"Lean Layer Helps Make Our Tool Migrations Seamless"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Lean Layer has been incredibly helpful with integrating and migrating us from SalesLoft to Nooks, handling many of the necessary backend operations effectively. Their in-depth knowledge and experience give me confidence when I consult them, as I can trust their insights and recommendations. I appreciate how they come from a place of expertise and offer educated answers based on their experience. It's reassuring to rely on their ability to solve complex issues and build solutions that fit our needs. They are also honest about what they think are good or bad decisions, which is invaluable for making informed choices. Additionally, they're quick to respond and strive to complete tasks promptly. Lean Layer has the necessary manpower to handle transitions and setups that our small team could not manage alone, making them a vital asset during critical changes in tools. "Extending RevOps Without the Overhead: Lean Layer as a Force Multiplier"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Their ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions is what stands out most. They operate with a strong understanding of both RevOps strategy and day-to-day execution, which makes them highly effective partners.

They’re also incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Communicating directly via Slack made collaboration seamless and allowed us to move quickly on priorities without bottlenecks. They focus on building what’s needed now, without overengineering, while still setting us up for long-term success. That balance has been critical as we continue to evolve our partnerships motion. What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

At times, because they are so efficient and execution-focused, it can require us to be very clear upfront on prioritization and long-term vision to ensure we’re building toward the right future state. This isn’t a flaw as much as a function of moving quickly.

As we scale, we’ll likely need to complement their support with more internal ownership to drive strategic roadmap decisions, but Lean Layer has been an excellent foundation to get us there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent experience with engaging people"

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Michael and Vini! It was a pleasure connecting with Michael and Vini on a weekly basis, discussing the data needs of PCI and learning about PowerBI. During our time i was able to learn the mechanics of how PowerBI pulls through the data and how the tools can help present the data in different ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

I wish i had have more time with the team to help my own understanding of PowerBI. There are a lot of complexities with the system so i would have gained a better understanding if time had not been limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Completely changed our RevOps strategy"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Adam and the Lean Layer team understand RevOps and Salesforce architecture at a level that lets them design solutions instead of just executing tickets. They ask the right questions before building anything, communicate on a consistent weekly cadence, and turn work around fast. We extended their contract and increased monthly hours because the ROI was obvious. They have completely changed our RevOps strategy and made us more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Their expertise is in high demand, so during our busiest stretches we've had to plan work further in advance to make sure we had time on their calendar. That is more a sign of their reputation than a real drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Anita has been phenomenal to work with. She's extremely responsive on Slack, turns requests around quickly, and always brings thoughtful recommendations and best practices to the table. She feels like an extension of our team, is proactive with communication, and genuinely cares about helping us succeed. Her partnership has helped elevate our team's production, and she's been a pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Honestly, very little. If I had one suggestion, it would be to continue expanding the library of best practices and playbooks that we can easily reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Helpful and Skilled Partner for B2B Tech Sales and Business Development Orgs"

What do you like best about Lean Layer?

What I like best about Lean Layer is how proactive the team is. They keep things moving, make time when I need it, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Andy and Kristen also bring deep experience with B2B sales and business development teams. They know what works, what doesn't, and share practical insights from other companies they've worked with. That expertise has helped us move faster and make better decisions throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

There really isn't anything I dislike about LeanLayer. My experience has been consistently positive, and I haven't run into any issues or pain points worth calling out. The only thing I'd add is that I wish they were in-house on our team so I could spend more time working with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LeanLayer: The RevOps Partner We Didn’t Know We Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

What stands out most is LeanLayer’s ability to quickly diagnose our pain points and present practical, tested solutions with clear explanations and resources beyond just surface level implementation. Their team communicates clearly and keeps us updated at every stage. They’re not just executing tasks we feel like they’re genuinely invested in our success, acting as strategic partners rather than just consultants. Al and Gui have been some of the best partners we've worked with and have set the standard for what strategic partnerships and communication looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

Only thing I dislike is that it costs money :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A true extension of our team"
5/5
What do you like best about Lean Layer?

Claire, Moises, and the LL team act as a true extension of our team. They deeply learn our workflows and are able to make recommendations on builds that are best for us vs. blanket to the industry. In addition they listen to what we want to build + our ideas and are able to build those in an incredibly fast turnaround (while still having other clients) and even upleveling the workflows to ensure we're thinking through future proofing for growth we'll hit down the line vs. right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lean Layer?

There isn't much I dislike about LL, but continued focus on how our Rev Ops function has transformed over time while partnering with them is helpful as we scale. Or recommendations on how we should be building out the Rev Ops team to support their work will be helpful once we hit a point of needing additional team members to support their work internally.
