What do you like best?
I really like the integration with Salesforce because it not only integrates with standard, but also with custom objects.
The sync is almost live/immediate, which considering the price, is amazing.
You really get more value than expected.
I also really love the support and the emphasis the Magentrix team puts on customer relationships.
They have the ability to really understand our issues and either help resolve them, or customize a solution that works best for us.
What do you dislike?
The only thing i think needs updating is the search within Documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that the attention you receive during the sales process continues throughout your implementation and even beyond that.
I don't like using the term ''above and beyond' because I feel it is overused, but that being said, the staff at Magentrix really do go the distance to work well with their customers.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We initially used the built-in Salesforce portal, and because it got to be too expensive to maintain, without up-to-date features, we decided to look for a software that integrated into salesforce, and which let us create better relationships with our customers.
After evaluating a number of options, we landed on Magentrix as the best option to replace the salesforce portal.
We were able to provide a newer, more up-to-date, looking portal, which our customers now use to log their cases, go through training, find knowledge articles, log ideas, and more.
Most importantly, we've been able to save $30k/year by using magentrix for our customer portal.
