**What do you like best about Loomly?**

The scheduling feature is the most useful in Loomly. However, they allow you to tag items, assign content to specific users, and give you a whole post calendar with national holidays and ideas for posts. The extra features make it supreme to other scheduling tools I've used. The analytics feature is one of the tools I use the most. It makes life so much easier and is much more user-friendly than the Meta Business Suite.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

There isn't currently a connection for Threads which would be ideal since I create a lot of blog content and want to be able to track analytics all in one place. I also operate all in dark mode with my other apps. It would be really convenient for Loomly to incorporate this feature. Lastly, the quality of videos makes me end up having to post content directly from the platforms rather than through Loomly. Reels end up very grainy and low quality when published from Loomly which is unfortunate given half of our content is video.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly's analytics and link tracking are far superior to anything on the platforms I currently use. I can easily pull data from anything I publish (whether it is through Loomly or not), making my reporting clear and easy to gather.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

The post preview section, the look and feel of the post and the ability to create changes at this point is much easier that many other systems ive used

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

If a client approves a post, I've had several times where it hasn't then gone on to schedule the post and I've missed the posting window.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a clear and easy way to schedule and allow  clients to see what we are planning. 

The post ideas also gives us lots of inspiration

Love the ease of use, navigation across multiple social media platforms, and how easy it was to integrate into our existing systems. It has become something that my team uses every day.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

My only real concern is the lack of metrics with some of the social media platforms. Makes it so that I still have to rely on visiting those other platforms when looking for data on how certain posts do.

Allowing us to more easily post content across multiple platforms, making it so that we are now using platforms that were left dormant before.

4. The suggestion on analytics for each platform re: if a scheduled posting time is not good, or the day isn't good, etc.
5. That the Facebook reads the account trying to be tagged
6. The suggestion of trending hashtags

1. That I cannot upload .gifs or videos
2. That I cannot schedule longform posts for X (formerly Twitter) 
3. That I don't have text options to bold, italic or underline
4. That AI writing hasn't been integrated yet, but I am willing to wait!
5. The ability to add text to images
6. It would be great to see the function TweetHunter has for X to repost our own scheduled posts at a certain time. I would love to see Loomly incorporate many of the TweetHunter functions EXCEPT the ability to steal other people's post content. But the reposting and the undo of the reposting is an excellent function they have.
7. Loomly could add the ability for us to reply to our social media accounts, see the comments, and be able to manage replies and shares directly from the Loomly platform.

It's definitely freeing up my time in a huge way, since I manage five accounts who have multiple social media platforms apiece. Being able to hit the right times for analytics has been wonderful.

Now you have the possibility to post PDF on LinkedIn, and polls on LinkedIn and Twitter !
The process to make posts validated by clients is simple and it's generally no necessary to teach them how to do.
Globally, Loomly has everything to manage multiple social media accounts.
No bug.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Would be wonderful to implement a project management tool, for internal use, to prepare the posts (text and visuals) before sending them to the client. 
Integration of Canva would be great as well (as a competitor, which is implemented in the export section of Canva).

Manage multiple accounts from different clients. Sending for approval. 
Notifications when a post isn't validated on time.

I've been using Loomly for over 3 years now and it is so simple and yet powerful to use! Calendars in list or grid format, easy to understand, yet helpful analytics so I can see exactly which posts are working and which aren't. I have trained several staff to use it too and they have found it super easy!

Sometimes images and videos are a little slow to load, but that may be my internet speed, not theirs.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

I enjoy Loomly for the ease and accessibility of scheduling social media posts.  I appreciate that I can have different channels under one calendar, but different calendars for different businesses as ours has a digital presence and a brick-and-mortar presence.  I love that it's integrated with Canva for easy image transfers.  I appreciate that we can alter the same post for different channels so they sound unique to each platform.

I would love to see the Loomly app have more functions so we can schedule on the go more often.

Loomly helps us keep our social channels active by allowing us to batch schedule.  We also can use the calendar view to get a fast snapshot of what's scheduled and what needs to be done.

I haven't found a way to tag a location or partner in posts. There are limitations to video size in Loomly that are not the same as scheduling directly on platform.

I like the ease of navigation but am unsure if there was a step-by-step process on how to navigate it because my colleagues set up the work account for the communications team.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I'm not too fond of the low image quality preview when scheduling posts and how there aren't clear instructions. I've learned how to navigate it independently but wish there were clear instructions on where and how to get something done.

A lot of great feautres! Love that I can separate accounts in different calendars and how easy it is to schedule posts on different platforms on their own individual day/time and even clone to other calendars. Also really enjoy that I can internally title and categorize each post!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

After switching from Hootsuite to Loomly (based on price alone), it took a little bit of getting used to. Not as straight-forward or user friendly as other scheduling platforms. My only complaint now is that I cannot schedule posts on Threads... hoping to see this option very soon!

