As a small tour company integrating CRM and Gmail together in one interface is critical - NetHunt does this at a value conscious price point. NetHunt has allowed us to collaborate more effectively as a team and helps us to save time with email templates, flexible layout pipelines and tasks attached to specific emails. NetHunt is a key software that helps us keep on top of sales.

Currently we cannot split email threads which is a little cumbersome.

**What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?**

We have used NetHunt for much more than just CRM. The flexibility of NetHunt's workflows has helped us get many company processes off the ground. Setting up no-code automation with minimal effort has helped us experiment quickly, which is vital to any startup.

Their customer support team is also always quick to respond and help out with any questions.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

While it is less expensive than other CRM options it is still a relatively expensive product compared to other third-party products we use in our software stack.

Managing the many contact we have with our sales team and automated email reminders for some of our operational and sales processes. Therefor processes are executed in a timely manner.

It's user friendly and saves a lot of time.

The NETHUNT tool has solved an important need that we had to link the information of the leads and contacts that arrive at our Gmail box and thus be able to understand and analyze how our business is working, in addition to having the possibility of promoting and increasing our sales, thanks to the linking of those records.

NETHUNT is a friendly and intuitive tool for the user and the configuration is very well developed to have autonomy in the parameterization of the data.

NETHUNT is integrated with Gmail, which also speeds up the user's work since they can access all the information and records from one place.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

There are many mass communication apps that we use with our clients but that NETHUNT has not yet integrated, although they have already notified us that they are working on it.

NETHUNT helps us to detect all the sales that could not be completed, in addition to giving us the possibility of making a precise follow-up of the leads in progress.

Smooth integration on LinkedIn for contact gathering and gmail integration.

All together, you don't want to have 10 different tools for prospecting, now NetHunt servers all our needs :)

Of course, development of great tool is never done, as we as customers are never completely happy, more integrations to Notion or Linkedin messages is still missing.

I like how easy it is to file all the emails in the same place and share them simultaneously with my team.

I dislike the bulkiness of the logo on emails. I wish it was a little smaller. I also have some trouble putting them in there respective groups. Sometimes companies come up sometimesy other folders. Not sure why it's not consistent suggestions each time.

Intuitive interface. Logic and simplicity of work.I represent a telecommunications operator, in CRM I act as a manager. The service is so good that we are renewing the subscription for the third time. First of all, I am satisfied with the full integration with Google Workspace. Sales management is intuitive.

There is no greater possibility of linking services with google than at present, e.g. from the google site.

**Recommendations to others considering NetHunt CRM:**

I'm trying to test a trial period. The care and professionalism of BOK people is at the highest level.

Possibility of returning to historical contacts and submitted offers.Thanks to Net Hunt, we get rid of the main problem in the case of both a small and large number of customers - that is communication and information problems, and thus data binding.

I like that NetHunt allows for creating conditional pathways in campaigns so we can really customize our emails based on our prospects' specific interests.

The NETHunt functionality allows you to customize the entire view for yourself. This is convenient because you can use CRM in any niche, both e-commerce and services.

I also want to separately thank the support, which helps me in setting up and is ready to go on long video calls for free.

Since the functionality is very deep, at the start it can be difficult to navigate and you need to clarify some questions with support.

Before we started using NetHunt we were using spreadsheets to track our opportunities:
- it took us less than an hour to set up NetHunt and connect to our LinkedIn accounts and from there one-click copies (and links) our LinkedIn connections into our CRM (now we own the data)
- and it takes another click and a few minutes to create our opportunities in NetHunt so that we can follow up more effectively

I have worked with and implemented some of the best CRM systems available over the past two decades and this is by far the simplest and fastest to use.

We have tripled our close rate this year: and now we are moving onto Phase II of our implementation which will increase our close rate, client service and revenue even more

It would help if we could add our Facebook network into Nethunt in the same way as we do with LinkedIn to Nethunt - then we could also migrate more of our clients onto NetHunt

I love that NetHunt integrates so well into gmail - it makes lead capture and deal tracking so easy! Also like the linkedin function, but what stands out is the ease of use for gmail clients.

There's not much I have discovered yet that I don't like. The one improvement would be a button in the individual email view that would allow to capture the data there.

Keeping track of conversations with potential partners - it's similar to a sales process, and this helps our team stay on track and coordinated. We have only tried it for a short time, so concrete results are TBA, but so far, it feels that it has already helped quite a bit

It's really easy to use and set up. Unlike most CRMs where you have to really tidy the data up to import and imports can fail if nothing is exact, Nethunt CRM lets you import with ease and tidy in the system. The search function is the best I've seen after piloting many of the bigger names on the market.

Still figuring out Nethunt CRM but so far happy with everything working as expected and the support team were most helpful.

My favorite things about NetHunt are the fact that it's built directly into Gmail so I didn't have to learn an entirely new software. The amount of customization you can do is also pretty impressive and the workflows are pretty great.

