**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

LiveHelpNow makes customer service easy. You can integrate Chat, SMS, Email, Support KB Articles, and callback features all into one platform. You can even use it as you call center with Zoom.  I love have fast support responds to issues, and how feature rich the platform is. There are so many things you can do with just a few clicks when your chatting with someone, that makes using the interface really simple.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

The admin interface feels dated, and some of it is not super intuitive to non-technical people, however, considering the sheer number of features that are included it's understandable. My only other issue is not being able to have an "admin" user that doesn't have rights to chat, email, etc and having to pay for that seat instead.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LiveHelpNow enables us to have a streamlined location for all our customer servicing functions.  If a customer sends us a text, email, or chats - we can see it all in one spot. We are able to resolve issues quickly, and as a team both in office and remote by using the features included. LiveHelp has given us the ability to be where all of our customers are, all the time.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

Great pricepoint. Support is very responsive and helpful. Feature requests never feel like they dissappear into the aether. Permissions granularity is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

I don't like that I can't disable the challenge scoring system. For our usecase, we do not need the system to score staff service quality and compare it to other staff, and it doesnt lead to a productive environment for us. I just have to tell staff to ignore the number. 

The configuration settings can also be fairly unintuitive (but after some time, that goes away, and I really havent had to tweak much since initial implementation besides adding/removing agents here and there). Their onboarding support is also super responsive, which alleviated that frustration as well.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows folks to reach out to us if they arent comfortable calling or emailing. It takes down support times as well because people are not waiting in lines to ask a very quick and easy question.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

We've been customers for years now. I would be difficult for me to give you an example of any downtime for the chat service - very reliable.  Easily customizable products, and help is available when you need it.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

I can't say that I have any specific complaints. Because of the number of things that can be customized, you might want some help, but their people are good and will step you through anything.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most recently, we adopted the chat bot, Hue, to assist with some repetitive customer service issues. While we're relatively new to the bot (about 4 months), we already working to expand what we use it for. It has saved us a lot of customer service calls, and so far no complaints from the users.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

Besides the product, the Houston Methodist team greatly appreciates the staff at LiveHelpNow. They are fast to respond with easy resolutions to any issues that arise. Jared Brown has been readily available to assist with troubleshooting issues, training staff and exploring new ways to use the LHN technology to help us work smarter and not harder. Even the billing department is fast to respond! The analytics produced by LHN save staff a huge amount of time, as this was previously a manual process. Makes reviewing the products effectiveness a breeze!

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

Nothing against LHN, but we have not fully utilized the platform in regards to AI, call integration or their version of a chat bot due to using other vendors or security restrictions put in place by our organization. We utilize LHN as a tool to assist our HR support team, but as a health care organization we always have to tread lightly on potential data leaks. However, I can see how this tool is fantastic for sales or organizations that don't deal with personal health information. Glad to have worked with this vendor and commend them on their flexibility to make this an effective tool for our business needs!

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live chat reduces the number of inbound calls that our call center receives. Also presents the opportunity for employee's to text to chat with our HR support staff.

We've been a customer for many years, using multiple LHN tools & are very pleased! The reporting & other tools are very robust. They do a great job of keeping current with technology. Their Service is excellent and always on point. We work with Jared who is awesome - very knowledgable, quick,  and helpful!!

I don't have anything to share in this category because if there is ever a concern/question, it's addressed immediately.

A quick and effective way to reach our customers 24/7. They are always keeping current with technology and have many great products available. They offer training sessions to help keep us knowledgeable on their products.

The platform is easy to use.  When I have question, I receive very fast and persoanl service with easy to understand instructions.  Jared has been so good to me.

Some of the new tools are intimidating to me to set up.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has allowed us to communicate with cutomrs in real time, when they have questions.  If it is after hours, they are able to leave a message for us to return as soon as we re-open.  This cuts down on inbound phone volume and has given our customers a way to talk to us as we reduced our physical footprint.

I love how the widget pops up automatically and invites the website visitor to chat with us and we also get notifications to start the chat.

