MediSign is an integrated practice management software at a very competitive price. It is addressed to doctors and health professionals in private practice. It is Cloud-based software, which means that an internet connection and a modern browser are enough to run MediSign from your computer, but also from your tablet or mobile phone. Your data is available from everywhere, anytime. Quickly add a new patient. A synonym check is performed when entering a new patient. Search for a patient using their name (only a few letters) or SSN. Electronic Health Records include patient demographics and photographs, personal history, family and social history, and encounters management. You can attach any type of document or image to a patient record or encounter record. MediSign includes medical terminology (like ICD10-CM) to facilitate the processing of patient records. However, the user can easily add custom terms. You can easily arrange the Appointments with the patients in weekly, monthly, and daily views. Patient Invoicing is quick and easy. MediSign produces elegant pdf Invoices. You can visualize your data using a variety of statistical reports, as Patients per year, Patients per month, Gender distribution, etc. You can try it out for free for 30 days. What do you like best about MediSign?

The pricing tier for the SMBC cards for doctors and e HBusweise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MediSign?

That the order is not being processed, that the Medisign portal is defective, that there is no response to emails and registered letters, even though deadlines for the required cards in the practice are expiring; the promised 3-week delivery time (longer than competitors) has already been exceeded after more than 2 months without feedback, even the medical association currently achieves nothing there.
