What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?

What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?

I have found the integration with WhatsApp and LinkedIn complicated, as when they present NetHunt to me, they assure me it is possible to do so, but so far I have not managed to integrate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?

NetHunt CRM has serious issues with linking emails to the correct client records. If you send emails with the same subject to multiple clients, all those emails are assigned to every client who received that message, regardless of the actual recipient. This makes it hard to track conversations accurately. Despite contacting support, I have never received an effective solution to this problem, which significantly reduces the system’s reliability for business use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?

My favorite thing about this CRM is that it integrates directly with GSuite! I was able to easily add the Google Chrome plugin and then start managing my leads in a way that was seamless. They invite you to a customer support call as soon as you sign up for the platform so that you can leverage the features that are most relevant for your business. One thing I'd love to see is being able to send contracts that can be signed directly within the platform when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?

I used to work with Streak CRM. Growing my business and my contacts, it became a very tedious task to develop my reach and follow my prospects on my main channels : linkedin and Gmail.

Then came Nethunt : the linkedin integration changed my life. I can now populate new contacts and be on top of my reach using the best canal to connect with them. I also found the Android app very usefull. As an entrepreneur within the recruiting industry, I also huse Nethunt as an ATS. It works very fine.

I am on Nethunt everyday and got it to implement it very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?

Linkedin Integration is key for a CRM and nethunt does it wonderfully. I would have loved this feature on the basic version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
