
LiveImpact went above and beyond during onboarding. They asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and made changes even after we launched to make sure everything worked for us. Now we have one place to register families, send emails, track relationships, and run reports. The integrated communication tools and automatic tagging on forms make it easy to see which families have completed surveys or need follow-up. The reservations feature has also made it much easier to manage our educational programs. And we can now track cross-program participation, which helps us better support families over time.
