**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

MyAlice.ai is a great tool that helps you with your ecommerce customer support. Straightforward and is easy to setup. I recommend MyAlice.ai to anyone running an online retail business.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

There is currently no option to submit a simple email or ticket explaining my problem to the MyAlice team. The options are booking a call with their team or searching the Knowledge base. I don't always want to talk to support, so an option of sending an email which could be answered in 24 hours (or less) or raising a support ticket should be available.

WhatsApp Integration is currently available at a high price (sign on of 300 dollars followed by a monthly fee). The team has given us a roadmap and assured us that this will be rectified by april 2022.

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I currently tested it to my woocommerce store and the part where I can see the order history of the customer and add products for upsell and other purpose works on the revenue side.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

The most helpful thing about MyAlice is that it brings everything an e-commerce business needs — social media channels, live chat, chatbot, store inventory, payment gateway, a mobile app — all under one platform. This makes it easy to sell and support on the go. Anytime. Anywhere. Another upside of using MyAlice is that it integrates with your WooCommerce or Shopify store, website, mobile app, and popular social channels like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and Line.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

There is not much that I can think of that is unfavorable about MyAlice. It definitely makes managing customer support and sales a lot easier, especially when it is all in one place. I would imagine that for businesses with bigger teams, the ticketing system could be helpful for collaborating and managing customer conversations more effectively. Additionally, the automatic reporting feature could be really useful for taking better decisions about the business. All in all, I have nothing bad to say about MyAlice!

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyAlice has helped me to manage my e-commerce orders, view customer details, and save time on support. I have also been able to generate reports on users, sales, agent efficiency, and customer ratings. This has allowed me to take better decisions for my team. As a result, I have seen an increase in sales and a decrease in the amount of time I spend on support.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

MyAlice is a good customer support tool, and I like it how easy it is to talk with customers. I like the omnichannel support and can connect my all major social media channels like Whatsapp, FB messenger, Instagram, telegram and also can chat my website visitors. The fun part is,  can see the customers' orders right inside the dashboard and can I can handle their queries faster. I can also create new orders and can send payment links right from the dashboard to the customers. It saves a lot of time and makes the process simple and faster.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

MyAlice is a great tool, but I would like to see more integrations with other e-commerce platforms. Some of the main e-commerce platforms like Bigcommerce and Ecwid are already in their roadmap, and I hope they will continue to add more integrations. I would also like to have a wechat integration, so I can chat with customers who use wechat. Overall it is a great tool, and I am enjoying my experience with the tool.

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyAlice is helping me to process my support tickets faster, and I am saving a ton of time which I am utilizing to improve my other business processes. Every minute counts in today's world, and it is a great win. By saving time and utilizing it effectively I am more productive and increasing my business performance.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

- Fast integration and multi-platform integration. My website uses Woocommerce, it only takes 2 minutes to connect my store with MyAlice. In addition, I have also connected my Fanpage.
- I can use MyAlice on both web browser and mobile phone
* The features that I like and are most useful to me, save me a lot of time:
- Search all orders of customers who are chatting
- Search and send suggested products directly to the chat box.
- Create orders directly while chatting with customers
- Automatically suggest products based on keywords when chatting. In addition, it is easy to set up smart auto-reply.
* There's so much more and I love MyAlice

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

- There is a delay when sending messages
- At the shopping cart and checkout pages sometimes do not receive updates on the latest messages

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

My favorite feature is telegram chatbot integration, so now I can really manage all my inboxes from one place!

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

I would love for my customers to be able to buy automatically, from anywhere, from a conversation with the bot. since currently my work team can share products in the chat and place orders within the conversation, but I would like the same functions but to be done without human intervention.  EDIT: they are currently working on that!! that will be awesome!!

Watch tutorials or contact support if you need activation for the API code  in your woocommerce store, because this is a easy to use but advance tool

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Merging all my inboxes in one place, programming a a bot to reduce repetitive answers, aiming all my clients within their favourite social network and answering them from in one just app!

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

1) The UX and UI are clean, and easy to navigate. My team can easily learn to use myalice’s basic function without a headache.   

2) MyAlice can be accessed from a web browser as well as a mobile app which is important, especially for our team to respond to inquiries at anytime, and the speed load is good.

