I liked how intuitive and easy Loomly was to use for day-to-day social media management. It really stood out for managing multiple B2B social channels across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and supported executive visibility on LinkedIn. Loomly made planning, scheduling, and organizing content straightforward through its clean-cut content calendars and streamlined approval workflows. I also appreciated the collaborative feel of the platform. It made it easy for team members to review content, provide feedback, and keep campaigns moving. Overall, it was a user-friendly platform that helped keep our social efforts organized and efficient.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

What I like most about Loomly is how intuitive and well-structured the platform feels. It makes it easy to plan, create, and schedule social content without the process getting messy or disorganized. The content calendar view is especially useful because it provides a clear snapshot of what’s going out and when, which makes collaboration with clients and internal teams much smoother.

I also appreciate the built-in post ideas and optimization tips - they save time and help ensure we’re publishing content that aligns with best practices. Overall, Loomly keeps our social workflow organized, streamlined, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

One area that could be improved is the reporting functionality. It covers the basics, but the analytics aren’t always as customizable or as in-depth as I’d like - especially when I’m pulling insights for clients who want more detailed performance breakdowns.

I’ve also run into occasional limitations with platform integrations, where certain features that are available natively on social channels aren’t fully supported within Loomly. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does sometimes mean I have to go directly into the platform to finalize or tweak posts.

Overall, Loomly works well, but more flexible reporting and deeper native integrations would make it even stronger.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly helps solve the problem of scattered and inconsistent social media management. Before using it, content planning, approvals, and publishing were spread across emails, spreadsheets, and different platforms, which made it easy for details to get missed and for things to fall through the cracks.

With Loomly, everything is centralized in one place, from ideation to scheduling to approvals, so the overall workflow feels much more streamlined. This has been a major benefit for saving time and cutting down on back-and-forth with both clients and internal teams.

It has also improved consistency and visibility. Having a clear content calendar keeps us aligned on messaging, helps us post regularly, and makes it easier to stay organized across multiple accounts. As a result, we’re seeing stronger engagement and better overall performance.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly​‍​‌‍​‍‌ is my favorite tool largely because it takes so much of the pain out of the content planning process for our team. I am handling multiple social media accounts, and with Loomly, it is super easy to keep track of everything in one place. The content calendar is very user-friendly — I can easily get an overview of the scheduled posts, drafts, and ideas, which is extremely helpful in planning the campaigns for the week and the month.
Using the collaboration tools has been a great experience for us as well. The elimination of the interaction that used to be in the form of messages, by the introduction of features such as commenting, approval request, and task assignment within individual posts, has been our main advantage. The post previews for different platforms are spot on and thus, the reformatting time we save is great.

It was very easy to get up and running, and the platform smoothly synchronized with our social channels without the need for a complicated setup. We are on Loomly every day because along with content scheduling, which is made fast, the platform also provides optimization tips, which are instrumental in our engagement growth. The customer service team has been a great help anytime we have reached out, especially during the initial setup ​‍​‌‍​‍‌phase.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

While​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Loomly meets the majority of social management needs, certain functionalities seem somewhat limited in comparison to more sophisticated rivals. For instance, the analytics dashboard is nice but could provide more detailed insights or allow more customizable reports for tracking the performance.
There are moments when the switch from calendar to list view and vice versa is a bit slow, especially if there is a large number of posts. Besides that, although the integrations function smoothly, I would appreciate it if you supported more third-party tools that we use, particularly marketing automation platforms.
Customer support is mostly accommodative, but, depending on the intricacy of the issue, the answers might be longer than expected. None of these problems, however, hinder our workflow, and therefore, their resolution would further enhance the ​‍​‌‍​‍‌platform.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using spreadsheets, group chats, and different tools for organizing social content before Loomly. This led to situations where deadlines were missed because of the delay, the team was not aware of the due dates and inconsistency in posting times. All these problems of ours were solved by Loomly, which brought together our planning, scheduling, and approvals in one platform.
It has improved workflow to a large extent as now I have a clear view of the upcoming posts, the persons responsible, and the campaign timelines. The automation features, for example, scheduled publishing and post optimization suggestions, give me time that I would have to spend on other tasks. Moreover, the elimination of miscommunication due to having a single source of truth for all content facilitates the maintenance of a consistent brand voice.

