Throughout our collaboration, they maintained a professional, communicative, and friendly approach at all times. I thought it was great that all requirements were implemented to our complete satisfaction. All preparatory measures were implemented and prepared together in advance. Administration via the LoopUp portal, in conjunction with the Teams Admin Console, makes it relatively easy to carry out administration tasks. Everything was clear and easy to use, and the Loopup team was always available to answer any questions. Conclusion: following successful conversions in Austria and the USA, Leverkusen and Genk were also successfully converted to team telephony. Loopup is demonstrating its full competence on the global market here. Since the conversion, we have not had any disruptions; everything is running smoothly! **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** In principle, there is nothing to complain about. That would be complaining on a high level. In my case, I would have liked more information or tests during the changeover so that I didn't have to ask unnecessary questions. Something got stuck during the porting process and I didn't know the exact reasons why it wasn't working. Loopup could perhaps do more testing in advance so that customers don't realise that the porting is not yet complete. So there is still room for improvement. **What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Loop up played a key role in helping Carcoustics International move from traditional SIP telephony to a more modern team telephony solution. ### 2. The engineers we've interacted with have been both personable and professional. Previously, when I contacted support with other vendors, they often assumed we were a residential customer with a single phone number, rather than a business managing over 900 DIDs and multiple toll-free numbers. With LoopUp, that's never been an issue—we have real business contacts who recognize and understand our needs. So far, the service has been excellent, with no outages to report; everything just works as it should. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** It's honestly difficult to find anything to complain about here. Given that phone companies are often known for their poor customer service, the standard set by the competition is quite low. This makes it all the more apparent that LoopUp is getting things right. **What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** LoopUp manages the majority of our DIDs and toll-free numbers, and they consistently provide excellent support to our call center solution provider. ### 3. But by switching to other automatic payment methods, no problem. While video calling on this platform we face no ambiguity in assessing as to who is speaking and the information about the clients and guests of the meetings. Also sharing content with the conference attendants has become easier than ever through the screen share feature. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** Customizable settings cannot be set as default which consumes a lot of our time while customizing every time we log in. They need to upgrade their capabilities of having multiple conferencing rooms at the same time which would prove to be helpful to deal with multiple clients at one time. **What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** The access code assigned to every caller has made it more convenient to reach them remotely in a matter of moments. Their customer support service has been the best of all, from installation to the implementation, we have got every help that we required. Its integration with Outlook is quite impressive. The history of call logs is also helpful in maintaining records of the history of our meetings. ### 6. This is helpful in setting up calls with people that don't have internet connection or its hard for them to use online tools. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** Overall loopup is solid. The only problem is that the sound is muffled in a couple of cases. Also, when i want to invite a client in the call, i need to share with them the link to join and the code to enter so if they are in their phone and they need go back and forth between the page of loopup and my mail with the code which can be annoying. it would be better if the code would be autocompleted once you would click the link, some providers do that. Basically their link is connected to the code which is also hyperlinked. **What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** We set up c. 4.000 teleconferences through loopup per month at Dialectica and we also do our company announcements and monthly reporting meetings over LoopUp so its basically the main teleconferece platform we use. Its easy to track your meetings history, invite others, and record meetings, which is crucial for us as we offer transcripts of the sessions. ### 7. Easy to use which means you can quickly set up a meeting in just one click. It gives a complete package which full fills my all expectations. Audio/Video call quality is crystal clear which gives me a feel as a premium user. Screen recording, screen sharing, file sharing, screen marking during screen sharing, a meeting invite through email or even simple text message, quick start meeting and call features are very easy to use which make this solution super user-friendly. I can do call recording on cloud or local as well. Though this is cloud-based software so no need to worry about security. So simply I can say the "LoopUp Remote Meetings" solution is the most secure and reliable platform in the market. Though I already mentioned this platform as super user-friendly software because of information point of view it provides as much as possible information over UI, for example, who called, how long they stayed on call, starts and end time of call, what was the number, etc. I can't miss sharing about integration which is very smooth and really easy. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** No bad experience till now or no critical issue I did face. But I would mention a few points as enhancements for the LoopUp team. Technical support must improve from their end which was really very disappointing for me and having hope to improve in future. **Recommendations to others considering LoopUp:** The premium platform for virtual/online collaboration fulfills my all meeting needs such as HD audio/video conferencing, whiteboard, screen recording, screen sharing, webinar and many more features. **What problems is LoopUp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually, I set up conference calls with my subordinates for working sessions because I am the team leader and as a host, I have a lot of controls like unmute/mute to any attendees, permission to share screen, make someone as a co-host, etc. When someone joins call alert will be sent through the platform that attendees are on call. In similar ways, the call-back features for all attendees when hosts join the call are also very great. Mobile application is most useful for me. I never miss any call or chat even I am outside my room/office because the mobile application works perfectly on low bandwidth as well. I take interviews on video conference calls usually and trust me video quality gives me high definition feelings without any lag. So again I would mention audio/video quality is premium of "LoopUp Remote meetings" which I like most because this feature I use in daily work life. ### 8. It also has the capability of sharing the display screen, which allows the benefits of graphical presentations and valuable complement one and other, improving involvement and enabling us to focus throughout the conference. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** The only drawback I had was that I sometimes had trouble phoning into sessions. My connection was lost few times, and I wasn't able to re-join the conference. A colleague had to phone me to invite me to the conference. It was simple to incorporate into conference invitations, and I like the system's screen sharing feature. This program has a high level of customization. This program allows us to adjust settings to suit ourselves. This program has excellent customer service from Will Price. This program also highlights the person's name speaking in the call, thereby eliminating the need to repeatedly announce yourself by name in public discussions. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** The web page layout of the program is not easy. The country/region drop-down list programming is not so good. Also, its video call function needs to be updated, and the increased server bandwidth also needs to be improved. It was easy to insert into meeting invites, and I enjoyed the screen sharing function of the platform. One of the most useful functions was that I could see everyone's name as they joined the meeting. I could then review a list of those individuals who had participated in the call after the meeting. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** The only negative I experienced was that I would occasionally have difficulty dialing into meetings. A couple of times, my call was dropped, and I was unable to re-enter the meeting. I had to have a co-worker call me to add me to the meeting. I feel like it has been a great change and a breath of fresh air from using Go To Meeting for many years, which has actually been horrible. If someone is supposed to be there that isn't, I am able to call them from the meeting interface and immediately bring them right into the call. I like the flexibility of being able to share screens, video conference and mobile conference. It comes in great help for us making out of country calls also. We also use LoopUp in the office for phone interviews where 2 of us can log in in office. I personally like the user friendliness of LoopUp as other platforms similar to this would require a user to download an extension to join a call however LoopUp does not. Users can just dial in once the receive a meeting request. **What do you dislike about LoopUp?** Only dislike I have is that sometimes loopup has its connection problems, like all systems of course. **Recommendations to others considering LoopUp:** I would definitely recommend LoopUp.
