The most impactful features of Moovila for us would be the ability to create project templates to pull from when creating a project, PSA integration with automated task assignment and scheduling, and automated analysis/updating of project timelines.
Being able to create project templates for all situations allows us to be flexible with our scoping to a client, allowing us to provide realistic expectations for expected time and budget. This has helped us bridge the gap between sales and the project teams to align everyone's expectation of the project that was scoped with Moovila's templates. Even when we update templates based on changes determined while working through tasks, the Sales team will automatically see those changes.
Having our PSA sync'd with changes in Moovila (and vice-versa) helps us be efficient when changes are made. So much time is saved from an administrative standpoint. The ability to assign tasks within a project to multiple people (ad-hoc and in bulk) and then automatically schedule out tasks based on the technician's schedule in our PSA has been game changing. This allows us to plan out our entire week for all technicians with the click of a few buttons.
When we miss task deadlines or need to push dates on other projects due to capacity being reached, being able to automatically update due dates is extremely helpful. We're able to plan ahead on when work will be completed and schedule things out accordingly. This also helps us better identify our future capacity.
The onboarding process to Moovila was fantastic and support is always super quick to respond. We enjoy working with Louis as he's always on top of things and can point us in the right direction if he doesn't have an answer.
