  ### 1. Incredibly Human-Sounding Voice That Callers Mistake for a Real Agent

**What do you like best about Nedzo AI?**

Honestly the thing I tell people first is the voice. I've sat through demos of maybe six or seven of these tools at this point and most of them you can clock as a bot inside two sentences, the cadence is off, they don't pause where a person would pause, they talk over you if you try to interrupt. Nedzo's doesn't do that. We've had callers get transferred to one of our human agents and only realize partway through the human conversation that the first half of the call wasn't a person. That doesn't happen with the others.

**What do you dislike about Nedzo AI?**

The thing that bothered me most early on was that the agent would answer pricing questions with way more confidence than it should have. Edge cases especially, anything outside the standard fee structure. It wasn't making things up exactly, it was just stating things firmly that should've been hedged or escalated. We caught it because we listen to a sample of calls every week, and we ended up tightening the guardrails twice in the first month before it settled down. If you're not actually reviewing what your agent is saying in the early weeks you're going to find out about problems the bad way.

**What problems is Nedzo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The big one is after-hours. We're a brokerage, our customers are working professionals, and the calls that actually convert come in at times when no reasonable human wants to be sitting at a desk answering a phone, weeknights, Saturday mornings, Sunday afternoons. We were paying for an after-hours answering service on top of two daytime receptionists and we were still losing roughly 40 calls a week that nobody answered or that got handled so badly the lead never came back. That number is basically zero now. When I think about what those missed calls were costing us in deals we never even knew we'd had a shot at, the math on this tool stops being interesting and starts being embarrassing, we should've solved this years ago.

**What do you like best about Nedzo AI?**

The level of support is outstanding, especially for people who are just getting started. Marta’s responses are fast, clear, and genuinely helpful, which builds a lot of confidence when you’re setting things up and refining agents.

The platform is very easy to use, and the agents perform extremely well in real scenarios. Seeing how smoothly everything works has been motivating and has made me excited to keep building, launch my first sales, and grow long term with Nedzo. Overall, it feels like a high quality product backed by real human support.

**What do you dislike about Nedzo AI?**

One limitation is flow customization. When you have multiple agents in the same workspace, flows apply globally, which makes it difficult to control which agent triggers which flow. More granular, per-agent flow control would be a big improvement.

Another area for improvement is reporting. It’s currently hard to generate comprehensive reports that show all activity across agents and interactions. More detailed reporting would be very valuable as usage scales.

**What problems is Nedzo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nedzo AI helps automate and manage AI agents that handle real conversations reliably, which saves time and makes it easier to test and deploy real-world use cases.

For me, it reduces friction when building and refining AI receptionists, allows faster iteration, and makes it realistic to turn these agents into a real service offering. Combined with strong support, it helps move from experimentation to actual implementation much faster.

**What do you like best about Nedzo AI?**

I just want to take a moment to share how genuinely happy I’ve been with the level of support I’ve received from Nedzo—especially from Marta.

Over the past week, Marta and I have gone back and forth on questions as I’ve been building and refining my AI receptionist, and the experience has honestly been amazing. Not only have the responses been prompt and professional, but what really stood out to me was the level of care and genuine interest in making sure I was supported.

What’s especially impressive is that Marta is running the entire community, yet she still manages to provide a very personalized, hands-on experience. She’s made me feel truly welcome from day one, and that means a lot—especially when you’re running your own business and stepping into new technology.

Having that kind of support removes roadblocks, keeps momentum going, and makes a huge difference. Not everyone offers that level of service, and it’s something I deeply appreciate.

This has been a great experience so far, and I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing to work with the team at Nedzo. Huge thanks again—especially to Marta—for the care, professionalism, and support. It truly does mean a lot.

I'm fairly new to the Nedzo community and so far everything has been a wonderful experience. They are transitioning to the next version of their product and there are some exciting changes that are happening to all aspects of their business. They are doing this the right way with their customer in mind.

Marta, who runs support for the Nedzo community, has been exceptional at helping me remove roadblocks and keep my business moving forward. She consistently goes the extra mile, anticipates what I need, and delivers truly next-level service. **What do you like best about Nedzo AI?**

Hey everyone,

As the founder of TryEmma.AI and a long-time user here in the Skool community, I wanted to break down my experience with Nedzo. I’m looking at this through a product capability lens—specifically, how it impacts business operations.

What I Like:

World-Class Support: The support team is the backbone of this product. I have to specifically shout out Marta—she is a phenomenal resource. She answers questions on the spot and provides genuine help, not just canned responses.

Authentic Voice Engine: The voices in Nedzo 1.0 are top-level. In a market full of robotic interactions, Nedzo sounds genuinely human, which helps build immediate trust with our users.

The New 2.0 Dashboard: I am loving the visual overhaul in the new update. It’s clean, intuitive, and a massive upgrade in terms of User Experience (UX).

**What do you dislike about Nedzo AI?**

What I would love to have in Nedzo 2.0 (The Opportunities):

Lack of Actionable Task Extraction: Currently, the system talks well, but it doesn't organize well. I dislike that I have to dig for details. I need the system to generate specific "Outcomes" or "Resulting Tasks" per call.

Example: Instead of just a transcript, I need a line item that says: "Renew Prescription for David Smith."

No Urgency Prioritization: There is no way to sort interactions by priority. I want the ability to customize the dashboard (perhaps via a system prompt) to categorize tasks by urgency. If a patient is in pain, that should be flagged Red/High Priority automatically.

Minor Voice Glitches: While the voices are great, the reading of symbols (like the "@" sign in emails) and cultural tonality between languages breaks the immersion slightly.

Limited Regional Dialects (DACH): As a business operating in Europe, standard German isn't enough. I dislike the lack of Swiss German and Austrian dialects, and the absence of Dutch. These are critical for local trust.

Rigid Pricing Plans: I don't like the caps on usage. From a business scaling perspective, we really need an Unlimited Minutes/SMS plan available as an add-on for any package, not just the highest tiers.

**What problems is Nedzo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nedzo solves the following pain points for our clients:

- Reduction of no-shows
- Fuller calendar
- Enables better customer experience

It's incredibly simple to use and implement AI Agents on a wide range of channels, including Voice Calls, SMS, Instagram DMs, and others. Also, Customer support is on point and integrates with the most important CRMs and apps.
