What do you like best about NetHunt CRM?

The best thing I like about this net hunt it works directly inside Gmail and Google workspace so sales team doesn't need switch between email and a separate CRM system it keeps all our email conversations locked inside the CRM which happens outside the CRM with the customers so it basically mirrors the entire conversation and segment at as per the customer which gives us a complete clarity on customer engagement and even what to do on our customer followers this makes our lease deals pipeline task follow up and customer communication management all under a single ecosystem which is very effective rather than hopping around multiple tools of them this platform also supports sales automation and email campaigns contract enrichment and reports which is very helpful for us. What do you dislike about NetHunt CRM?

Their main limitation is that this platform is suited for teams who are using only customised email IPs along with specific email clients if a company is heavily dependent on other email ecosystems, the value may not be the same. Also, some of their advanced features like sales automation, contact enrichment and multi-channel sequence or bit limited when compared with other platforms out there. What problems is NetHunt CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform helps us by solving the problem of managing sales activities across scattered email spreadsheets and turning on manual follow-ups. It also helps us to centralise leads, consumer conversion, deal stages task and sales pipeline inside Gmail itself. This platform also helped us by tracking opportunities, assigning work follow up on time and understanding where each deal stands. Overall, this platform does an excellent job in tracking and keeping the conversations of customer engagement under a CRM setup, which gives complete visibility on a potential customer or a lead in their deal life cycle stage.
