"Quick, Customizable Data Flows That Are Easy to Set Up"
4/5
What do you like best about Nexla?

Quickly set up flows to move data from here to there. It's also great how customizable it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexla?

Notifications are not helpful. Only the flow owner can set them up. There's no ability to customize based on flow/project (so we have to filter downstream). It's a major pain point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Data Consolidation with Excellent Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Nexla?

I appreciate Nexla's dedicated support team, which is available during different time zones and provides a direct joint Slack channel for fast resolution. I also value the access to Nexla SFTP, allowing me to view the raw files and the actual data our partner sends. This feature is useful for comparing it to what we ingest from Nexla, especially in case of data discrepancies. The ability to quickly retrieve resolutions without having to wait longer due to the support being available during both working and non-working hours is immensely beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexla?

The turnaround time on complex pipeline changes can be slow to roll out. Nexla could improve by adding some transformation validation checks to proactively find out errors before being delivered to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dana Palko of Nexla

It is great to hear that our support team, shared Slack channel, and SFTP access have helped you resolve issues quickly and stay confident in the data you receive. We are glad Nexla is helping streamline partner data transformation and consolidation to your required specifications. Your feedback on turnaround time and proactive validation checks is incredibly valuable and has been shared with our team. We truly appreciate your partnership and are glad to have you as part of the Nexla community. Thank you again.

"Smooth Data Integration with Impressive Speed and UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nexla?

I like Nexla for its data extraction speed and the positive UI experience, which makes managing pipelines, credentials, monitoring, and schedules straightforward. Its easy integration with Airflow is another plus, thanks to its Python-based infrastructure. The setup was simple, with organization creation and access provision handled efficiently through a web-based UI. Nexla stands out as a cost-effective solution compared to others like Talend ETL, offering a vast collection of connectors and seamless integration capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexla?

Their error-handling mechanism should be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Srinivasulu, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It's great to hear that Nexla’s speed, intuitive UI, and seamless Apache Airflow integration are making it easier to manage pipelines and workflows. We are especially glad the connector directory and reusable data pipelines have been a strong fit for your ETL and ELT use cases. Your feedback on error handling is very helpful and something we are actively working on. We truly appreciate your support and are so happy you are part of the Nexla community.

"Automates Data Consistency with Robust Monitoring"
4/5
What do you like best about Nexla?

I use Nexla to bring data from different sources into one place and make it clean and usable without doing everything manually. It solves the problem of messy data coming from too many places, as the part of fixing formats and handling broken pipelines is mostly automated, making data cleaner and more consistent. I find the monitoring and alerts especially useful, as they catch issues early and send alerts when something changes or breaks. The automated data pipelines save time because I don't have to keep rebuilding things for every new source. Honestly, what I like most is how much manual work it removes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexla?

Sometimes the setup feels a bit confusing at first, especially for new users. There are a lot of features, so figuring out the best way to do something can take time. Also, for some edge cases, I have had to rely on support because the documentation doesn't always cover everything clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dana Palko of Nexla

"Helpful and easy to Use"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Nexla?

One new thing I really like about Nexla is how intelligent and automated its data integration workflows have become. Beyond the no-code interface, Nexla now automatically detects data schemas, monitors changes, and creates Nexsets without requiring manual configuration. This means data from multiple sources gets standardized and ready to use instantly.

I also appreciate the real-time data validation and transformation suggestions, which help maintain clean, high-quality datasets with very little effort. Overall, Nexla has made the entire process of integrating, managing, and delivering data extremely smooth and efficient—definitely one of the most user-friendly tools I’ve worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nexla?

One area where Nexla can improve is enhancing its documentation and learning resources. Although the platform is intuitive, more detailed examples, clearer step-by-step guides, and deeper explanations of advanced features would help new users understand the tool’s full potential much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Dana Palko of Nexla

It means a lot to hear how the automation, schema detection, and real-time validation are helping you get reliable data ready faster.
