## Mitzu Reviews
  ### 1. Mitzu: No-Code Analytics with Uncompromised Security

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olimpia F. | Sales Development Representative (SDR), Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

I like Mitzu because it addresses two major pain points for our B2B SaaS team in Germany: speed without compromising on data security and compliance. The standout feature for me is its warehouse-native approach, which keeps sensitive data secure within our Snowflake environment, crucial for GDPR and internal governance. Audits are simpler, and we don’t have to worry about data duplication or third-party access. The no-code product analytics is a game-changer for non-data teams like ours. Product managers can build funnels, cohort analyses, and dashboards independently, without writing SQL or depending on the data team. It allows for deep, B2B-specific analysis, accommodating account-based usage and enterprise customer journeys. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, adding to the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

The advanced customization options for dashboards are still somewhat limited compared to full BI tools. We can build standard reports and KPIs easily, but when we want to combine product usage data with financial or CRM data in highly specific layouts, we sometimes hit constraints. More flexibility for complex, enterprise-grade dashboard designs would be helpful. Second, onboarding for very technical users can feel a bit light. While the no-code side works well for non-technical team members, users who want to dive deeper into query logic, warehouse optimizations, or custom segment definitions would benefit from more detailed documentation or advanced training resources—especially for teams used to strict data governance workflows.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mitzu to empower non-technical teams with self-serve analytics, drastically reducing report wait times and freeing up our data team. It ensures compliance by keeping data within our Snowflake environment, speeding up our decision-making without compromising data security.

  ### 2. Warehouse-Driven Flexibility, Needs UX Polish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sakshi B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

I appreciate Mitzu for its warehouse-driven approach that offers increased control over data quality, without the need for separate logic between analytics platforms, resulting in consistent data sources and time zones. The pricing model, not being based on the number of events, is incredibly cost-effective. The insights-driven approach enables self-service for product and business owners, eliminating the dependency on analysts, and helps in efficiently identifying and resolving issues like user dropout and retention through user journeys and funnels. I also find the native warehouse support invaluable as it allows handling of ad hoc user properties and experiments directly on the warehouse without needing data transfer to other tools. The integration with Snowflake is seamless, leveraging existing data models directly. Most impressively, the tech and support team at Mitzu is exceptionally competitive and empathetic, addressing any issue promptly while evolving the platform to meet customer needs. Their meticulous attention in supporting and working closely with us has been outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

I find that the user experience (UX) of Mitzu falls short compared to other tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude. The look and feel of the product could definitely use some improvement to match up to those standards.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitzu enhances product analytics, allowing us to track user journeys and retention without analysts, while its warehouse-native approach increases data control and quality.

  ### 3. Alternative to Mixpanel and Amplitude

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marton S. | CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

It is easy to use with great features such as MRR. I don't have to use reverse ETL tools for my data other tools as it is warehouse-native. And also it is great for our privacy as our data stays in the warehouse. Also it is ideal for us with large scale of data.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

So far all good, the UI could be improved but not that much of a problem

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lets me access and analyze data without relying on siloed teams or tools. Everything connects directly to our warehouse, so there's no duplication or delay. I get the insights I need fast, with full control over privacy and security. It’s a simple way to make smart decisions without compromising trust.

  ### 4. Mitzu is a must in the next gen datastack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Attila K. | Analytics Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

When companies lacked the tech stack to store event data, they relied on Amplitude, Mixpanel, and similar tools, which can become insanely expensive as a company grows. Meanwhile, you were also storing the data yourself, resulting in two separate realities, one that cannot be corrected if something goes wrong (surely, you've never encountered that before, nor do you have a hidden note for a specific time period when a chart contained incorrect data) and one that you can modify as needed.

The best thing about Mitzu is that it sits on top of your stored data, what you own and control.

It took like 5 minutes to setup, and the insights are quite straight forward!

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

I don't think we miss anything function wise. A bit more customisation on the charts would be nice, colour and texts, probably even notes. On dashboard creation to be able to create not standard width dashboards. Probably automatic email sending would be nice too, or slack integration.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selfe serve data usage is mainly solved by Mitzu. We mainly just have to maintain the data and marketing, sales, product can do free style analysis.

  ### 5. Mitzu is our go-to product analytics tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bálint T. | Lead Analytics Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

Segmentation, funnel analytics and retention calculation in seconds. I can export the SQL query tweak on it.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

The team needs to make the app and the charts visually more appealing and apply data visualization best practices.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitzu saves lot of time for us with its features. We are using it as a self-serve tool, so GTM and R&D teams themselves are able pull their own insights out.

  ### 6. With Mitzu you can change the way of seeing Data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

Mitzu.io is a fantastic tool for analytics! No need for other tools. Also automated SQL make insights like funnels and retention tracking easy, even for non-technical users. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

I've just started using Mitzu.io, and it has potential. The integration with data warehouse works well, However, I am still figuring out some features also there is no AI tool in it still.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Budget-Friendly: As someone funding my own projects, Mitzu's warehouse-native approach means I don't need to shell out for pricey analytics tools. It's like finding a hidden treasure in the world of data analysis.

SQL Simplification: I'm not an SQL wizard, so Mitzu's automatic query generation is like having a personal data analyst.

  ### 7. Easy to use tool with super helpful support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dia T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

We created dashboard based on both GA4 data and our own database (segmentations, funnels..). Very easy to create insights - even if calculated measures are included - in just in a few seconds. Reliable and real time data source, we love it!

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

Perhaps more type of charts could be used, or the ones available could be more customised, but they all meet most visualisation needs.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can monitor our conversions, our sales funnels in real time - no matter how big the data set is.

  ### 8. Scalable, cost-efficient, fits SaaS model

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fruzsina P. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

The product offers unlimited queries, so as we scale, we can still have a predictable expense. We could implement it very easily, in 1 hour. On top of that, it doesn't copy data, so security is also set, which is very important in SaaS, especially fintech. A unique feature is revenue attribution, where we can connect our users and conversions to our incoming revenue for online sales, and this is something we couldn't find in other product analytics tools. Customer support answered instantly and was very helpful. We use this daily to track user behavior and changes in conversion.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

UX sometimes could be more straightforward

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking user behavior, conversions, funnels, customer journey and revenue attribution (MRR, ARR).

  ### 9. Simplest warehouse native product analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Mitzu?**

It works just like any BI tool (Tableau, PowerBI). It doesn't copy your data, instead it creates SQL queries that answer ad hoc business questions.

It was very easy to integrate it with out data warehouse.

**What do you dislike about Mitzu?**

Some features are still missing, like listing events or a single user's profile. But it seems they are releasing every week some new features.

**What problems is Mitzu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitzu is a product analytics tool, like Amplitude or Mixpanel. However, it works natively on our SQL data warehouse. We have too much data in our data warehouse to copy it to external tools. Mitzu just writes plain old SQL for the funnel, retention, or user segmentation questions.
Product managers don't need to know SQL, it does instead of them.
