Honestly, it’s hard to find much to fault. If I had to pick one thing, it’s that the platform has so many granular settings and advanced data capabilities that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first glance when you just want a simple setup. That said, it’s a very good problem to have—it shows just how powerful and customizable the tool actually is under the hood. I use Loqate as an address validator in our checkout. It helps increase conversion in the checkout, and helps make sure our warehouse gets correct addresses. A feature I liked a lot is that it can convert addresses from different languages to the Latin alphabet, so customers can enter their address in their local language and our warehouse can process the order. Improvements in Loqate have been rather smooth once the integration is set up. I would recommend Loqate as a tool, and I think it has higher quality than the free options. I think Loqate’s account management could be better. We used to have a key account manager who actively asked about our challenges and issues, but he left about a year ago, and we haven’t had any collaboration since. We feel like a silent partner. I think it’s important to maintain those relationships, see how Loqate can help us, and look for more business opportunities. I use Loqate for address validation in our web and app checkout. Customers can quickly find their address and fill in checkout forms faster, while the address data stays accurate. It just works: we plug it in and leave it, we never have issues, and it needs no ongoing management. I value its address capture service because its postcode lookup coverage is the best of any tool in this space, including for new-build properties, flats, and rural areas.