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

My favorite thing about loomly is being able to post to multiple social sites quickly and easily and toggle between companies with ease. My team and I appreciate that we can send approval requests something is done, request edits, or make comments on individual posts. Other services provide similar options, but the price on this is much more reasonable. I also like that I can add alt text if I need to and target audiences. I like that I can connect directly to Canva.

I wish there were more options for project management.

Posts on multiple platforms quickly, multilevel approvals/revisions, provides clarity and transparency to our businesses ultimately saving me time.

Useful for clients to review all upcoming posts in one place and ability to deploy across platforms (in most cases - I often need to schedule LinkedIn posts separately because not all features are available through Loomly)

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Additional features would be useful, for example:
- 'Document' integration for LinkedIn so that carousels can be posted
- Better profile tagging capability for LinkedIn
- Better Instagram Story editing options
- Better previews for Instagram and Facebook Reels, showing in-feed and full-screen views (including account info, description, etc. which cover part of video; this is currently provided for Facebook Reels but it isn't fully accurate, and is more necessary for Instagram)
- A place for content ideas to be hosted and reviewed before they are made into posts

Having to create scheduled posts across different platforms - this is mostly solved with Loomly
Having one dedicated place for clients to review and comment on posts

Ability to edit, create, and manage accounts from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

The only "cons" are that some editing features are limited and you don't always see the same metrics in your analytic analysis. For example, sometimes I get to see when an account's active audience is online, other times I don't. I can't seem to tell why it's there sometimes and not others. Overall though, the detailed analytics are extremely helpful!

I like having a place where I can upload all of my post ideas and gather all of my media

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I use Loomly primarily for LinkedIn and it is very limiting on what can be posted, which groups can and cannot be posted to, and it often messes up my scheduled posts and doesn't actually post the content I've created.  Adding multiple pictures to a single post also does really weird things to the formating, squashing two images together into one.  The workflow is confusing as there appears to be two pages where you can edit your content, but really there is just one.  I also don't like the approval workflow notifying all users that there is an action waiting for them even when the action is only assigned to one user. The hashtag tool seems to be not great, and it also doesn't give you any feedback if the hashtag is popular.  Trying to tag people and companies seems to work sporadically.  Overall it seems that Loomly's negatives are starting to outweigh the few positives I've mentioned.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly is great! I love the built-in UTM feature, how easy it is to optimize content for each platform, and the draft/scheduling features. I have tried a lot of scheduling programs and Loomly is hands down the best. I experienced a few glitches and reached out to their customer service - they responded quickly, helped me troubleshoot, and passed along my feedback. Switching to Loomly was seamless -  I have used this program daily for months and am very satisfied!

Some things are a bit counterintuitive, like Pinterest links needing to be added in the post building stage which makes it a bit complicated if you use UTMs. Minor annoyances that can be easily looked past for the other features and price!

It is nice not to have to continually refresh connections to each platform like some other social media scheduling companies require. I've used a lot of socila media management systems to find the right one for me, and Loomly has been the best by far. Still cost-effective, easy-to-use, no nonsense...perfect! I like how easy it is to tailor posts for each platform (super important!) and if I do have any questions at all or a suggestion of anything I'd like to see, Customer Support have been right on it.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

While it is cost-effective, it is a bit off-putting to have to pay more to download a calendar. I downgraded because I didn't need all the features but I didn't realise I'd lose the ability to save a calendar to send to clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Loomly:**

If you need to save time, Loomly helps with it's Post Builder. You can set up one main message, then fine tune it for each platform since we know we don't always want the same exact message going out to different platforms. You don't need to create a post for each platform, but you get the chance to edit it appropriately.

Makign ti easy to manage mulitple accounts while tailoring posts. Some others make you duplicate a post then re-create it for a specific platform but Loomly make it easy all in one go. Such a time-saver.

If you need to juggle multiple channels and or businesses/accounts, Loomly is simply superior. I have tried Buffer and Hootsuite and am so happy now that I have found Loomly.

I would LOVE to be able to keep notes about what I do next with client posts. I share the posts we make in local groups, and spend time engaging in those groups to build brand awareness in the local area for the company. I have to keep a seperate spreadsheet to do all of this. It would be amazing if I could keep it all together, and then it would print out in the notes section of a PDF print out.

Loomly has made a simple, streamlined platform for to create and post content for multiple clients. I love that I can SEE where I have holes in each content calendar I manage. I also like that clients approval and notes for changes is all documented in case I ever run into an issue. Scheduling posts is simple, calendar view is nice, and it's easy to schedule one post topic and fine-tune it for each platform, but still have them grouped together under one 'tile' in the calendar view.

