It is refreshing to have excellent support for our software. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The PDF viewer is glitchy and shows the PDF too small. I would love to see some product improvement in this area. Their Related Accounting Data (RADs) are exceptional for tracking multiple pieces of information. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** There is not a manual available. Granted, much information is available via their portal, but that doesn't cover everything and you end up submitting a ticket for what is often a pretty simple solution. That being said, their help desk is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the product. I wish there was a mid-level license for intermittent users. The monthly fee for a full desktop user seems a bit much **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multiview integrates with our hospital electronic health record and imports revenue and supply information daily. I literally have data available the next day and can run reports in real-time. Multiview is continually making improvements, listening to and involving clients to research new changes. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** Once users are used to unit/account/rad set up, the format is easy to utilize but on boarding new staff is a little more challenging. The current wait time to get into the system is 2 minutes - minor annoyance which new version is promised to eliminate. It takes some learning and frequent use to get use to writing reports. One of the best things about Vendor invoices is not having to click different years or segments within the screen in order to see ALL invoices. It isn't perfect and some things could be done but I don't have the time to create them **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** Support seems to be a bit more rigid on what gets done at no cost. Layout changes don't always stick. The upgrade didn't resolve a printing issue that we upgraded to resolve. Hard to believe they wouldn't have seen the problem persist with other users, but maybe they didn't communicate the situation to their lower level staff. Since this time we have experienced a number of other issues including the FTP connection randomly not working and requiring Multiview Tech Support to get it restarted (twice) and an out of the blue bug which not only prevents us from printing out attached external documents (not much use if you can't get them back out!) and now the only way to clear out your temporary files during a day is to log completely out and then log back in. Of course, we are an AWS hosted customer, which seems like the proverbial red headed stepchild. Want to use the emailing with Multiview feature? Nope not available to AWS customers. Want to have the system default to your temporary folder for uploads each time you log in? Nope, not available to AWS customers. I like that MV can interface with Paychex Payroll, banks, and other software programs. The dash board and analytic report writing is an asset to the MV ERP. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** The newest version that is coming out seems to be more user friendly. As with all ERPs, there is a certain amount of training and working with the program before a user feels at ease and competent in operating in MV. The way in which uploading files have to be done is tedious and can be time-consuming in the beginning. **What problems is Multiview ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I appreciate learning that we could be interfacing with our other softwares that are tracking payroll, census, bank reconciliations. The is benefitting us to lessen the amount of data entry. MV is helping us to do our report writing from MV rather than downloading the data from MV and formating the reports in Excel. I like the options to include more descriptions and tags on my data entries. Data entry is easy and quick. Interfaces are smooth and effortless. I use the filter options and Sum functions ALOT--especially when I am reconciling. The more I use it, the more I love it. It is different from other accounting softwares I have used in the past, it took some getting use to. I also love the amount of data history I have to do trend reports and graphs. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** Four things: 1. The AP and check module aren't tied together, so you have to have both open when researching an issue. For example, exporting a check register won't give the option to include the Internal Remarks (Memo) for Board meeting reporting. Also, I would like to be able to click on a transaction and it take me directly to the Voucher & Scanned Document. 2. The P&L and BS are tedious to create and the canned reports are extremely limited for my needs--which are pretty basic. Currently, I just download to Excel and input the numbers into my own template. I wish it would print a nice P&L for Board presentations and also be easy to modify as needed. 3. The fixed asset module should be more user friendly and should be uploadable, the amount of spreadsheets and setup that go into putting the fixed assets in MV are ridiculous. We use an outside module for this currently, but I wish we didn't have to. 4. There has to be a better way to put GL accounts under a line item description on the P&L. I use your tips and lessons all the time. When I need help, someone from MV always guides me through the problems. People who are assisting are always patient and friendly. They always find solutions to my problems. MV is very intuitive, and I find it easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Multiview ERP?** You always have to wait a bit for someone to call you. I wish it were quicker in some cases. But it never got to the point of frustration or aggravation.