We have been using LiveHelpNow for over 11 years.  They have innovative online chat and support tools with your customer that is easy to integrate with your existing web sites.

Pricing is based on per user and can be costly if you have many agents to monitor chats.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

It was helping us to keep the clients' requests recorded. We were using the ticketing features and replying to the tickets daily.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

The frontend part was a bit confusing and distracting. We could not get good use of it. Also we were not aware of all the features we could use, a little training/advertising by the product team would be useful. 
We had the issue with the reopening tickets mostly. We were closing/solving the tickets, but the clients could open it back and they could also create a new one, too. I learned that we could put a limit for these, but it was too late.

There were many useful features as I could check (but it was too late, we decided to move on with another helpdesk tool). We could reach all the records easily, I can say that.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

I like the fact that LiveHelp Now is a way to have an interactive Chat with my Clients, and it can highlight important aspects of the chat. When a client needs to change a reservation or cancel during COVID and the hold times are long Clients can initiate a chat  and can  easily interact with our Social Media team via Chat thus freeing up our phone lines for urgent matters.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

The queueing process infuriates Clients, and they may end the chat abruptly. If there is a technical difficulty, its hard to chat with the same agent.  Also, the chat log sometimes gets lost in translation, and we have to go back into the Admin portal to research it via the date and time.

**Recommendations to others considering LiveHelpNow:**

I suggest that current and future users truly understand that they need  a specialized Social Media team that interacts with the administration and management of the chat enttity.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing less personal interactions online instead of calling in and speaking with a live agent.  The benefits outweigh the disadvantages in the sense that Clients can avoid long hold times  by starting the chat and waiting for an agent while tending to other matters that the Client may be dealing with.  Another benefit is that we can spend more time with our phone agents to filter calls that require immediate attention such as a flight cancellation in 24 hours.

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

Live Help has been a great partner for our company.  The additional services they offer in addition to a great chat have allowed us to move our chat in directions we had hoped to go to much faster.  The ability to change languages and have SMS chat has been awesome.  The support provided by the company is excellent and you can never ask a question they don't answer.  We love the live help challange!

I have not had any bad experience with Live Help

If your looking for a robust chat that offers a lot of additional features not found anywhere else this is the chat for you.  They are easy to work with and provide you with everything you need.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had another chat service before Live Help.  When we went in search of a better partner, we found Live Help.  We wanted to provide the channel for our customers because they were asking for it.  It gave us a personal connection on our website.  We did not have bi-lingual reps and the ability to translate was an excellent plus.  Being able to add SMS was also a plus.  The ease of use and the ability to customize has been great.

This is an easy to use tool for emails, chat and knowledge base.  There is great support from the LiveHelp team with implementation and continued support as well.  The canned responses are great and there is a robust reporting and analytic side as well.

The text option for chat does not show what page the customer is on.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving email problems - we used to use a shared outlook inbox which caused issues with deletion and multiple people handling the same email conversation.

Working with Oleg made all the difference in the world for myself and my team.  He went above and beyond in ensuring all of our issues were handled immediatly. He took ownership, and I am so impressed with his follow up; he really cares that we are all working properly,  I have never in all my years of working with a IT- Helpdesk person experienced such fantastic customer service; he represents LIVECHAT so well, you need 50 more of him for sure:)

I hate to think he wouldn't be there the next time I reached out other than that nothing I would change

**What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?**

Nothing pleases the business owner more than that his customers are happy and giving business. ZaZaChat is a customer support software that has increased my customer satisfaction. Whenever my clients have any kind of query I am always available to respond to them with the help of ZaZa's s live calls and chats. The customer is then always satisfied to buy things from my store and my business increases. it gives me HD experience of audio-video calling which is very useful for attending meetings remotely.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

I wonder why they don’t provide their services on other cross platforms this could be helpful in connecting through different devices. They could work more to the layout enhancement and simplification.

