"Handy tool!"

What do you like best?

Leanplum is one of the most recommended apps for delivering mobile campaigns and updates to the customers. It even lets you see the entire history of the campaign by showing what and whom were the messages sent to. The user data and segmentation are handled brilliantly by Leanplum and there are many different custom fields that you can segment on. The A/B testing capabilities are very good. What do you dislike?

It does not have a user-friendly interface and lots of training is required to use the app to its fullest. The web-based dashboard is hard to use. Its price is not limited o its website. A quote needs to be requested in order to know the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leanplum has been used in my firm for about a year and it works perfectly for us. The ability to send mass emails to all our users at one time which keeps them updated from everything is by far the best feature of the app. it is best for the people who works in marketing and could prove helpful in their campaigns. "A comprehensive tool, with a high learning cost"

What do you like best?

The fact that LeanPlum allows you to target customer communication across all channels: emails, push and in-app messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The fact that LeanPlum is hard to operate: it requires a high learning cost, and the skill is difficult to convert in your future career (unless you just become a LeanPlum specialist, which is an expensive and unlikely decision). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

LeanPlum has great customer support, which helps us define segments to reach the audiences we wish to reach. The downside for us is that LP is quite a complex tool, which slows down our campaign turnaround time (if we need to reach out to support to check with them how to solve tasks we wish to solve technically). It might take us up to a week to only figure out how we translate our campaign into the technical specs of LeanPlum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
