I also value the access to Nexla SFTP, allowing me to view the raw files and the actual data our partner sends. This feature is useful for comparing it to what we ingest from Nexla, especially in case of data discrepancies. The ability to quickly retrieve resolutions without having to wait longer due to the support being available during both working and non-working hours is immensely beneficial. **What do you dislike about Nexla?** The turnaround time on complex pipeline changes can be slow to roll out. Nexla could improve by adding some transformation validation checks to proactively find out errors before being delivered to us. **What problems is Nexla solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nexla handles data transformation and consolidation from partners, combining split files and formatting them to our specs.
