We evaluated 3 online portal solutions and settled on Magentrix as they deliver the best price-performance/ capabilities combination. One of the major factors being their ability to support multiple languages. It has all the necessary tools out-of-the-box and simple to understand pricing. We are also pleasantly surprised to find that Magentrix supports customization using HTML and C++ for processes that are specific to our needs. Most importantly, Magentrix assigned a great team of support engineers and project manager that made the difference. Kudos to Magentrix to having great team members like Vahid. Great product, in my opinion, their main advantage is they are very flexible, open to listening to customers and making changes accordingly.