3) The comprehensive functions that serve our needs in addition to LINE OA integration include: a) The analytics and report on report menus which provide comprehensive data which can be used fro analytics, and b) chat assignment & internal note for internal collaboration, and woo commerce integration with product recommendation & check out from MyAlice. P.S. our sale admin can covert sales easier through product recommendation function, and create a new order right from the software.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

MyAlice still lacks some of the functions which we would like to have which I have seen the feature requested added on their Roadmap. These include shared email inbox, and the knowledge base. The ability to reopen the closed ticket is important as well, and I believe the team is working on it. Also, I wish that the notes taken on chat with each customer can be recorded and viewed from the right side menu of the chat, and in the details of the customer(s) in the customer menu.

**Recommendations to others considering MyAlice:**

I would say MyAlice seems to be a solid software already even they just got started based on their current functions. One they accomplished the development of the features on their roadmap, I am sure that it will become a gem. You guys shall not miss it, or at least shall give it a try.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

I love the clean and neat interface of MyAlice. You can find what you are looking for very easily. The system responses are very quick and very customizable.  Integrations are also very easy, just like a plug and use solution for the integration part.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

But... For setting up the chat flows or sequences, you need to spend some good time on it. Honestly, I'd like to have some generic flows built-in and just need to modify a bit then ready to go. From what I have learned so far,  I need to build up everything on my own.  Hope to see some short tutorial videos inside the chat builder.

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chat bot or agency is a must-have for almost every single site, especially for E-commerce. It can increase sales and improve engagement with customers. MyAlice helps me closes more deals.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

It is the first tool that can connect to LINE.

Compared to other tools MyAlice does very well, I have a WooCommerce store and many social channels. MyAlice can integrate my clients into one platform, making it easy to manage my clients, my team and I can Manage and view the same chats from one place, the live chat functionality on the website is useful. to close the sale successfully

Beautiful UX/UI design, attractive and user-friendly. This makes it suitable for agencies that want to sell their services to their customers.

It has a great roadmap combined with a good product that responds to users.
Highly recommended, don’t miss out MyAlice .

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

Very good app to keep all customer service in 1 place, like from FB messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. What I really like about it, is that I can see customer information on the right side of the dashboard while chatting with the customer, so I can easily look up their order information and more. Before I always had to manually look up customer information, so this saves a lot of time. Highly recommended!

There is no Gmail integration yet, but I read that it will be available in the 2nd quarter of the year.

Normally I had to do my customer service in different places, now I have it all in 1 place which saves me a lot of time.

As an eCommerce business owner, providing excellent customer support is a must. MyAlice, allows me to save so much time by leveraging automated responses based on triggers and the integration with Shopify is awesome! Also, the UI/UX is clean and easy to use without hassle.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

Not being able to use it with multiple stores, and the monthly active limits can be an issue as I scale the store. There were some minor bugs using the app, but the development team is pretty quick to fix them.

I was able to provide a better experience to my eCommerce brand customers. Also, it allowed me to save so much time since it allows easy management of support tickets.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

Really impressed with MyAlice. I was able to connect it with my Shopify account quickly and have it running in a matter of minutes. The process was very easy to complete and get going. Connecting to my social channels was just as easy. The dashboard in MyAlice is well designed so you can easily navigate to each section and gain insight quickly. If you need to build a chat bot, they have a drag and drop builder that makes it simple for even a complete novice to build a dialog flow.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

Overall I really like the platform. My main complaint is that they lack email platform integrations at the moment. I did see they plan to offer this. For me this is an important channel, so I hope they offer it soon.

MyAlice really helps to streamline the customer service support. Being able to connect multiple channels and respond in one central dashboard is huge.

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

We love the way it integrates various channels into a clean UI that really helps our team stay on top of customer service. It is quite easy to navigate and very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

At the time of this writing, we do not have the option to translate it into multiple languages. We are based out of Brazil and it would be really nice not to have to rely on the Chrome Translator to get the UI in Portuguese.

**Recommendations to others considering MyAlice:**

If you are a small business and you want a straightforward easy-to-use Customer Service program that integrates various channels, this could very much be a great find for you!

