can be slow to roll out. Nexla could improve by adding some transformation validation checks to proactively find out errors before being delivered to us.

**What problems is Nexla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexla handles data transformation and consolidation from partners, combining split files and formatting them to our specs. The dedicated support team and SFTP access help resolve issues quickly and ensure we receive the correct data.

**Official Response from Dana Palko:**

> Jaspreet, thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is great to hear that our support team, shared Slack channel, and SFTP access have helped you resolve issues quickly and stay confident in the data you receive. We are glad Nexla is helping streamline partner data transformation and consolidation to your required specifications. Your feedback on turnaround time and proactive validation checks is incredibly valuable and has been shared with our team. We truly appreciate your partnership and are glad to have you as part of the Nexla community. Thank you again.

I like Nexla for its data extraction speed and the positive UI experience, which makes managing pipelines, credentials, monitoring, and schedules straightforward. Its easy integration with Airflow is another plus, thanks to its Python-based infrastructure. The setup was simple, with organization creation and access provision handled efficiently through a web-based UI. Nexla stands out as a cost-effective solution compared to others like Talend ETL, offering a vast collection of connectors and seamless integration capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Nexla?**

Their error-handling mechanism should be improved.

**What problems is Nexla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexla simplifies data extraction and integration from diverse sources, supports seamless ETL/ELT operations with reusable pipelines, and integrates effortlessly with Airflow, thanks to its Python base and intuitive UI, enhancing job flow management.

**Reviewed by:** NIKKI . | AI Training Coding Expert , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Nexla?**

I use Nexla to bring data from different sources into one place and make it clean and usable without doing everything manually. It solves the problem of messy data coming from too many places, as the part of fixing formats and handling broken pipelines is mostly automated, making data cleaner and more consistent. I find the monitoring and alerts especially useful, as they catch issues early and send alerts when something changes or breaks. The automated data pipelines save time because I don't have to keep rebuilding things for every new source. Honestly, what I like most is how much manual work it removes.

**What do you dislike about Nexla?**

Sometimes the setup feels a bit confusing at first, especially for new users. There are a lot of features, so figuring out the best way to do something can take time. Also, for some edge cases, I have had to rely on support because the documentation doesn't always cover everything clearly.

**What problems is Nexla solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Nexla to centralize data from various sources, automating the process to make it clean and usable. It solves messy data issues, automates manual work, and its monitoring tools are really valuable for catching issues early.

**Official Response from Dana Palko:**
