
What we like most about Vendasta Matchcraft is how it simplifies complex ad platforms while still delivering strong performance. In addition to managing Google Search, Display, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns efficiently, the ongoing support team and regular weekly update meetings help ensure campaigns are continually optimized. The integrated reporting inside the Vendasta dashboard has been a game changer, making it easy to communicate performance clearly and confidently back to our clients. It’s difficult to point to a true downside because the support, responsiveness, and access to the Matchcraft team are excellent. If there’s one challenge, it’s simply the execution timing that can come with working alongside a third-party team. In some fast-moving or urgent situations, it can be quicker to launch campaigns directly ourselves. That said, Matchcraft’s turnaround times are still very fast—typically just a couple of days—and when urgency is communicated, they consistently prioritize those requests and respond quickly.
