**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

MyWorks is perfect for our small non-profit organization to sync orders between WooCommerce and QBO. The system we used before was difficult to access and often had errors occur. MyWorks was easy to set-up (absolutely amazing set-up support call to make sure all our settings were optimized), easy for our team to access, and has been running smoothly, making our accounting tasks easier.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

Occasionally settings are tricky to find. My current issue - how to make the log show more than 30 days is one, though I am fairly confident an email to the support team will resolve it quickly.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to MyWorks because our old tool for syncing WooCommerce and QBO was being phased out. After some research of available options, MyWorks seemed like the best fit for our needs and it hasn't disappointed!

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I use MyWorks Sync to sync my orders from WooCommerce into QuickBooks Online, and it greatly reduces the manual work I have to do entering orders in my sales lineup. Orders just sync automatically and download into my QuickBooks, making it easy for me to match deposits. I really like that MyWorks Sync is very easy to use. If I run into any issues, their support is very responsive, often resolving my problems within the hour. This is crucial for me as a business owner because my time is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

I find that the mapping is very confusing. If there was a little bit more explanation as to what each feature was being mapped to, that would be helpful.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I use MyWorks Sync to sync our online web orders into Quickbooks, and it saves us time by automating the setup of new customer files and entering their orders. It significantly cuts down on data entry errors because it pulls in data exactly as customers enter it. I love that it’s actually saving us money by preventing UPS shipping penalties due to incorrect addresses since the shipping information is accurate. Additionally, I love that it's affordable.

I ran into a couple of confusing areas when I was getting it set up but a little tweaking and I had it.

I like that MyWorks Sync syncs Xero transactions securely and correctly. It's trusted and there's no scam like with other websites. I also appreciate that it saves money from hackers. The integration provides insights after entering details in Xero, and setting it up is straightforward, especially since there's no need for KYC when signing up with Gmail.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

I think transaction syncing can be improved. I faced challenges with bill payment, invoice payment, and accounting transactions, including making receipts in PDF.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MyWorks Sync to solve Xero accounting work. It syncs Xero transactions securely and correctly, which saves money from hackers. It integrates well with Xero without needing KYC.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

My Works Sync has been a great time saver and makes it super easy to create products in Quickbooks, import them into Wordpress with WooCommerce, and then create and style the product pages. The workflow seems natural and easy to understand. Syncing the orders and payments is also a great feature and saves a lot of time once you get it all working.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

UPDATE: My recommendation of MyWorks Sync has fallen and I would no longer recommend it based on my recent experience unless they update their billing, integration, plans, and policies.  

I have a small business that has been using their Grow plan to sync my WooCommerce store front to Quickbooks Online  for several years. We are in the education market which sees an influx in business during August and September of each year and the past two years this caused us to reach the 300 order limit  of the Grow plan. I reached out to MyWorks to find a solution to get me through a few weeks of our busy season and was recommended to purchase a monthly Scale plan in addition to our annual Grow plan. I could then switch to the Scale plan when needed and switch back to the Grow plan when the busy month is over which would be cheaper than subscribing to an annual Scale plan which I don't need. The monthly plan could then be cancelled before the end of the month to avoid monthly billing. This all sounded reasonable and so this is what I did. 

A few days ago I switched back to our Grow plan and cancelled the monthly Scale plan I had paid for and used for the past 3 weeks. Yesterday my site went down and my orders were no longer syncing. I reached out to MyWorks sync to discover what the issue might be and was informed that because I cancelled and switched back to the Grow plan, all my previous orders were re-registered under the Grow plan  pushing me over the 300 order limit. This past month I had a total of ~350 monthly orders. My Grow plan allows for 300 per month and the month of Scale I purchased should cover 1000. Despite having paid for two plans which should allow for 1300 orders to be synced, my integration is no longer working, 

I am now out the money I paid for the month of Scale, I received no benefit for purchasing it because all the orders synced under it have been applied to my Grow plan,  my website is no longer working and I am having to manually sync orders, and I have spent far more time than I should have trying to troubleshoot, talking to support, buying plans, reconfiguring my website for the new plan, switching it all back, cancelling, more troubleshooting, and I am right back where I started paying for staff to manually create orders unable to use the services I've paid for.

