**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly tells me when posts fail to go out. And their push notifications are really helpful for manual posting. Their back-end help is incredibly clear and responsive, I've always understood their responses when I have questions and they're very fast when I have a complicated question/issue I need help with. This is the only scheduling platform I use. And I use it at least 5 days a week. Sometimes more when posting for my personal accounts.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish I could pick the cover images for Insta reels and TikToks, but I don't think that's a Loomly issue. Also, I can't wait for the API to Threads!

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, planning posts, and keeping my accounts active by helping me simplify the scheduling process.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I love Loomly's user-friendly interface, and its standout feature for me is the ability to schedule posts directly to Google My Business. Additionally, the capability to include clients in content reviews while controlling their access is a valuable and helpful aspect. Whenever a question comes up, support staff is quick to help.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The look of the system feels outdated. But still highly usable so not really that much of a con.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly effectively addresses the challenge of managing over 60 social media channels for 30 different businesses. As a budget-friendly management tool, it has proven to be the perfect solution for streamlining our social media operations.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I was looking for a solution to schedule posts on Facebook and Instagram that I could then train a social media manager to use. Loomly was an excellent solution, allowing me to easily implement it into my current workflow. We use it to schedule 6 posts per week on Facebook and Instagram. I very much liked the ability to invite a collaborator so that I didn't have to give up control of my account, and I like the post checking feature which makes her posts come back with fewer errors.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I wish that it had integration for more platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to bulk upload posts instead of having to pause and post live, and the interface is cleaner than Meta's.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Easy to use. If my colleagues need to hop on it to publish something they do not feel confused. I like how you are able to see a whole month's worth of posts together as well as the ability to separate by calendars.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

My calendar will not automatically go to the current month I am in. Makes it difficult to have to flip through several months to see the current month I am in and working on.

Loomly helps me to easily schedule all my social media in one spot as well as quickly see the analytics associated with it in one place.

There is no phone number for customer support or billing. We had an issue with our account that needed to be addressed but they promptly replied by email.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

It's amazing not to have to log into every platform to post the same piece of content. I have saved so much time scheduling through Loomly. The platform is pretty streamlined and makes it easy to collaborate with a team. I think it's the best platform for the price point.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

It would be great if they could increase the file upload size.

Loomly has streamlined our team processes. I can have my media department upload content, copywriters create descriptions, and I can edit and approve. It's an intuitive platform that's very easy to us with a team.

Would prefer more granular Custom Role permissions. For example, users assigned to create and update posts should not have the ability to update scheduled and already approved posts. I would also like the ability to view past content easily in a streams format similar to Hootsuite.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I found setting up clients to be very easy. Being able to toggle between individual calendars and the entire month is a great visual help. Loomly help team is very responsive and put in effort to help find a solution for a small tagging issue I was having.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

There has been a few random times where I will get a 6 AM email that says a scheduled post needs to be manually posted. While initially scheduling the post, nothing indicated that it would need to be done manually so it was confusing/a little bit of a hassle to have the schedule changed without really knowing why. These times are very few though!! Not a regular occurrence.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly allows me to schedule posts without having to worry about time zones. I also like that I can get a general sense of the "flow" of posting with the calendar feature.

I like that I can customize each of my social media accounts separately but within the same post so I'm not having to build multiple posts.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I had trouble figuring out how to use google business and haven't had time to go back and research why I couldn't get it set up correctly.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to schedule posts for Linkedin, FB, and IG together and not have to do them separately. I was using Hootsuite previously, and it wasn't easy to do all 3 at once, especially with an IG creator account. Also, the cost of Loomly is much better than Hootsuite.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Unlike other platforms, Loomly is all work and no play. The technology and development of this platform is clearly focused on functionality rather than visual design and that is GOOD. Small businesses are paying for function not beauty in the backend. The interface is clean and the wide range of platforms that it integrates with is outstanding. We appreciate the way we can separate our hashtags as the first comment on IG too! It's nice how much we can dial in our Facebook posts too.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Among all of the greatness there are a few challenges. We really struggle with video uploads to Instagram and would appreciate if the error was a little more specific on how to address the issue, ie: what the requirements are. Too one of the features we miss about Hootsuite is the suggested posting times. Loomly just tells us it's not a great time to post so we say "well, what do you suggest or why?" Maybe adding a little explanation when that message comes up would be helpful.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly helps us to monitor multiple accounts and schedule social posts a month in advance across a variety of channels. Loomly also allows us to have way more social accounts in one profile. Other social management platforms allow more users and minimal extra social profiles which is not what we need at all and then you quickly end up in enterprise which is way out of our budget as a micro agency! Thank you for building a scalable platform that grows not just in users but also profiles allowed!

