What do you like best about Moovila?

Perfect Project has become an important part of my team's workflow. I've been using it for about a year, and I've seen significant improvement during that time. It has made it much easier to track the status of our projects, stay up to date on tasks, and provide timelines to stakeholders versus our previous system. It's sync with ConnectWise is incredibly useful as it allows task status, time entries, and resources to match in both systems. Thanks to this sync, I have been able to provide stakeholders up to date task lists very easily. The templates feature makes easy to set up new projects. Perfect Project makes my job much easier, and I would recommend it to all MSPs/MSSPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

If I had to nitpick, it would be speed. At times Perfect Project can take a little longer than I'd like to load. To be fair, it is perfectly acceptable, and it has improved significantly since I first started using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moovila solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using ConnectWise is not enough for project management. It can be difficult to get information and it does not contain everything a project manager may need. Using Perfect Project adds everything missing from ConnectWise in a much better system, focused solely on project management. It is easy to view project status and focus on the problem projects. "Moovila is a must for MSPs"

What do you like best about Moovila?

Moovila is the absolute best project management software for MSPs, since it was built by those with MSP experience! We now use it to manage all of our projects and hands down our favorite feature is the integration with ConnectWise Manage. This allows me to utilize the software to manage the project and my engineers to stay in Manage where they can work out of tickets as usual. It made for a pretty seamless transition for us. "Great Dashboard for Project Management"

What do you like best about Moovila?

The dashboard is the best feature to remind you of an upcoming or overdue task. The chat feature is great for communicating between teams and tracking progress. It is simple to update a job and clearly shows the impact on the delayed projects.

For the PM's out there -- the project dashboard is super helpful for tracking those projects that are slipping or have someone not performing. We don't use all the features currently; however, as we grow in the business, we will enable and unlock the program's potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Moovila?

Setting up a project in the critical path view can be confusing; if it isn't set up correctly, the dashboard won't display the proper triggers. I would have the admin spend a lot of time here to set the background up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Moovila?

The automated risk scoring and critical path engines. The ability to get a look at all assigned projects and their respective risks will be invaluable as the business project list grows. What do you dislike about Moovila?

The report out feature is limited currently to either a snippet or jpeg file. It would be beneficial for executive level who aren't regularly logging into software to be able to print out to a PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Moovila solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moovila gives us the ability to manage projects and individual tasks to ensure on time completion. It gives us an accurate look at current state of the projects holistically as well. It's really helped us to get more organized in our project tasks. The deployment has also went incredibly smooth. The software is relatively intuitive as well. The experience has went very well. What do you like best about Moovila?

There may be tools that combine project management and psa, but not like this. We needed a tool that would help our consultant be better at project management first and foremost. Moovila's Carmen (AI) helps not only identify issues with their plans but helps them take proper action earlier.
