When companies lacked the tech stack to store event data, they relied on Amplitude, Mixpanel, and similar tools, which can become insanely expensive as a company grows. Meanwhile, you were also storing the data yourself, resulting in two separate realities, one that cannot be corrected if something goes wrong (surely, you've never encountered that before, nor do you have a hidden note for a specific time period when a chart contained incorrect data) and one that you can modify as needed.
The best thing about Mitzu is that it sits on top of your stored data, what you own and control.
It took like 5 minutes to setup, and the insights are quite straight forward! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't think we miss anything function wise. A bit more customisation on the charts would be nice, colour and texts, probably even notes. On dashboard creation to be able to create not standard width dashboards. Probably automatic email sending would be nice too, or slack integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