The pricing is a little higher than I would like but I do see the value with everything that they've built. The workflow limits are also a bit restrictive but we haven't really come close to using the total allotment so I guess time will tell if this becomes an issue in the long run or not.

We're using NetHunt as a CRM and a way to track clients. With how customizable the CRM is, however, we're starting to use it more for other things and as more of a large "to-do" list almost like a basic project management softward.

The most helpful tool for me personally was the workflows - you can easily create workflows once and then the system it's like it automates itself and you do not have to worry to do manual work.

NetHunt was the one that was easiest for me to keep updated and organized so potential deals don't fall off the radar. I have tried (paid) and used in previous companies, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, Agile, Prosper/Copper, and the features which I actually used were the best compared with the price.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

The jump in price between the plans ($24, $48, $96) is a bit steep, and I hesitate to upgrade to a higher level due to not needing all the new features a high plan offers.  It would also be nice if the data from my email would sync better into the Chrome extension.

**What problems is NetHunt CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The deal tracking and customization are not as good as some of the other CRM systems that I have used. This may be unique to our way of sales, but I want to track how long a deal has been in each stage and total time a deal was in the pipeline to better forecast and see where the sales staff may be falling short. 

Anyway, the doubling of price at each feature level is a bit too steep which is keeping me at a cheaper level.

Integration with GMAIL, no need for manual input or copy paste.  No need for diferent chrome tabs, all integrated.
Also the automation works very fine. We were able to attend both inbound and outbound leads with automation, we are a small teaam  
Ease of configuration (drag and drop), you can get up and running with a CRM and lead prospecting in a couple of hours. CRMS having so much features are usually very hard to implement. 
Linkedin integration allows us to add any profile that replies our email.
Support works very fine, always willing to help. We could get support in Spanish as well, and invoicing in our local currency.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

Hope they get Linkedin automation soon. Both for web scrapping (the Integration with Linkedin needs to scrap profiles one by one) and messaging. You need an extra software to do this. This is on their roadmap-

Managing lead automation, integration with Lead automation (Linkedin and mailing), We have an ongoing projects folder as well. We also communicate with our "community" customers, former customers, networking, by sending them content related to our activity. 

We can assign tasks within the team. We can also integrate google calendar to calculate CAC, and measure the effectiveness of our campaigns , funnel and team members.

We are using Zapier to integrate our teachable school, our linkedin automation tool, and forms, works super fine

That i can't, yet, sent bulk messeges, videos or sounds to messenger, as i send bulk mails, so i send one by one.. 
Also i cannot send the the way that i have reformed the Dashboard, as it is, in my team.. So they must make it from the Start..
Also, from the workflow i cannot see the, certain mails that i have sended, which ones are opened, unsubscribed... etc..
Also if i wright a lead manualy then if i conected with linked in, NOT all the contact infos are passed..
Also there is no SMS or VIBER marketing in NetHunt

All CRM tasks can be handled inside Gmail. 

The user interface is completely customisable and adding new fields to records is simple and efficient. 

Creating new records for any task (contacts, leads, service etc) is very simple and the customisable views are just so handy for a quick visual look at what is happening in your business.

 NetHunt CRM works quickly and it's integration with Zapier has literally saved us hours each week and made previously manual tasks completely automated.


**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

The follow up reminder system, although functional, is a little basic in that (at the time of this review) you can only set up one reminder for a record or email at one time. It would be nice if you could have more than one follow up reminder per record or email and have these on a schedule. This of course can be done easily using Zapier but if you're not using a paid subscription to Zapier it will add another cost. This is a minor con though and with some discipline there are simple and effective workarounds

If you like to customise your fields and views and work in Gmail then this is the perfect choice!

The tool has a very high level of integration with Gmail, which can truly be considered as a native one. All other CRMs that claim to have a high level of integration with Gmail are very far from this one (and I've tested tons of them). I also like automation functionality as I don't need to use separate tools to see how automated processes influence my pipeline.

I miss some direct integrations with other tools (I know they are on the roadmap for this year). However, now I am using Zapier to tie other tools from my stack.

Importing the contacts and custom fields I had from my last CRM was very easy. I did mess up the first time and was able to undo that, get a little help from the client success manager I was assigned and then retry my import. She then helped me setup a couple folders for buyers, sellers and deals, explained to me how to link those to contacts so I'm not duplicating workload and now I have pipelines created and workflows created to help me manage my workload and reduce the amount of menial work that I had to do with my last system.

It's not so much of a dislike but I am looking for a way to integrate an signature program directly into the system so I can quickly send non disclosure agreements to potential buyers.

As a broker, I have distinct contacts on each side of a transaction, buyers and sellers. Managing the deals I run and the potential buyers interested in them and take a ton of time and effort and Nethunt helps me with that.

