I use the Session Replay feature almost exclusively at this time. It is very easy to find a session to replay. The replay feature helps me troubleshoot issues that used to take me forever to pinpoint. There actually in an option to speed up during periods of inactivity. At the bottom of the session replay view, slightly to the right of the play button, is an option to "Skip Inactivity". If you click it, it will switch to "Skipping Inactivity" and periods without user actions will be greatly sped up.

What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket is an indispensable source of insight for our team. Its wide array of metrics and high fidelity session capture enable us to improve our product in a way we couldn't find elsewhere. It strikes the right balance between simple and complex, with an intuitive interface that doesn't water down capability.

I've used LogRocket in several projects over the course of several years, and each time we've been able to get telemetry flowing from the frontend to LogRocket within a matter of minutes by leveraging their simple embedding implementation. This level of integration simplicity without running into strange edge cases or delays is simply unbeatable.

As a daily user, it's become a key part of my workflow. Whenever I have a question, the LogRocket support team is excellent and highly responsive.

The only area in which LogRocket falls short is price relative to analytic capability. While our use case is primarily technical in nature, I would appreciate access to more charts.