At first, there were a few picky issues that would prevent automatic posting - for example, an error message on instagram posts telling me that the image or video was the wrong crop ratio even though it was the correct ratio. However, the Loomly has been actively making improvements and adding new features, which is great!

Unlike other management platforms I've demoed, Loomly's platform is straightforward and streamlined, making for a very smooth user experience. Since purchasing a subscription, I've used Loomly regularly for scheduling image, text, and link posts. 

While I currently only use it for my single organization, the label feature and filter allows me to review and pull the metrics for the different campaigns we launch. I also find Loomly's customer service to be top of its game - knowing that when I open a chat I'll get a response from someone on the customer support team quickly is reassuring as I continue to learn and navigate Loomly's features!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

My only complaint with Loomly's scheduling feature is my posts go live with a lag contrary to the schedule presets I created. 

As a Marketing Manager with a very small department, I'm still learning how to best utilize the different role features on the page and the integrate their content calendar feature into the external tools I use with my team.

Loomly has helped me streamline scheduling content and pulling monthly and quarterly metrics reports to supplement the data I gather from my source platforms (currently Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).

No functionality for PDF uploads which is huge for us as we are increasing the amount of PDFs that we post on LinkedIn. We need to do this directly in LinkedIn, which does not then have an approval or preview funtion, and affects the reporting stats that we could pull from Loomly as the post is not included in these - ultimately we will need change to an alternate social management platform if this is not going to be integrated soon into Loomly.

Would be good to have an 'approve and schedule' button rather than 2 different functions - often gets missed in our small team.

LinkedIn tagging is very hit and miss and takes a while to do.

It saves so much time in such a small BD&M team and we've been working with our web deveopers to streamline the process too, like including RSS feeds for posts. As a small business owner, I was immediately impressed with the ease of use, integration, and implementation of the system. It is difficult to devote dedicated resources to social media posts as it is and Loomly allowed us to capitalize on this much-needed niche of our marketing program. We use Loomly to manage several social media outlets so our content is posted daily without having to monitor and maintain it daily. A few hours a week and we can have auto-posting content for the month. If there is ever an issue or question, customer service is there via chat or email. Currently, the Snapchat portion of the platform requires manual posting, but it does provide the reminder and content to post via email which simplifies this task. Hoping for an update to allow this content push to be automatic.

Allows those with limited experience, staff resources, and/or smaller budgets access to a social media management product that more than delivers on its purpose.

Loomly is easy to use from a mobile device as well as a computer which is great for posting organic content

On the mobile app you cannot get into the Loomly editor to edit your photos while posting IG posts.

There is nothing I have found yet that I dislike. But I would love to see post suggestions that are more industry-specific.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

The Calendar view is very nice. It allows you to view your social media posts throughout the month and to drop and drag posts to different days if you find that you are heavy in one area and light in another. It also lets you categorize your posts so that you can get a report of how many posts in each category you have hit throughout the month. It's also very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

It doesn't have an option to default to the Calendar view every time so you have to always click through to the Calendar view, which can be annoying. Also, once you have made individual changes to each channel of a post, it no longer lets you drop and drag. This is only a minor issue though, because by the time you get to those individual tweaks, the post is usually pretty set.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loomly lets me schedule my posts ahead of time and the messaging system allows us to communicate as a team directly with the posts so we don't have to go to another program to suggest changes. It has been a huge time saver and has allowed our posts to include more variety and to be more evenly distributed throughout the month.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

The Loomly platform is laid out very well with all of the features and tools to customize our daily social posts. We wanted something that would allow multiple users on a team to create content, but then be approved and scheduled by a manager. This platform does that and much more. It's easy to work with and you can view the schedule in multiple ways too. We also can see comments and respond to social users via their tools as well.

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

I don't have any downsides. It does the social networks we want and we're happy with it.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a layered creating and approving process that we didn't have with previous methods of social media marketing.

**What do you like best about Loomly?**

Loomly is our favourite social media management app right now. It can post to all of the channels we need including Linkedin. It's user-friendly, and I love how I can plan and schedule my posts easily with the process making total sense. The calendar view is a great feature and i've used this for my own and clients accounts. Analytics feature is also very easy to read, helping me see what's working and what's not. It also helps you optimise each post which is really handy for us as we do a lot of posts. We don't use the post ideas but I can see how they would  be useful for some users. We've tried most of the options out there and Loomly comes highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Loomly?**

Nothing of note yet and we been using it for quite a while.

**What problems is Loomly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to plan lot's of posts to multiple channels for us and our clients.
