Lean Layer was hired to help our RevOps team with our team's capacity. As of part of this, they have directly helped me with two major projects, which has allowed me to spend time on other projects. Specifically, LeanLayer helped build the back-end logic in our commissions tools so that we could rollout the new FY plans and start to pay our sales members monthly (instead of quarterly). They took the time to dedicate to be an expert at the commissions tool we use and has successful helped roll the plans out each of the last two years. The second project was strategic planning on how we could merge our separate Professional Services opportunity type into our true Sales Opportunity Types.