- a pity you cannot schedule to some extent recurring social media posts - to have templates for a social media post - not able to post automatically to Tiktok in case you post several pictures instead of a movie

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

All in one space and the amount of platform options it gives - this makes it great for my agency which is why I chose it. I also like the fact you can schedule FB Reels not just videos as many schedulers only allow for FB videos. I love that I can schedule to Google Business as well!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The analytics reporting could be more in depth. As an agency it would be more beneficial to have a more in depth comparison between months. More options to schedule to more than one Pinterest board at a time.

Time saving by being able to schedule to multiple platforms. Having client dashboards all in one space. Cost effectiveness so lowering costs in my business.

I love that Loomly helps separate my social media content from the actual platform itself. Before, I was juggling posts for myself and clients within the Facebook/Instagram portals themselves and would often get distracted by the platform itself! Here I am logged in to work, and I'm doom scrolling. With Loomly, it sets it up in such a nice view and workspace. I can get into my Loomly account and get the work done. I also love that it helps me figure out proper formatting for all the different platforms. I can access the Loomly portal and can post to all of my social media pages without having to switch into each individual social platform ((what a pain that is!!)). In short, Loomly had made my social media content posting easier and more organized. I can even get reminders to make a post so I don't forget. THA K YOU LOOMLY! highly recommended

My only dislike is I want the app to be more closely like the dashboard view. The app has very limited functions. But I do like that I can set up the majority of my post in the dashboard, and then at a later time when I have the pic I want to upload, I can just get on the app real quick, insert the pic and boom it's done

I LOVE that I can schedule posts on multiple platforms for multiple companies quickly and easily. 

Both the calendar and list views show me at a glance what has been scheduled. 

Before Loomly, social media posts took much longer to schedule because I couldn't plan Google posts for two locations in the same platform that I was using for Facebook/Instagram.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Truly, I can't think of anything that I don't like about it. It's a vast improvement on what I was doing before, and compared to other similar scheduling platforms, it is reasonably priced.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I handle social media for multiple companies, and one of those has multiple locations. I used the Facebook planner, but that didn't help me post to Google Business Profiles. A different company only posts to LinkedIn, so I would have to jump from platform to platform and duplicate efforts. Loomly lets me do everything for everybody in one place! 

Better yet, it tells me how to improve my captions and timing in each of those platforms!

I looked at several social scheduling options before choosing Loomly because of the incredible value for money. Loomly provides integration with most of the social channels you could ever need at a fraction of the cost some similar options charge.

The only thing I dislike about Loomly is that in the post draft creator, every social media channel option is available to click even if you haven't actually connected to that one. It would be better if only the channels you use were visible on that page.

Loomly made posting about our podcast on all of our social accounts easy. Saves a lot of time not having to log into each account and posting the same information. We do at least two posts a week on four platforms and being able to plan out and schedule them has been a great benefit.

Only downsides to using Loomly have been not having easy tagging on all of the platforms. I understand this is more of an issue with the individual platforms and their API implementations so I can't hold that against Loomly.

One of the most challenging things about posting on social media is being consistent on the publications, and having the time to post is difficult sometimes. With Loomly I create all the month's posts in one day and I schedule the whole month, it's really easy to implement. I use the platform every week to plan all the content. The integrations are easy to do and they work perfectly. 

Also, it has a lot of features, you can publish in different formats and get suggestions. 

And I have to say, the customer support is excellent, they always answer really fast.

There are a few things you can't do, such as choose music for the reels, or post stories on Facebook, but I'm sure they are working on that.

I believe they are working with the integrations and APIs so the connection doesn't fail, and it really works perfect. They also keep on updating the platform according to the news and new features of every social media platform, so this update is perfect when you have more than one client who wants to promote their business. **What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly is a great tool to help organize posts and reels that need to be scheduled across an array of social media platforms. I love that I can schedule the same post across multiple social platforms at the same time and customize the posts to suit each platform's needs. For example, I can upload a graphic that suits the size of a FB post and also an instagram post in the same scheduling slot. I also love that Loomly gives me tips while I am scheduling. For example, Loomly will tell me when my post is getting too long for a FB post or that I don't need that many hashtags for an Instagram post. Loomly also gives you tips for what times of day you should post in order to receive the most traffic. I love that I can view my entire posting calendar and switch between different business' calendars that I manage.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The only thing that I currently dislike about Loomly is that I can't automatically search for Instagram accounts to tag in a post when scheduling. You have to manually add the Instagram accounts "@" name into the post's caption in order to add them, which takes more time than when it auto generates the account names for the Facebook posts. I don't understand why Loomly doesn't support Instagram tagging.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly is solving the problem of TIME CONSUMPTION and ORGANIZATION. It is AMAZING to be able to schedule all posts across all platforms for multiple social accounts and business' at once. I can't tell you how much time I have saved since subscribing to Loomly, but it is a LOT.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

With a single glance you can see all the past and future posts to easily plan for future events. All your engagement in one place so you truly CAN reply to every comment! Loomly are also always expanding their automatic post scheduling capabilities to better match the service provided by the Social Media sites itself, they recently added scheduling for Instagram stories!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Like I said, Loomly are expanding their capabilities but compared to posting directly from the Social Media apps some useful features are missing. The format of the Calendar View should be optimized to better match how Google Calendar displays the months view, I don't like how the days are not fixed sizes and the boxes shift shape to fit as much as possible. Please also add a platform-specific character limit so we know how much we can fit into the captions on TikTok.