In short, Loomly has helped me to be more productive, have less manual work, and manage social media in a much more organized and efficient ​‍​‌‍​‍‌way.

Too many things I dislike: the editor is clunky, the media manager doesn't manage, templates make no sense, its tough to manage content, approval flow is outdated, and the analytics made no sense. I stopped using Loomly after one years use.

It was a good place to start, but over time, it became very clunky and added more time to my day to manage. I would not recommend.

It's really simple to use and has a calendar view so I can see all my posts scheduled for the week. It's super reliable and sends reminders if I've forgotten to change a post from draft to scheduled.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

It's not really designed for someone with a freelance marketing business as small scale as mine and the cost is more than I'd ideally like for my needs but it just makes my life so much easier and is lower than competitors (as far as I'm aware) so it's worth it still.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I schedule posts for my client on Loomly and it posts them automatically throughout the week. This saves me a lot of time and stress as I don't have to post them manally on the day through the social media platform itself and can instead prepare the posts all at once. Loomly also reminds me of social media best practices by using what I assume is AI to look at my captions/posts and then telling me if the text is longer than optimal or if the posting time isn't ideal etc, which helps me to easily improve my social media engagement.

Ease of use, multiple social platform can be utilized and edited, adding pictures and/or videos is simple. I also like the duplicate post feature if I want to use the same hashtags or image and just tweak the copy.

New mobile app errors out occasionally, other than that, very easy to use.

If you are looking for an intuitive program that will assist you in planning, scheduling and posting on social media for multiple clients, that also has fantastic support, then here ya go.

Loomly allows for bulk scheduling as far in advance asn you want. You can also create custom calendars if you have several businesses you are managing at the same time. The option to create custom scheduling slots saves so much time - posts can be schedules in a few clicks! It is a great tool and has made my job loads easier, I use it every week, and can schedule big event posts months in advance which makes promotions so much easier to manage.
Being able to check whether an instagram tag works, before posting, or not has also been a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish there was a way to select a target audience for Instagram. It would be good if images auto-published for stories as well as videos

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bulk scheduling of social media posts were a huge problem for me when I was using another scheduling tool - I could only schedule 21 days ahead! Now I can schedule things throughout the year, meaning I can schedule all my promotional posts at once.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I've tried almost all the social media planners that are on the market and Loomly is still my go to. Nothing is perfect, Loomly is the closest one compared to the competitors. I've been using Loomly since the early days (2022!) and have all my clients using Loomly for their social media planning. I use it daily, and having the posts scheduled so I don't have to worry about manually posting is a godsend. Implementing this software into my business has been simple, and all my clients enjoy using it because it saves the back-and-forth emails. I have contacted customer support on a few occasions and they have always been extremely quick at answering and provide clear solutions for my problems. I will keep using Loomly and will continue recommending it!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

- File size restrictions for video and photos for automatic posting. 
- Not being able to add text on IG stories that can auto-post
- Analytics don't match the Meta or LinkedIn numbers - some engagements are calculated differently.
- not being able to add audio or trending audio during the scheduling process.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and planning of client content. The approval and collaboration process is more streamline when using the platform and helps organize conversations during the creation and approval process. Having posts automatically post saves me tons of time and worry!

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I like that it does everything the high-priced competition does for a fraction of the cost. I also liked that it only took a few days of using the platform hands-on to feel like an expert, no long onboarding or learning curve. It was also really simple to connecct my social media channels and get to work right away.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Honestly, once you learn your way around, there's not much to dislike about the platform! It does everything you need without any unneccessary distractions!

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work for multiple brands and have to manage multiple social media channels and campaigns simultaneously. This makes it simple for me to see exactly what's happening where and make any adjustments simply and with minimal effort on my part. And the fact that it includes channels like LinkedIn and Google My Business at this price point is just fantastic! With most products of this nature, they're not included so posting to those channels was a separate (time-sucking) endeavor.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I've tried a few different social schedulling platforms and i'm impressed with Loomly. It's really easy to use if you're looking for something simple. It took me about 10 minutes to set up and connect muliple platforms for several businesses. You can also edit the media within the platform if it's not quite right. You can also send out for approval if needed.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

My only dissappointment is the lack of detail in the analytics and that you have to invite people to the platform for approvals. I've used systems in the past where you can just create a link for someone to click on and approve/leave comments. You can't just do this which isn't ideal if you're using it as an agency / for multiple businesses.

