We can continue to rely on Salesforce as our primary data repository, while still being able to share pertinent information with our partners without the need to grant them internal Salesforce licenses. The user experience during our guided hands-on proof of concept was also positive, with a smooth setup process and helpful documentation, topped with training sessions that made implementation relatively straightforward.
