This feature is useful for comparing it to what we ingest from Nexla, especially in case of data discrepancies. The ability to quickly retrieve resolutions without having to wait longer due to the support being available during both working and non-working hours is immensely beneficial. **What do you dislike about Nexla?** The turnaround time on complex pipeline changes can be slow to roll out.