Our players are located all around the world so making sure they have content in the morning would be impossible without a solid scheduling and management tool like Loomly.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

The calendar feature of Loomly allows us to post to different GMB profiles, and organize our posts by location. Batch editing is also a great feature for businesses with multiple social media channels. Tagging posts has also made it extremely easy to organize the topics we post about.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

It would be great if Loomly made actual suggestions for time slots, rather than just informing you when the time/date is not ideal. It would also be great to create posts for different calendars at the same time rather than having to duplicate a post to a new calendar.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Batch editing has made social media planning a breeze. It's a great alternative to Hootsuite for a portion of the cost. The approval process is also great as an administrator, allowing me to review and approve posts created by my assistant before they go live. I love how simple the software is - a lot of other planners are over complicated making it difficult to stay on task.

Loomly allows our team to collaborate very efficiently. We enjoy using the calendaring tool to plan out our monthly social strategy. The feedback/review features help our team to keep on top of our roles as well as communicate our statuses with each other. The labeling feature gives us a nice, quick overview of our campaigns and helps us keep organized. The user interface is simple to use, which creates an efficient workflow for us.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

It would be nice to have a spot for draft content that is not connected to a specific date. Our team often drafts "evergreen" content that we use to fill on less busy weeks. Right now, we have to draft that content on a day, then keep moving it around as the weeks pass until it's ready to post.

The biggest problem Loomly solves for us is social media calendaring/scheduling. Our team is able to be more productive because of the efficiencies and workflows that Loomly provides. Our communication and strategy have both improved tremendously!

Loomly has been incredibly helpful when it comes to scheduling out all of my social media in batches for clients. It also allows me to label items as needed and gives me the visual planning I need to make sure I am meeting their aesthetic.

I wish there were a few other places to do some scheduling, such as once a post is made on Instagram, being able to have it automatically share to the story for the business as I generally manually go in and do that afterwards.

This easy to use product is a brilliant tool if you are looking to utilise social media channels with your work. Loomly allows for posts to be created, scheduled and duplicated with a really easy to use calendar function which allows you to schedule posts to be automatically sent out days, weeks or months ahead. Loomly also allows you to easily link in other accounts on your posts which is something which i've found has not been as easy on other, similar sites. The customer support from Loomly is also second to none, very knowledgable, friendly and efficent when needed (which hasn't been very often as the site is so reliable). Would 100% recommend!

Having switched from another competitor of Loomly due to constant issues i can't really find any fault with it since i signed up 6 months ago. I thought the time delay with them being based in the US and myelf being in the UK might be a issue but their staff are quick to get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Loomly saves me from having to manually re-write social media posts which i need to utilise for my line of work. Their easy to use site allows me to get what i need to done and then some whilst freeing up time for other work tasks.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly provides a useful idea catalog, scheduling area, and the feature to include multiple companies' schedules in a single workspace without clashes. While other scheduling apps may offer less comprehensive posting options at a higher price, Loomly offers a more cost-effective and consistent solution. We handle multiple profiles via Loomly and find the dashboard overview of each one quite handy.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The mobile app, however, has its limitations. It is primarily designed for viewing schedules, and deleting and reposting, but it doesn't offer much functionality for editing. It would be beneficial if the app was more robust, allowing for quick modifications on the go.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has saved me a considerable amount of time. Previously, I spent hours copying and pasting and logging into various apps, but now everything is consolidated into one. I particularly appreciate the "General Content" feature, as it allows me to make adjustments for each platform.

The most helpful thing about Loomly is the platform is easy to use, offering several tools to make posting across multiple media platforms quick and easy. I like being able to see all my social media accounts at once and being able to duplicate posts to customize quickly. I also love the Loomly suggestions for posts; they add a special touch and allow for posting something in a pinch.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

As a small nonprofit, we maintain a budget for software and platforms. While Loomly offers a great discount for us, I wish we could view advanced analytics without paying more for those insights.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly solves the problem of the time it takes to create and manage social media content. We can easily spend an entire day reviewing, creating, and posting social media content. With Loomly, it is much faster, and multiple staff members can create items that can then be reviewed and submitted. Time management is so important, and Loomly really takes a large chunk of the time we used to have to spend on it away.
