MeetingFull acts as our "central source of truth" where team members can find information on future meeting agendas, meeting summaries, action items, and more. As a result, we're able to spend our time more effectively than ever before. **What do you dislike about MeetingFull?** There's nothing that I dislike about MeetingFull, and I don't see any downsides to using the tool. **What problems is MeetingFull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization: MeetingFull acts as our "central source of truth" where team members can find information on past or upcoming meetings. Before using Meetingfull, we struggled to remember the outcomes of each call and action items were falling through the cracks. Productivity: By creating meeting agendas, team members are able to show up to meetings fully prepared. This not only reduces the total time we need to meet but ensures we are using our time wisely. Accountability: MeetinFull has made my job as a manager much easier. By assigning action items to team members, it's clear who is accountable and it allows me to see which action items have been completed without having to track people down. ### 2. We can now see notes from previous meetings, easily take notes during a meeting, assign follow-up items, and ask for an agenda when a meeting is placed on our calendar with no information. Meetinfull has saved us time and gotten us organized. **What do you dislike about MeetingFull?** I would love a Salesforce integration that would allow all of our meeting notes to flow over to Salesforce and have actions items create a task for the rep to ensure proper follow-up. **What problems is MeetingFull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring we have proper documentation of every meeting with assigned follow-up tasks. It also allows us to easily communicate if we are running late or need to reschedule. ### 3. MeetingFull has become a form of company memory -- we rely on it to look back on decisions made. **What do you dislike about MeetingFull?** To take full advantage of MeetingFull you have to change some of your old bad habits. To do that you have to be motivated. **What problems is MeetingFull solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeps our meetings focused. Helps us to make sure that we're following up on decisions made.