Having all the accounts in once place within the group. It means it's easy to schedule posts all at once without logging into multiple accounts.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I think that Loomly is a great platform and I really enjoy using it. I think the different views of the calendars make it so easy to use. We implemented Loomly into our organization about 6 months ago and it has been the smoothest transition. We use it to plan daily posts. I like the fact that you can have different calendars and how posts are able to be shared between them. As a small business the price was very competitive and that will make us keep coming back to Loomly.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I'd like for Loomly to allow different sized photos for Instagram. I also would like to see the ability to schedule Instagram stories (don' know if that is possible but if it is that would be nice).  Other than that, everything is really great!

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly is helping us plan posts for our social media really easily. I am a team of one and I handle a lot of different things in my day to day work. Knowing that I have a platform that lets me plan as many posts as I want in advance and as far as I want is excellent. It's saving me time allowing me to see everything in one place. AND Loomly is affordable! A huge plus for a small business.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I like how functional the calendar view is. It makes it easy to draft out concepts and change up the order by drag and drop before going into each post and writing out/uploading content. I also appreciate the ability to create custom tags for each post, so I know exactly what type of content I am posting each week at a quick glance without having to open up everything. The collaboration tools are also helpful - sending posts for approval and making comments. The ability to schedle posts in advance 30+ days is awesome.

One of the primary reasons for choosing Loomly was how budget friendly it is. Similar well-known platforms are double or triple the price for practically the same services.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish there was a way to schedule multiple story slides at one time. This forces me to create/upload my content in Loomly, send for approval, and "schedule" but still having to go into Meta Business Suite and post my stories from there (which usually puts them out of order).

Loomly is perfect for a small freelancer managing a couple social media accounts. No other app let me incorporate client approval within a reasonable fee. I like how easy it is to manage mulitple client calendars on multiple platforms. I also heavily rely on the Canva integration, it saves me valuable time! I also like utilizing the feed preview feature for Instagram.

I really wish there was a way to store future post ideas so I can utilize the tags and better manage my message funnels. I would want a separate library for each client.

It would also be nice to have suggested times based on best past performances.

The language is confusing on the buttons when processing client approvals as well as manual Instagram posts. I consistenly get those wrong despite customer service trying to help.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

My team absolutely loves Loomly due to its ability to cut down time tied to manually posting and allowing them to work months ahead. We fill up our calendars up to 2 months in advance and allow auto posting for pretty much every platform they allow. 

On a personal level as the Director, I appreciate the ability to have stuff waiting in the queue until I review and approve it for posting. Through this feature, I have caught quite a few grammatical errors and misspellings from the team. I also appreciate the simplicity of integration. Nowadays, for some reason, similar platforms complicate things that can be so simple- I hope they continue to add new elements but keep everything as simple as possible for the user. Overall 8/10- gave a 8 instead of 10 because at the current moment of me writing this review, videos cannot be scheduled via Loomly and we are in a day and age where video content gets double the engagement, so of course for my marketing team, that sucks- we have to post the videos manually in real time and that is time that we of course feel like we should be saving, especially with the cost of Loomly. I am all for paying premium rates, but it has to make the utmost sense. That being said, we definitely should be able to schedule video content via Instagram and TikTok with how much we pay per year for Loomly.

All in all, AMAZING platform- just hope that video scheduling is integrated very soon without upping the already premium price, as it should be available now anyway.

Overall, the platform is amazing, but like I stated at the end of my review, video content is a very strong component of many marketing teams strategies. At the price we pay, we should be able to schedule video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok for up to at least 30 seconds/1 minute. While my team has been able to get around it by manually posting, I cannot guarantee that down the line this won't become a bigger issue (my team already complains about it quite a bit). I really hope this is integrated before our yearly subscription ends, as we may have to consider other platforms to assure our budget is being spent efficiently. However, if Loomly can get this integrated, the platform will definitely be a 10/10 and we will be here to stay!

