# I'd love to see how other brokers set up their folders and how they manage buyers and sellers.

Whether it is real estate, loan brokers or business brokers like me. I'm curious how other brokers (who manage transactions between buyers and sellers) have set up their system. The workflows they use, how they trigger them and what if any other streamlining is possible.

Hi, Nate! I run a company that specifically builds tech solutions for real estate teams and agents, and one of the services we offer is creating full automated workspaces inside NetHunt for transaction & listing management. We also use NetHunt for our own pipeline of projects. As a brief answer to your question, we have folders for transactions, allied resources (co-op agents, lenders, title officers etc), and companies (brokerages, mortgage companies, title offices). Each record in NH is a transaction, and we smart link fields like Co-Op agent to the agent's record in the Allied Resources field. Right now due to the complexity of our automations, we automate everything from emails sent to tasks assigned through Zapier, and our client automations range from just a few tasks to the entire system. I'd be happy to show you more if you're interested in building out your NetHunt more fully! You can message me to julianna@themanifestnetwork.com to set up a zoom time. Hope that helps!