I am currently looking for other solutions that allow for more seamless switching between plans and don't have service halting effects. If you are considering MyWorks Sync as your solution I would only do it if you can guarantee you will be under the limit for the plan you are purchasing. If you are like us and there is a possibility a sale or atypical event pushes you over its a nightmare.   

 
Original Review:

To sync the payments between Woocommerce, Quickbooks, and the Payment Processor requires that the deposit times and the syncing process are all timed appropriately. This timing can be a bit challenging to get to work, but once it's working, it's pretty seemless. There are also alternate ways to accomplish this.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyWorks Sync helps us match up our orders coming in through WooCommerce with Quickbooks online, associate the relevant payments coming in through our payment processor, and finally sync our products. When this is functioning well it saves a whole lot of time manually matching things up. It's typically fairly robust but the odd time it needs a little tweaking like daylight savings differences or when our payment processor changes when deposits are made.

MyWorks integrates my Shopify orders into QuickBooks, and everything runs smoothly. If any issues do come up, their support team is responsive and works quickly to get them resolved. Highly recommend!

The inventory control functionality is currently somewhat limited, but they’re adding new features all the time, and I’m confident that upcoming updates will address this issue.

Extremely happy with MyWorks! It's enabled us to connect our Woo products (and the thousands of variations) with Xero, meaning all our systems are now talking to each other, back and forth. The support team go above and beyond when I've had any troubles, no matter how small. It's very easy to set up and connect to the website and Xero account, and since setting up, we're using the connection daily. Really appreciate the help of the team, and cannot recommend MyWorks enough! Thank you!

Honestly can't say a bad word about MyWorks Sync, they've been incredibly helpful to get the solution implemented and everything works great!

Connecting our e-com products (with thousands of variations) with our accounting software, ensuring all products are visible across both platforms. This ensures consistency in products, but most importantly, pricing. I now only need to update pricing in Xero and it will update in WooCommerce! This is going to save me hours of work, now that it's set up.

When doing my inventory I like that I can pull inventory counts from QB to my website to overwrite in correct inventory amounts manually.

Would like the bulk push of products. I am not getting as many errors anymore so I can generally figure them out.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

Prior to discovering MyWorks we considered creating an app to connect our clients WooCommerce store with their QuickBooks account. The MyWorks Sync API for WooCommerce is very comprehensive and their customer service/support from Shaun W has been beyond helpful over the last 6 months!

All to say, that had we not discovered MyWorks it would have cost our client thousands of dollars more, and it saved our team time to complete our client's site well before the proposed deadline.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

Not applicable, MyWorksSync for WooCommerce and QuickBooks is a robust solution.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a unique use for MyWorks Sync for a client that strictly invoices through their QuickBooks account without processing payments through traditional payment gateways. MyWorks Sync allows all of our client's orders to seamlessly corespond between both platforms.

I love how MyWorks marks items as paid and creates invoices for us in real time. We used to do all of this manually, so this is saving our team a ton of time!

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

The only hiccup we see from time to time is when an item doesn't sync and there's no notification to let me know. I do weekly check-ins in the MyWorks Order dashboard to catch those.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marking items as paid, auto-generating invoices, and making deposits from WooCommerce to Xero so we don't have to do them manually.

I would say the ease of use and the customer service. I have been able to have all questions when needed and the initial implementation went smoothly. It has worked great for what I have needed in terms of integrating quickbooks with woo commerce.

Only downside is customizability and pushing certain information from woocommerce to quickbooks.

I love the ease of use and dashboard. This is accessed directly in the WordPress dashboard. The best part about MyWorks Sync is the customer service; the MyWorks team is responsive and efficient. They have put time into their software and support team. I highly recommend using MyWorks Sync.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

There is nothing to dislike about this software. Anytime you have an issue or need a custom solution, the MyWorks Sync Team is ready to assist and will find a work-around if there is no immediate solution. The answer to this question is there is Nothing I dislike!

They are providing a seamless sync to our quick books products. We are getting orders from our E-commerce platform and the MyWorks Sync is making it easy for us to invoice and manage the orders from the website into quick books.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

While MyWorks Sync has significant capabilities, it is equally simple for those of us who do not need a litinany of deep & complex features.  