I love the collaboration & message tools; since switching from Hootsuite, communication among team members has improved, as they talk to each other and me. It helps in creating a consistent voice and also in planning out our social media marketing and communications. I also love the library feature, which I just discovered, which makes it easier to be consistent in our imagery.

The fine-tuning and duplication features are sometimes quirky. When duplicating a post, sometimes times don't translate correctly, and also the fine-tuning does not transfer. This can be frustrating, as you read the generic copy, and the post seems to be A-OK, but then the fine-tuning didn't transfer.

Management of a small team using a tiny marketing approach. We manage nearly 20 accounts across several platforms, and so striving to maintain consistency in messaging is key with a team of two part timers and myself. The collaboration tools are great, and my team is able to learn from me and from one-another.

Navigation and planning is super simple. It's minimal and fuss-free, which makes things easy to navigate. I like having different views, and being able to clone, reuse hashtags, smart fields, and things like that are great. Scheduling in advance with the helpful hints at the bottom of the page is great too. Easy to start using with new team members. I use it several times a week, but then I can kind of let it go for 2 weeks because I've scheduled things ahead of time for the whole month.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I'd like to be able to click and drag posts to reschedule to a different day, kind of like how Google Calendar does with moving meetings. I'd also like to be able to group multiple calendars under one larger calendar. For example, I manage multiple businesses under 2 brands. I'd like to have a brand master calendar with multiple calendars underneath for each social profile. If there was linking between these to make cloning even easier, that'd be perfect.

Scheduling a bunch of posts in advance for multiple businesses and brands, across multiple social media platforms. Content planning, scheduling, and management all in one without a bunch of distracting, confusing frills. I prefer Loomly to Sprout and Hootsuite because it's easier to pick up and less expensive.

Their CS is not particularly helpful and often passive aggressive.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly on the basic plan was the perfect fit for what our organization needed. Hootsuite features were overkill and WAY too expensive, and Loomly is way less buggy. I love the user-friendly interface of Loomly and that the web pages and boards look clean and simple. The messaging to users is kind and encouraging and helpful! And you can mark posts by subject. And you can do Twitter threads and first comments/replies on Instagram! Maybe Facebook, too, I can't remember. But we use the thread feature all the time now on X. And they have an easy-to-access observance calendar for post ideas. And the interactions page means I don't actually have to go to the social media sites to be caught up on happenings with our posts - this makes all the difference as the social media sites try to suck you in and steal all your time. The customer service and chat response is unbeatable as well. Hootsuite customer service was the absolute worst when we were trying to figure out a few issues. Loomly has overall been so easy to set up, easy to integrate into our workflow and easy to use, and we use it daily.

Posts don't reliably post EXACTLY when scheduled. I thought I would be more bothered by this but it's been fine. Normally the difference is only minutes. Analytics are so-so; I think the social media sites' analytic features tell you more. I also wish that the calendar view would show pictures or graphics with the scheduled/drafted/published posts tabs.

The Loomly interface is simple - focused on what you need and does not include a lot of 'extras' that can be distracting. It was quick to set up and easy to learn and integrate with our social accounts. The tool has streamlined our organization's approach to social media and has saved a lot of time! I also like that I can have multiple accounts for our other social pages. Bonus - it's affordable for non-profit organizations!

The only thing I don't like is that Loomly doesn't search Instagram and show suggestions for tags. I have to go to Instagram to search for the tag. I also don't like that it automatically shortens urls and shows link previews when a photo is present - however, these are small critiques and are easily changed with a single click.

I started using loomly to schedule posts 4 months ago. I manage multiple accounts for franchisees and we all like loomly because it has the "submit for approval" feature. I can create posts, submit them to the appropriate manager for approval and post. I like that I can easily make changes or move posts around to a different date. I use the calendar view to get an overview of the various accounts. Loomly has saved me a lot of time and effort.

Every time I have had an issue or a question I recieve a thoughful response quickly that will resolve my issue or give me the information I am looking for.

