Accounting for ASC842 is nearly automated now. I also have found the cakebot AI feature useful in abstracting our leases whenever we need to. No more waiting for 3rd party abstraction. **What do you dislike about Leasecake?** I wish there was a feature for equipment leases. I also would like if the software would generate ASC842 remeasurement entries, for now that portion is manual but I use Leasecake to assist in that calculation. **What problems is Leasecake solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Leasecake we had a loose understanding of when our leases were expiring and when we needed to send notice by. Now we have a definite understanding of these key dates and in some cases the Leasecake staff has corrected some of our errors in their review and abstraction process. Wifi access in different places comes with certain glitches. For example, if I am working off another wifi that is not my own, sometimes certain tabs do not populate: Events, contacts, etc. 3. There should be a way to back up all the files and information by clicking one button and doing a bulk download. 4. It would be good to be able to quickly save down all files and information organized in a coherent manner every 6 months for archiving/governance. 5. Rental increase date should be identified under Lease tab. 6. Ended up creating an amortization table offline. It was more work to get leasecake up and running than to take care of the transactions manually. After the initial hiccup the process was smooth.