We used a competitive product for years to sync our Shopify store to our Quickbooks account.  Our needs are pretty basic (sync sales to QBO and sync inventory to Shopify) with a small number of skus and moderate volume of sales.  However the set up an maintenance of the previous software/app was complicated and very buggy.  It failed regularly and required an advanced level of skills and understanding to fix and manage.

We'd finally had "enough" and searched for a new solution.

MyWorks Sync was simple and intuitive to set up.  While we could have done the onboarding by ourselves, MyWork offered a set up call/screen share that made it even quicker, completely painless to swap and ensured a seamless and trouble free transition.  

It is easy to use and to understand, with clear language and interfaces.

On top of all of that it is a cost value as well, with mulitple levels of account options.  And unlike so many providers, they don't bury the one or two key features in only the highest price levels.  So they ensure you can get the fully needed features at even the lower volume levels.

In short, they are prefect for us now - and have the full capabilities to handle any need we may have as we continue to grow.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

At this point, we haven't encountered anything to dislike.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provides sync of orders from Shopify to Quickbooks Online with ability to record as sales receipt and under a single customer designation.  Provides sync of inventory from QBO to Shopify, which is important for us as we sell both retail and wholesale via multiple channels meaning all of our sales do not come through Shopify and inventory is impacted from other channels.

Simple basic set up wit hsupport ready and willing to help. Quick response times when emailed, not having to wait for 24-48 hours like other products. We have not had one sync problem unlike our previous software. Great pricing for what you are receiving.

Wish it was able to add our new QuickBooks customers into our Woo Commerce site on it's own.

We use very few of the options this has to offer, and have not been disappointed. Perhaps if we had more complex products and needs we might run into some issues.

We were spending tons of time manually entering data into our bookkeeping software before getting this tool. It makes it so we don't even have to think about it. It has saved us a lot of labor hours and distractions.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

There are a ton of options to initially wade through, but that gives lots of flexibility. And once it is set up to your liking, it just works. When there have been occasional issues, tech support has been quick to respond. And usually it's just a setting that I couldn't find.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

It's a little pricey, but it's also a complex bit of software that requires heavy ongoing maintenance.  The options I'm looking for are not always easy to find, but so far I've eventually found them. Overall, MyWorks saves me a ton of time every month, so ultimately it's worth the cost, and I have the benefit every day.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a TON of time each month over manually inputting our transactions into QBO. The process is still a little bit manual, but we're gradually working out how to streamline that more.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I dont even remember I am using the software besides renewal time :)  It does what is supposed to, easy use.
If rarely I need to contact customer suppoert, they are very prompt with answers adn knowldgable. 
To undecided, I cannot imagine not having the software and entering everything manually. With a growing business, manual entry would be impossible. We keep getting orders all day long, so use we do put the software to work and make sure it's worth every penny :)

It couldn't be better for my needs. It's great as it is and please do change it.

We use to have to manually input orders that come in from our online platform causing issues with accurate and real time inventory reflection. MyWorks allows for those orders to sync automatically; allowing us to be more effecient with our time!

I like the ability to customize my work flow. Automation for syncing ECom orders and Invoice Generation in Quickbooks for B2B
I like the set it and forget it aspect.
Support is amazing as well!

I've had updates that have changed some of my settings. I have a unique environment where MyWorks sync's all e-commerce orders as sales orders, but my wholesale accounts get sync'd as invoices so that they can be sent out for payment through QuickBooks. Some updates have changed those settings and because it is a set it and forget it program, it took a while to notice it wasn't working as I expected.

Saving me from duplicate order entry for invoice payments.

MyWorks Sync automatically syncs my orders from my WooCommerce sites to my QuickBooks Desktop. This saves so much time re-entering orders and applying payment. It also syncs my inventory and customer accounts so I can have live inventory that updates as often as I'd like

There are no issues at all with the software. The only downside is the yearly price but it is well worth every penny. Especially with the insanely fast customer support

Easy way to connect woocommerce to xero (or other accountancy software). We can now use woocommerce for delivery / stock / orders; and xero for invoices and statements.
Customer support fast and answers the problem.

