The software has helped immensely, as some landlords do not send reminders or monthly statements. It allows customizing and adding fields for reporting as needed. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** Leasecake is still developing, and as such, there are some delays in updates and features that will be beneficial. It has centralized all of our leases and caught issues we failed to see such as missing information on leases/locations we have acquired. ### 3. There is nothing that I needed to access that I didn't easily find. Everything was well laid out and cross referenced within the software. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me to keep my landlord honest and acts as a ready reference to make sure landlord charges are valid. The biggest obstacle is that is it does not handle the billing of rents and generating monthly invoices. It provides everything we need to manage our leases. Obviously would like cheaper pricing, but it is worth the value. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leasecake helps me keep up with lease renewals and other property management requirements (i.e. rent increases, insurance expirations etc.). One, I wish there was an API integration into our accounting software, Sage Intacct.