From the very beginning, the platform is easy to understand and very easy to set up and use.  I manage multiple social media pages for multiple companies.  We use Loomly every day and it allows us to map out content in advance. I love how many platform integrations there are! The custom integration feature is something I've never seen before on other sharing platforms and it's a huge help with my blog!

I've found some features to be a little buried within the post editor. I was really doubting Loomly for a little while, but after some serious searching, I've found all the elements I need.

Loomly allows us to manage our content easily for our clients and our own platforms. Our team is able to collaborate on producing and scheduling content without breaking a sweat. The pricepoint is competitive with other schedulers, but we definitely have gotten more value out of our Loomly subscription. We made the transition from another platform and were up and running in a few hours. Loomly is very user intutive.

Creating ease with sharing post drafts would be ideal. We've had to create our own internal system to work around a few of those kinks.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I love that I can not only post to multiple platforms at a time but can also edit each draft individually. Additionally, I appreciate having a content calendar on display as it helps me visually see what days I can schedule specific content for. It's also easy to navigate and understand, and the recommended hashtags are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Some posts require manual publishing to Instagram. For example, if I want to post a reel to Facebook and Instagram, the reel will only be automatically published to Facebook and I'm required to manually publish the reel to Instagram. This is only a minor inconvenience, however, but it would help me greatly if I didn't have to worry about logging onto my work laptop at certain times to make sure that kind of content publishes.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to struggle with loading multiple social media platforms at a time. This also houses analytics for all of our social media accounts, which is much more convenient than combing through each business center on each platform's analytics we monitor.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Being able to schedule social media posts to multiple channels at the same time and build that out across the weeks / months ahead has been a massive time saver from doing it manually in each platform my organisation posts too.

Getting started and implementing into our workflows was straightforward, and easily integrates with all of the social media platforms we needed it too. Its very easy to use, and the whenever i've needed support they've been very fast with responding.

Its turned social media froma daily task into one we only need to spend a day every couple of weeks sorting out.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Theres not much to dislike, my only issue is that in the calendar view it would be useful to see a thumbnail of the social post (if it has an image) - otherwise you need to be on point with your post titling if you intend to recycle content.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a much more effecient way of getting content onto social media across multiple channels. The time saving easily covers the cost.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

It is easy and lets me plan for multiple accounts. I can plan ahead and it helps me pick a perfect time, length and even the amount of hashtags. I use Loomly on a daily basis and it gives me all the insights I need. It was really easy to start, just make an account and make your first post. It integrates seamlessly with LinkedIn and if you run in to an error, the customer service will help you within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I cannot edit posts that are posted, if there is a typo or something.

Loomly lets me plan my LinkedIn post ahead and for multiple accounts. It saves time and ensures continue posting, even if I am not working that day.

There is not one think I like better than another, but the calender view, for indiviual acoounts or all together, is great. and we love the instagram profile view :)

I like how they advise you on best times to post. Being able to post the same contrent across multiple platforms is a huge time saver.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The one thing that I don't like so far is that certain reels I upload - even though they are under 60 seconds - are deemed to be too large of a file for Loomly to schedule post. So then I need to manually post, which defeats the purpose of using a social media scheduler. This doesn't happen too often, but I'd say maybe 10% of the time.

Saving time with psoting across multiple platoforms. Scheduling posts at the right time for maximum engagement.

Consolidated access & monitoring of accounts without needing to log in & out of multiple platforms & accounts.

Analytics aren't as complete as I'd like. Some weird pricing choices that make having multiple accounts more attractive, yet more cumbersome. I expect more bang for my buck the more I pay, not less. Paywalling random features to justify the higher price isn't a good look for the integrity of the company, but I'm willing to give it the year I've paid for. Not sure I'll renew though.

Cuts down on needing to log in directly to each account on each platform. But that's still needed to interact with the feed of the platforms.

I love that I can manage several accounts by creating different calendars (therefore being able to divide my clients.) The customer service is also absolutely superb. I get responses back very quickly.

Only hope is that eventually we will be able to tag on Instagram stories so links/tags can be prescheduled, etc.

They provide the ability to separate calendars so I can schedule posts on multiple accounts for multiple clients, all under the same account. This is incredibly helpful so I don't need to make a new account every time I gain a new client.