When customers pay by bank transfer and we mark order as paid on woocommerce there isn't a way to send this to xero, so we have to manually mark invoices as paid on xero.

Transfering orders on woocommerce to xero. We can now use xero to send invoices or statements to customers. Xero allows attachments of invoices to emails and direct links to stripe for payments.

The automation it provides is great. My woocommerce orders sync with my quickbooks. Plus the customer service (if needed) is great!

It works the vast majority of time, there are some orders (for whatever reason) that I have to manually push in, but this is very rare.

We use to have to manually enter and reconcille all online orders, now they are sent to quickbooks automatically, once they are 'shipped' from our shipstation integration. 

Our website orders are automatically synced into Quickbooks. This replaces us having to do this manually.

The customer service is top notch. There was an issue with migrating products over to Quickbooks that was unrelated to the Myworks app. The team has been very reponsive and helpful even when it was determined not to be an issue on their end. App is very user friendly and intuitive.

I have zero complaints about the app. Everything has worked as needed. I have switched away from using the Shopify app to connect with Quickbooks and will only be using Myworks going forward.

Incredible robust 2-way sync from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. I've referred / helped implement the software for 2 clients so far, and it's been a game changer for both of them. Effortless to use, easy to implement (with great customer service).

Almost nothing! It's genuinely an excellent, very well created (and updated) service.

I've helped implement MyWorks for clients using a WooCommerce-based web store for sales and QuickBooks Online for their bookkeeping. MyWorks means there's virtually zero manual entry, zero duplication, and maximum information flow between both platforms. E.g. there's even a single item list that is shared between the two, with no chance of mismatch. I've worked with other QBO integrations and have generally been disappointed with their syncs compared with MyWorks.

The thing that I value most about MyWorks Sync is the customer service and technical support. They are always very good about thorougly understanding my problems, and providing well-informed solutions with great results. Navigating something as complicated as integration between an ecommerce store and QuickBooks Desktop would be a much more difficult journey if it weren't for the help of the MyWorks team along the way!

There was a learning curve to all of the mapping and settings along the way, but they have excellent resources for understanding the way the software works--before you have even purchased your subscription! At the end of the day it was about as intuitive as you could hope for with something as complicated as website integration.

Being able to seamlessly sync between our ecommerce store and our QuickBooks Desktop file was a MUST before we even got started constructing that part of our website. Not only does it sync the orders, customers, etc in to QuickBooks--it also updates our website's inventory, pricing, etc based on data from our QuickBooks company file!

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

Since I do not come from or have experience as having anything to do with websites and softwares...the MOST helpful thing MyWorks offers are thorough documentation and videos that have answered 90% of our questions in total. In those few cases we still had questions or a specific request, MyWorks has come through strong with help via chat and email. Initial integration was fairly straightforward (thanks to video demo!). In specific areas were looking for or had issues with, they were extremely responsive and respectful and had a solution within hours of reaching out directly. And if neccessary, they asked we run a test order and make sure the solution was working. Call it old school, but I prefer communicating with a human to resolve an issue. We really like that they explain the issue and solution to help us understand how the software works and our team has always learned something more because of it. There are a lot of options to customize and adapt to what our business needed, which is comforting to know that we aren't stuck to a system. We use this everyday of the work week. All departments (especially accounting) are extremely happy and impressed with the integration of MyWorks to our process!

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

The only downside we have discovered after 9 months of use is how high our expectations have become when asking for support from other software companies. MyWorks has become the standard of support and for that we are extremely grateful!

We have used MyWorks for about 9 months. Initially, it checked all our "boxes" in a search for a software that would accurately and efficiently transfer website orders and inventory information from our website to our QuickBooks Desktop. We really love the ability to sync information based on the User Role and customize what and where that information goes into QB. As the manufacturer, this is critical since we sell to both individial Customers and have an extensive network of Dealers around the world. As a growing business, we discovered we needed to change our initial settings to accommodate changes we were looking to implement...changes that rely more on MyWorks now that we have seen what it is capable of.

I like how for the most part it just runs and you don't have to mess with it constantly. I like set it and forget it to allow me to focus my attention elsewhere.

There are some random issues that I have come across with some limitations on resolution. There are some issues that cause me to need to completely rescan my products if I want to resolve.