Nethunt is keeping track of my buyers and sellers and my dealflow (the properties/assets that my buyers and sellers are seeking to transact). I've been able to automate several processes quickly so I'm not manually responding to every single inquiry.

Limited reporting and limited integrations with other products. I understand there is an API and it is a lightweight solution so it won't come with a ton of pre-built integrations. Also, not being able to add a pipeline account directly from the LinkedIn extension -  it only allows other accounts we have built out (advertiser/publisher records) . Would be happy to be told otherwise.

What I like the best is that NetHunt is integrated into Gmail, and it's very easy to add a new lead, contact, or company with one click. Mail linking is also a very useful option.

It would be great if there would be an option to create custom reports inside NetHunt, e.g., to create reports via filters. Also, tagging inside tasks would be good.

It's a great thing that NetHunt is built inside Gmail and integrated with other G Suite apps.
Once downloaded and merged with your Gmail account, you are able to click on NetHunt icon next to the email and link it to the certain record. 

Also, there is no need to add new contacts manually - you create new contacts with the click of a button from the inbound email, and NetHunt automatically fills in contact’s details where available.
Once contact (along with the email address) is saved inside of NetHunt, every following email from that person is automatically linked to client profile.

When it comes to creating new fields and folders for your dashboard - it is very simple, colorful and user friendly.

Importing the data from a CSV file was quick and easy in the only a few steps.

I have to mention the mobile app as well, which is very user friendly.

NetHunt has live support chat and the response time is cca 10 minutes. Pretty satisfying...

The most important thing is that we can create our own fields. We can use Nethut for very specific business. Another very important it's work direct in Gmail. We can work with e-mails any leads or orders in the same time.

Very pour translation in Polish. F.ex. button Save is USUN in Polish. USUN mean DELETE ;). Some things inside Gmail can work better, but in the end this is very good app. We can't work again without NetHunt.

I have used several CRM systems previously, including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics (as was).   NetHunt is less complicated to use, which suits our type of business, but it is also scalable for when we grow.  Its deep integration with Gmail was vital in choosing NetHunt (our business was based on Gmail before we chose NeHunt).  Of the CRM systems I reviewed and tested most were pretty poor in integrating with Gmail, which would have meant we had to change to something like Outlook.
The support team is excellent and usually gets me answers to queries quickly.  Even when a query needs development team involvement, responses are good.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

Not much - I would like to be able to search through old email campaigns and tasks using a proper search facility as I need to look back sometimes to see what we have sent out previously.   Also, I would like to have more statistics from campaigns, including the ability to filter the stats by the number of times something has been opened and/or clicked.  Better identification of email bots would be good.

Simple automation of email campaigns and tracking (we were very manual before NeHunt) - this has made email campaigns easy to do and saves time so we can focus on more research.

Net Hunt CRM is easy to use and flexible for everyone. They have a very helpful team working with them who are very helpful in solving issues that were encountered.

The NetHunt CRM is even more adaptive if the pricing structure is a bit lower when compared with present prices. Other than this everything is going fine with me.

mindblowing! It is just so easy to use and the user experience - CLEVER. With NETHUNT, you don't have to worry about building your software to manage work processes.

The software gives us a great overview of our contacts and deals pipeline. Yes, I am benefiting financially with this. My business performance has been increased a lot by using this CRM by maintaining the pipeline structure.

**What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?**

Very impressed with just how easy it is to get NetHunt up and running and how seamless it is to manage your pipeline using Gmail as the backbone. In your Gmail or Google Calendar and want to link a message or calendar entry to a deal, contact, or company? Click on the handy little NetHunt logo icon and connect it right up to whatever it pertains to, in a few seconds, with no more than 2 or 3 clicks. It's customizable if you want it to be. Email templates, open tracking, and link click tracking for emails is the icing on the cake. It doesn't feel like a chore to keep NetHunt CRM updated - it just works.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

Not a lot that I can say about NetHunt in terms of things I dislike or are negative so far. Every system has its quirks, strong points, and weak points - it's all about what you make of it.

**What problems is NetHunt CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetHunt allows me to use my established Google services to track my business deals, income, and more, with a customizable and easy-to-use pipeline + more. The balance between structure and customization is impressive, and it's great because it allows me to focus on what matters in my pipeline while avoiding distraction.

**What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?**

We love that we can put all of our information in the same place and ensure that it is organized and ready to access at a moments' notice.  It is a fantastic service that allows our business to run seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?**

Not much really.  It is pretty full featured.  I would like to see improvement on the tasks.  I love that tasks are accessible from all parts but I would love them to be front and center or at least be able to choose where to see the tasks that are needed to be completed that day without having to navigate specifically to that tab.

**What problems is NetHunt CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and the overall ability for our business to operate.  We have so many moving parts for our clients and without an effective, integrated gmail CRM it would be impossible.  We love NetHunt.
