"Luster drives confidence and higher performance in reps"
What do you like best about Luster?

With Luster reps can practice new skills, talk tracks and objection responses in a low stakes, hyper realistic environment. It allows them to get more "at bats" and get real time feedback from the AI. Reps gained confidence and appreciated the realistic nature of the scenarios. Our sales leaders also love Luster because it allows them to quickly assess the skills of their team and be targeted in their coaching without a huge burden on them to listen to a ton of live or recorded calls.

Ultimately, this tool proved it's value - when we compared our results both before and after using Luster, we saw an increase in actual lead to opportunity conversion as well as incremental increases in average deal size. I would highly recommend this tool for any team that needs opportunities to practice skills without fear of jeopardizing an actual deal or client relationship.

As an enablement leader, I appreciated the ability to see the analytics of skill performance across the team to help inform our enablement strategy moving forward. We have incorporated Luster sessions into our onboarding program and it's a great way to hep our reps ramp faster and get that critical practice in their first few days and weeks.

Finally, the entire Luster team was great to work with - from initial setup to ongoing support, they were super responsive to requests and have continued to innovate on the product week over week. I'm very exited to see how they continue to develop the tool over the next few quarters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luster?

In some cases, reps felt like the responses or objections became predictable, so it might help to build out a more extensive library of personas and scenarios.

The more context you can apply to the scenarios, the more realistic they will be - I believe that soon we will be able to provide the AI with actual client call transcripts to "learn" how our prospects and customers actually behave which would greatly enhance the true to life nature of the sessions.