MyWorks has helped us automatically sync our inventory and order processing from our woocomerce Website. It has eliminated human error while inputing orders into Quickbooks. It also keeps our inventory up to date elimnating that task from our day to day workflow.

It does take a bit longer to process through this APi then other vendors APIs.

Some restrictions on exporting historical data, which IMHO defeats the purpose, but they were kind enough to waive that limitation for a few days which allows me to do what I need to get set up. Great support.

We've been using MyWorks for about a year now and it is saving us time and errors on data entry.  The support is fantastic and very responsive.  We appreciate that we can pay yearly for the service and get unlimited support included in that price.  Special support programs that other software companies require you to purchase are so annoying and don't make me feel like they value my business.  I definitely feel like a valued customer at MyWorks!

The support is by email, not phone but honestly I haven't found that to be much of an issue because they get back to you so quickly.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I have found working with MyWorks to be one of the best product integration experiences I have had. Their support is phenomenal! Very responsive and extremely helpful! MyWorks is flexible enough to handle unique situations. I've had custom fields captured in the checkout process that have needed to sync to Quickbooks fields. Once again, support for this has been great and everything works smoothly and seamlessly. I highly recommend MyWorks!

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

To be honest, I haven't found anything I dislike about MyWorks Sync. Everything works as it should. But, if a problem should arise, they resolve quickly and expertly!

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of having to manually input ecommerce orders into our Quickbooks accounting system - saving us untold hours of labor and unintentional data input errors.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I created a user login G2 for this MyWorks Sync Plugin review! I have a multi-site website for my customer and had an issue while I was setting up the integration with Woocommerce and Quickbooks online. Even though I tried a free account, they were so kind, and the response time was very short. (like less than an hour!!)  And they were willing to find the issue with me and fixed it within a few hours!!

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

Nothing! It was a very good experience for me!

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While I was set up the multi-site website, there was mapping issue. Which I had to turn off the plugin in Network admin, and it solved!

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I've been using MyWorks for three years now; it's a fantastic tool that helps me to connect with my Quickbooks online app with no errors; I loved the options page, which is easy to use and has full details about syncing data between Woo and QB.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

Sometimes they run updates without notifications, it happened four times in the whole three years of using MyWorks, but the downtime is always less than 2 hours.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We cannot depend on Woocommerce to handle our invoices. We needed a good software to do it and remove the human factor from syncing between Woocommerce and Quickbooks; MyWorks is the best solution we found, and since then, we are still working with MyWorks.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

MyWorks is easy to use and keeps the inventory on our website up to date. Adding new items and making adjustments is straightforward, and if you feel lost help is always available.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

I honestly have not had any issues with MyWorks Sync. There have never been errors and the training process was simple and efficient.

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyWorks allows our inventory to flow through from out accoun ting and inventory software to our website automatically. This process saves time and creates efficiency by removing the manual data entry and updating of updates and their quantity. Having MyWorks allows our customers to ensure that they are ordering products that are in stock and ready for pick up.

**What do you like best about MyWorks Sync?**

I love how I can map one product in QBO to multiple products in Woocommerce, enabling me to sell the same stock item as multiple different items in retail, this solved many inventory related challenges that accounting and ecommerce platforms just couldn't solve themselves without a lot of work.

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

I can't map bundle products in the product management screen of Woo (I have to go to the MyWorks mapping tool) and it would be nice if we could have "bundles" mapped to multiple products in QBO rather than having to setup bundles in both products (which doesn't sync quite as nicely to the invoice).

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to manage inventory when selling the same product under multiple retail SKU/products.  For example selling Product A at $20 when included in a bundle, but at $30 when standalone is not easily handled with Woocommerce so we create two "products" in Woo, which then creates an inventory management problem (how many total units do you have of each unit)... this was solved by having both products map to a single QBO product with inventory sync keeping both in sync.  Sell Product B and Product A inventory reduces.

One of the best third party customer service platforms I've dealt with in nine years of working with WordPress and Woocommerce

**What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync?**

Not much to say here other than be careful with the special characters used for the database comnection

**What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting client's QuickBooks accounts, especially for clients who are older and find it difficult to understand what all MyWoks does.
