The support team are extremely straight forward to work with and support is always there when required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mapal Culture Suite? The least helpful part of the Mapal Suite ( We are only really using Flow LMS and Mapal One) is that the reporting offered is extremely limited. I have fed this back numerous times over the years but have yet to see any real progress. Developments are often in the pipeline for quite a long time but we don't necessarily get to see them straight away if at all. It is only when we ask about something that we get offered it. Inconsistencies with communication too - doesn't seem to be a regular schedule of when and how things happen for the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Mapal culture suite is great for having oversite of what training has been completed and what is still left outstanding. The sysyem is really easy to use. One of the things that is slightly frustrating is that if someone has used Mapal with a different company is can sometimes be difficult for the original account login.
