Additionally, the cost of using the Melissa Data suite might be a concern, especially if it strains our budget. There are also certain features and functionalities that we wish the tool had but currently lacks. Melissa Data Quality provides a fast, reliable, and simple service to validate and update customer information and data. We maintain a fairly large database of constituents who we regularly send mail to. Melissa Data Quality Suite is available for all of the countries that we need. We originally used Linux server objects (which had to be built) for performance. About a year ago, we switched to the web services because performance is at the levels we need. No more building objects and bi-monthly server updates! Excellent developer docs, too.
