The ability to work with multiple people on a project is great. We utilize the project templates heavily and appreciate how much time it saves. We also utilize the API integrations with our internal AI system, which also saves us quite a bit of time. Performance wise, the system runs really well. What do you dislike about Moovila? I would say my biggest wish from Moovila was the ability to link directly to a specific project. Our workflow has our team peer review our scope before we deliver to the client, and we have to export screenshots of the workflow which doesn't show the steps on each task. I love the seamless integration with Connectwise. The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn, which made it simple to get up and running quickly. Onboarding was so straightforward that I was consistently ahead of schedule each week when I met with my project manager. The AI integration with our calendars also makes scheduling projects much easier, since we no longer have to ask everyone for their availability. The most impactful features of Moovila for us would be the ability to create project templates to pull from when creating a project, PSA integration with automated task assignment and scheduling, and automated analysis/updating of project timelines. Being able to create project templates for all situations allows us to be flexible with our scoping to a client, allowing us to provide realistic expectations for expected time and budget. This has helped us bridge the gap between sales and the project teams to align everyone's expectation of the project that was scoped with Moovila's templates. Even when we update templates based on changes determined while working through tasks, the Sales team will automatically see those changes. Having our PSA sync'd with changes in Moovila (and vice-versa) helps us be efficient when changes are made. So much time is saved from an administrative standpoint. The ability to assign tasks within a project to multiple people (ad-hoc and in bulk) and then automatically schedule out tasks based on the technician's schedule in our PSA has been game changing. This allows us to plan out our entire week for all technicians with the click of a few buttons. When we miss task deadlines or need to push dates on other projects due to capacity being reached, being able to automatically update due dates is extremely helpful. We're able to plan ahead on when work will be completed and schedule things out accordingly. This also helps us better identify our future capacity. The onboarding process to Moovila was fantastic and support is always super quick to respond. What do you dislike about Moovila? The UI is clunky in certain places and PSA integration with consideration to accurate time logging. Moovila has been a great asset to our company. Before using Moovila, we struggled to keep projects on track, balance work loads, have work consistently defined for certain project types, and had a major communication gap with the sales team when scoping projects. It has helped us understand the flow of each project, identify due dates at both the project and task level, assess capacity, and call out risks early. It also makes it easier to adjust due dates across all projects as priorities shift. Using templates has allowed us to bridge the gap with our sales team to ensure that everyone is on the same page when going through scoping and work delivery. Moovila has saved us a significant amount of administrative time through automation of the management process, which allows us to use that time more wisely by improving the quality of our project templates and delivery. I wish that it was touch more 1:1 with ConnectWise PSA for the project items, having to assign multiple team members for the same tickets outside of the platform or teams in general is a bit of a struggle. It also does not include the contacts for the projects, so while you can create the project in Moovila and sync to PSA, you still have to make adjustments to the full project in PSA. The biggest problem that Moovila is solving for me is the scoping and forecasting of projects. I can easily adjust projects and show my leadership when projects will be truly expected to generate revenue for the company. Since we adopted Moovila, our project management has been spot on. We are able to during our Kick off call with our customer, show them the logic behind the project flow, show them what our estimated dates are, and if everything is good, book the dates on that call. Tying Tasks (ConnectWise Tickets) based off Tech skill level helps ensure that I'm picking the correct engineer for the task, and that we are keeping project margins looking the best. Louis made the Moovila implementation a breeze, and so far the entire Moovila support team has provided top notch customer support. I myself an the main Project Manager, but I also do 80% of the project work. Before Moovila, none of the Project Management work was getting done, as I was too focused on getting the work done. I use Moovila for day-to-day project management, and it helps me streamline resource allocation with smart scheduling. I appreciate how I can visually monitor my projects using the critical path feature, which allows me to map a project from start to finish and visually put together how it should operate. I can set durations and add hours, making it easier to follow the project process and instantly catch off track tasks to get a project back on schedule. The ability to check in on my project portfolio through dashboards is another aspect I value. Using Moovila as a bolt-on layer for project management with Connectwise has been smooth, and the initial setup was very easy. I'm still relatively new to the product so haven't had a ton of time to find out much, but I do note that closed projects have to be manually filtered out of the portfolio page which is a bit of a nuisance and the auto import feature has not yet been released so projects have to be manually imported. I use Moovila for project management and automation and appreciate how it removes many human error components from the process, making our team more efficient through automation. The capacity forecasting tool is really useful for understanding labor demands, allowing us to hire and train staff ahead of time. I like how template analytics provide insights into project execution over time and help us visualize improvements and reduce inefficiencies. The smart scheduler is great because it lets project managers quickly see who's available and qualified for tasks. The integration with our PSA platform and Microsoft 365 enhances its usability. Even though Moovila is complex, the onboarding team made the setup smooth, being receptive to our workflows and helping us configure the software to our specific needs.
