This was our main reason for starting with them, and they’ve delivered exceptional results on this front. Their auditing service has saved us both time and money by catching and filing claims for shipping delays and issues that we would have otherwise missed.
In addition to their claims service, they’ve gone above and beyond to help improve our customer experience. They built a customized tracking page for our customers, making it easy for them to view and track their shipments, and developed email templates that keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process. These features have added significant value to our business.

The out-of-the-box template for the tracking page we initially chose wasn’t the best fit for our needs.
