I've had issues with auditors and security settings and the answer i received was read the manual. I do not find the system makes us more productive than previous software ### 6. The staff in support are extremely helpful and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The one shortcoming of the system is lack of documentation. Manuals would help train new employees. **Recommendations to others considering Multiview ERP:** When looking at Multiview make sure you compare the functionality with other possible systems and then check the comparative operating costs. We found Multiview was far more cost-effective than other potential systems. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because of the nature of our business we have required much customization of certain modules. While we scoped out the enhancements we needed, MV was able to add utilities to make the customization even better than what we envisaged. The customer support is also excellent, the email support is very prompt; they answer the same day usually within an hour and can solve many problems by email, if not they will schedule a webex and follow up until the issue is resolved. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** occassional slowness since it is web-based. There are several functions, inquiries, reports, and budget module that are unable to accommodate more than two RAD's as part of the gl structure.
