What do you like best about MyAlice?

MyAlice.ai is a great tool that helps you with your ecommerce customer support. Straightforward and is easy to setup. I recommend MyAlice.ai to anyone running an online retail business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyAlice?

There is currently no option to submit a simple email or ticket explaining my problem to the MyAlice team. The options are booking a call with their team or searching the Knowledge base. I don't always want to talk to support, so an option of sending an email which could be answered in 24 hours (or less) or raising a support ticket should be available.

WhatsApp Integration is currently available at a high price (sign on of 300 dollars followed by a monthly fee). The team has given us a roadmap and assured us that this will be rectified by april 2022. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MyAlice?

The most helpful thing about MyAlice is that it brings everything an e-commerce business needs — social media channels, live chat, chatbot, store inventory, payment gateway, a mobile app — all under one platform. This makes it easy to sell and support on the go. Anytime. Anywhere. Another upside of using MyAlice is that it integrates with your WooCommerce or Shopify store, website, mobile app, and popular social channels like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and Line. What do you dislike about MyAlice?

There is not much that I can think of that is unfavorable about MyAlice. It definitely makes managing customer support and sales a lot easier, especially when it is all in one place. I would imagine that for businesses with bigger teams, the ticketing system could be helpful for collaborating and managing customer conversations more effectively. Additionally, the automatic reporting feature could be really useful for taking better decisions about the business. All in all, I have nothing bad to say about MyAlice! What do you like best about MyAlice?

MyAlice is a good customer support tool, and I like it how easy it is to talk with customers. I like the omnichannel support and can connect my all major social media channels like Whatsapp, FB messenger, Instagram, telegram and also can chat my website visitors. The fun part is, can see the customers' orders right inside the dashboard and can I can handle their queries faster. I can also create new orders and can send payment links right from the dashboard to the customers. It saves a lot of time and makes the process simple and faster. What do you dislike about MyAlice?

MyAlice is a great tool, but I would like to see more integrations with other e-commerce platforms. Some of the main e-commerce platforms like Bigcommerce and Ecwid are already in their roadmap, and I hope they will continue to add more integrations. I would also like to have a wechat integration, so I can chat with customers who use wechat. Overall it is a great tool, and I am enjoying my experience with the tool. What do you like best about MyAlice?

- Fast integration and multi-platform integration. My website uses Woocommerce, it only takes 2 minutes to connect my store with MyAlice. In addition, I have also connected my Fanpage.

- I can use MyAlice on both web browser and mobile phone

* The features that I like and are most useful to me, save me a lot of time:

- Search all orders of customers who are chatting

- Search and send suggested products directly to the chat box.

- Create orders directly while chatting with customers

- Automatically suggest products based on keywords when chatting. In addition, it is easy to set up smart auto-reply.

What do you dislike about MyAlice?

- There is a delay when sending messages

What do you like best about MyAlice?

What do you dislike about MyAlice?

I would love for my customers to be able to buy automatically, from anywhere, from a conversation with the bot. since currently my work team can share products in the chat and place orders within the conversation, but I would like the same functions but to be done without human intervention. What do you like best about MyAlice?

1) The UX and UI are clean, and easy to navigate. My team can easily learn to use myalice’s basic function without a headache.

2) MyAlice can be accessed from a web browser as well as a mobile app which is important, especially for our team to respond to inquiries at anytime, and the speed load is good.

3) The comprehensive functions that serve our needs in addition to LINE OA integration include: a) The analytics and report on report menus which provide comprehensive data which can be used fro analytics, and b) chat assignment & internal note for internal collaboration, and woo commerce integration with product recommendation & check out from MyAlice. What do you dislike about MyAlice?

MyAlice still lacks some of the functions which we would like to have which I have seen the feature requested added on their Roadmap. These include shared email inbox, and the knowledge base. The ability to reopen the closed ticket is important as well, and I believe the team is working on it. Also, I wish that the notes taken on chat with each customer can be recorded and viewed from the right side menu of the chat, and in the details of the customer(s) in the customer menu. What do you like best about MyAlice?

I love the clean and neat interface of MyAlice. You can find what you are looking for very easily. The system responses are very quick and very customizable. Integrations are also very easy, just like a plug and use solution for the integration part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MyAlice?

But... For setting up the chat flows or sequences, you need to spend some good time on it. Honestly, I'd like to have some generic flows built-in and just need to modify a bit then ready to go. What do you like best about MyAlice?

It is the first tool that can connect to LINE.

Compared to other tools MyAlice does very well, I have a WooCommerce store and many social channels. MyAlice can integrate my clients into one platform, making it easy to manage my clients, my team and I can Manage and view the same chats from one place, the live chat functionality on the website is useful. to close the sale successfully

Beautiful UX/UI design, attractive and user-friendly. This makes it suitable for agencies that want to sell their services to their customers.

It has a great roadmap combined with a good product that responds to users.

What do you like best about MyAlice?

Very good app to keep all customer service in 1 place, like from FB messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. What I really like about it, is that I can see customer information on the right side of the dashboard while chatting with the customer, so I can easily look up their order information and more. What do you like best about MyAlice?

As an eCommerce business owner, providing excellent customer support is a must. MyAlice, allows me to save so much time by leveraging automated responses based on triggers and the integration with Shopify is awesome! Also, the UI/UX is clean and easy to use without hassle.