**What problems is LiveHelpNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile chat feature is a great feature that enables me to stay connected with my customers even if I am not on my personal computer. I can easily respond to my client at the very instant they try to reach me. I have gained an immense amount of customer trust through this platform and this has increased my sales to a large extent I love it.

I owe ZaZaChat for the business’s strong customer relationship today and ZaZaChat is a perfect software platform that helped me to make my customer support service reliable and efficient. With just 19 dollars per operator for a month, I got outcomes that I could not have achieved alone. Quality of video and audio is best and its customer support service is very intuitive.

ZaZaChat serves to provide me a communication platform for our company's employee especially when they go outside the city or country in order to obtain business. This has proven to be a great way of communicating for my sales persons that are out on the road. Instant messaging and file sharing is one of best features I like most and it keep me connected with others from any device and from any location.

A while ago some of my employees who were newly appointed complained about the difficulty in using the interface and other options. They find it difficult to download and install them and it would be great if this would also work for large enterprises, so need more further updates for serving large enterprises.

We love having the opportunity to chat with our customers as they surf our website.  We are able to ask them if they have any questions about what they are currently viewing. This option for us has helped us cut in half the number of abandoned carts we once had. We love that you can see where your customer is chatting from, which helps with answering delivery questions etc.

At times, it is difficult to attach pictures while chatting. It would be nice if the end user and chat host would be able to benefit from sending the pictures, especially when you are working with a designer for color purposes.

Definitely give it a try. It will be worth it. Test the chat yourself too, so that you can see how it works on your website. You can set up canned responses which are nice.

LiveHelpNow makes online chatting simple and use friendly. Since we have been using livehelpnow we have had more people on chat than calls coming in. 

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

The one part of the software that I do not like is that there is no way to make a certain user with greater knowledge higher no the priority list for callers. It would be nice to have a way to have most of the calls to one person rather than having it run round robin.

If you are considering something practical for online chats and knowledge base, LiveHelpNow is what you need. My company has been using this software now for years, and we love the ease of use, and the support behind it.

We are cutting back on phone calls, and that helps free our lines up for people who have more in depth questions, and need more time spent on the line for support, rather than looking for a quick answer.

Livehelp now is easy to use, and fast. You can put your own canned messages.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

Although, LiveHelpnow has an horrendous user interface. I mean, really, really bad. The chat window is awfully small, while the designated space to watch who is chatting is completely disproportionated. You can change it, but its not easy to find the setting, so I would assume most people just stay on default and enjoy a horribly bad user interface. The canned messages function is great, in theory but terrible in fact; you have to go through a couple of selection screens to get to the right message that you wanna send automatically, which makes it seem like it would be faster to just type out the message. As a user, you can get access to a completely useless admin panel, which doesnt allow you to do anything. Why even bother with this? I know this interface is more likely to be helpful to the actual administrator rather than a user, but then why let a regular user have access to it? Lastly, the actual software that you can install on the computer is just a carbon copy of the website client, but with more bugs so technically just complete garbage.

Honestly, im certain that there are so better softwares out there that will be more customizable and more attractive to use.

LiveHelpNow offers our customer support staff all the tools they need to talk to our customers via eMail, Live Chat, or Call Requests.  The ability to reach a customer wherever the may be trying to contact us is one of the best features.  I love how we get data on what pages the customer is viewing to help direct our support, and the ability to tag and automate tickets and chats based on rules.  One of my favorite features was the SMS text messaging chat ability, and now the Facebook integration.

**What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?**

The only true problem I have with LiveHelpNow is that it is based on Internet Explorer, which is more a personal gripe than a defect of the system.  The download of attachments is a little clunky, as is uploading attachments to a customer ticket.  The mobile app is also lacking and crashes a lot.

It is a great product that is forward thinking and evolving, and will continue to be a leader in the industry.

We are able to reach our customers on every device, and everywhere they are. We no longer have to be tied to one device either, as we can run LiveHelp mobile, web or desktop.  We are able to get customers answers faster than a phone call in some cases, and provide self help methods for repeat questions. We see more conversions because customers are able to connect with us and get help quickly.
