LiveHelpNow makes customer service easy. You can integrate Chat, SMS, Email, Support KB Articles, and callback features all into one platform. You can even use it as you call center with Zoom. I love have fast support responds to issues, and how feature rich the platform is. There are so many things you can do with just a few clicks when your chatting with someone, that makes using the interface really simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The admin interface feels dated, and some of it is not super intuitive to non-technical people, however, considering the sheer number of features that are included it's understandable. My only other issue is not being able to have an "admin" user that doesn't have rights to chat, email, etc and having to pay for that seat instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
