Multiview is very user friendly and the customer support is great. I use the software every single day, primarily general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.

Multiview was implemented before I joined the organization, so I can't comment on the implementation process. But I did implement the asset management piece and that went very smoothly. We recently moved to the Cloud version, and I have been disappointed in the slowness of logging on. Also, transferring files to and from the Cloud version is painful with too many steps required. But my understanding is that these issues have been resolved in version 23. We use the budgeting module and that has just now been released for version 23, so we will be upgrading soon. We started the journey with V22 in February. We are now to the point where everyone feels comfortable in the application. We understood going in that is was accoutning heavy with a small functional portion for materials management. After seeing some of the changes to the accounting side of Version 23, i am not looking forward to any transition to V23. On initially seeing the new application, my first impression was that is has been made more difficult to navigate. Also the color settings are less than to be desired. Multiview is very efficient and user friendly. There are many options for customizing reports and data analysis. The implementation process was very organized and went smoothly. I appreciate the customer support portal that is very easy to navigate and provides helpful information. The few times I have needed to submit a help ticket, the support team was very quick in response time and in resolving the issue or answering my questions. I use Multiview daily and feel like it is much more efficient and easy to use than our previous software. I especially appreciate the ease of use in the Fixed Assets module. I wouldn't change anything about Multiview's functionality. The only thing that occasionally is frustrating is the start up time when I first log in. The UI can be pretty confusing at times. For instance, the bank reconciliation module is tucked away under accounts payable, which doesn’t really make sense. Creating new reports is also a bit of a hassle, and uploading documents feels slow and clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation was an unexpectedly smooth transition because we had exceptional training. The software is highly customizable and we have tailored many of them to make them our own. The customer service is outstanding, we usually have an answer within a few hours. The system integrates well with Cerner which makes it very easy to customize and extract data. Except for a few minor issues, the implementation into Multiview went extremely smooth. We were up and running in no time and support responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I am in Multiview on a daily basis posting invoices, importing files from Cerner and doing multiple inquiries. What I like best is that I can have multiple screens open and not have to close one just to go back and look at something new. The downside that I have encountered is that it is hard to create specific reports that we require. The basic reports are fine but we sometimes need to add to them and are unable to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love the fact that I have so many different ways that I can look at the financials. The name itself speaks volumes, MULTIVIEW, you can slice and dice to get down to the level of detail that you want. I am able to download anything to Excel which makes it great to be able to create the type of report that I want. I can pivot within the system, and filter within the system. There is still so much to learn about the system. I do wish that the system were more user friendly when entering a free form requisition. Another feature that would be amazing is letting us select checks and then choosing which bank account to pay them against. Instead, we have to go into the invoice itself each time and change the bank account when we have chosen to pay a different way that what is our standard way.
