I like Mitzu because it addresses two major pain points for our B2B SaaS team in Germany: speed without compromising on data security and compliance. The standout feature for me is its warehouse-native approach, which keeps sensitive data secure within our Snowflake environment, crucial for GDPR and internal governance. Audits are simpler, and we don’t have to worry about data duplication or third-party access. The no-code product analytics is a game-changer for non-data teams like ours. Product managers can build funnels, cohort analyses, and dashboards independently, without writing SQL or depending on the data team. It allows for deep, B2B-specific analysis, accommodating account-based usage and enterprise customer journeys. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, adding to the ease of use. The advanced customization options for dashboards are still somewhat limited compared to full BI tools. We can build standard reports and KPIs easily, but when we want to combine product usage data with financial or CRM data in highly specific layouts, we sometimes hit constraints. More flexibility for complex, enterprise-grade dashboard designs would be helpful. Second, onboarding for very technical users can feel a bit light. While the no-code side works well for non-technical team members, users who want to dive deeper into query logic, warehouse optimizations, or custom segment definitions would benefit from more detailed documentation or advanced training resources—especially for teams used to strict data governance workflows.