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one, staying on top of tickets. This of course can be done with a variety of SAAS but MyAlice does this quite nicely and starting off with Customer Support hell (no software whatsoever) and then moving through Zendesk and others, we have found MyAlice to be just right. We are not a large operation and the features seem just right for a small company. Zendesk was way too complicated to run and not intuitive. MyAlice does great in these areas.

MyAlice is a good system that can be used to manage multiple modes of communication in a single dashboard, Manage access to the team members with the dashboard. Having the integrations like WhatsApp, Mobile App Plugin, Messenger and Instagram Chat give full control over the shop

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

Currently, it is suitable only for the WooCommerece and Shopify customers but they have promised for the Magneto and Big Commerce and it is slow.

They pull out all order history for each customer so there is no need to look up into Shopify which is so handy.... You are also able to manage more incoming messages from your customers from different sales channels which is great too. But...Described below.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

They are missing email. This is just a must-have feature as most of the incoming support queries are coming from email. Also, you are not able to manage more Shopify stores from 1 admin. There are a lot of agencies, business owners who handle more than 1 store. So logging in into multiple accounts is just taking too long...

**Recommendations to others considering MyAlice:**

Wait a bit longer until it will be a bit more mature tool.

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried My Alice and it could be a useful app but they have to work out the bugs we mentioned to them. UX and UI is well designed, easy to use even for non-tech people. Once they release email inbox and fix the bugs and errors we are happy to use it again.

Decent help help desk tools are hard to
come by. A Helpdesk tool for Shopify is
even rarer.
MyAlice Came out of the gate as the more
mature solution of the punch, providing a
mobile app which makes it really
convenient to answer Customer queries on
the go. Put that together with email
support which is supposed to come later
this year, you have yourself a near
complete solution.

MyAlice flow is very smooth and stable. I have used multiple scripts on my woo-comm store but this is amazing. The handling is more reliable and the product is super affordable.

I don't like the UI ia bit, but seems like they are improving on it very fast. 
Hopefully we will see there new UI soon, the team is active and response quickly.

I like the fact it is MAU-based pricing which means only the customers who actually interacted with chat are the one that I pay for.

Some minor bugs here and there, but the team is very responsive to my bug reports and address them fairly quickly

Give it a shot, they work for both Woo and Shopify and have a generous free trial.

Helpdesk and chatbot solution, a customer can come and interact with the bot first and request for human agent if the bot doesn't solve their issue.

Whilst there was a slight learning curve, it supports all the key social media channels and you can view all shopify orders in one place for the customer who contacts you.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

It's not always the most intuitive in UI/UX. I would like a multilanguage system for the backend and for the live chat widget.

**Recommendations to others considering MyAlice:**

It's a very good value solution and I would suggest to get in early here in case the price increases later to match that of the more established tools

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's reducing the number of steps required for us to support new and existing customers with their queries. We can manage it from one place instead of 10 difference places.

MyAlice provides a solid all in one chat solution for integrating different channels of communication. We use it in our store where we have rather complex products for sale.

Setting it up requires adding a little code snippet in WordPress, this is easy but I at first struggled to find it.

I loved myalice because of its easy to use , clean dashboard with all support channels in one dashboard. I don't have to login to difference channels individually now to check customer support issues and enquries. it has helped our business so much and helps to save our time

i wish they publish more help documents more frequently and and make the plan more cheaper..

**What do you like best about MyAlice?**

MyAlice helps me manage my orders, respond to customer inquiries, and personalize conversations with my customers.

I love using MyAlice for two reasons. 

One, it provides a centralized platform for my ecommerce needs. 

Two, the customer service is great. The reps are super helpful and knowledgeable and they always get back to me in a timely manner. 

I love the way the platform is set up. It is very easy to navigate and I love that I am able to set up my own customer service monitoring tools.

**What do you dislike about MyAlice?**

I tried integrating myalice with my Brizy cloud website but I can't seem to get it working. I would love to also see a template for sequence/workflows to make it easier for users to setup depending on their usecase.

**What problems is MyAlice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MyAlice is affordable and has a lot of great integrations that help me manage my orders and conversations across multiple channels. I am able to connect with my customers better than ever before and I love that I am able to keep my team informed of every interaction that I am having with them.
