Kind of a pain but my product line isn't huge so not a big deal. For a while the invoice/books wasn't balancing becuase of how that info was coming through, thankfully there looks to be a few ways to tackle that in the settings. But I feel it can be cleaned up more to make sure the line item detail comes over clearer and the invoice balances (instead of showing a negative for instance and manually balancing the invoice). Also i'm not sure if there is true bundle support yet, but that was an issue in the past. **What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** The syncing of orders from WooComerce integrating to QBO as Invoices (or you can change it to a different format), the syncing of products both ways (when I create items in QBO, they auto-upload to Woo as a draft so I can finalize it in WOO) and of course inventory level syncing. **Official Response from Brenda MyWorks:** > Hi Tyler! When I first signed up with the product, it was expensive for my tiny company. Although many users have switched to the cloud, out company still uses Quickbooks Desktop. At the end of the day, this isn't a plug and play solution but after trying quite a few solutions I feel like there is no such thing and MyWorks were the only ones to get things actually working like we expected. **What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an efficient way to pass our transactions from WooCommerce to QuickBooks so we could have an efficient accounting pipeline, without a syncing solution there is no way we could have all our data on the QB side. ### 23.
