**What do you like best about Mobilozophy?**

I love that mobiliozophy allows my company to connect, drive engagement and convert brand advocates into loyalists.
This platform allows me to make sure that people not only learn and engage with my brand, but it also makes sure they will continue to use it through mobile loyalty and rewards, mobile payments, and SMS marketing. For my industry, this is incredibly valuable.

**What do you dislike about Mobilozophy?**

Sometimes there can be a lack of support on the back end if you are experiencing an issue or technical difficulty. In my experience, sometimes it becomes more complicated to reach out and ask for help, than if I had continued to put in the time and effort to troubleshoot the issue on my own.

**What problems is Mobilozophy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is an all-in-one platform, They handle all the SMS marketing, mobile coupon, and redemption, and in the event that we are having a health care event for individuals to come out and learn more about us, I can even generate a QR code.  A huge benefit that I have personally realized, is that having everything in one central location is very helpful. I don't need multiple marketing platforms for multiple avenues.  Everything is collected and stored in one place.
