What do you like best about LateShipment.com?

What I appreciate most about LateShipment.com is that it allowed us to combine three separate tools into a single platform. Throughout the process, from the initial demo to going live, we received all the support we needed. What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?

What do you like best about LateShipment.com?

We are really loving LateShipment as our Return Portal Management system. It has made it so much more efficient for our returns. We can stipulate custom rules for each item. We can request photos of products and even offer downloadable Labels for customer returns! It is wonderful. I only wish that we had found this years ago! Processing returns is so simple now. Their customer service is also exceptional. We needed help during setup and even a few tweaks afterwards and they went out of their way to help us customize things to our needs. Great team. Daniel and the team have been fantastic partners for us in streamlining our returns and exchanges. They were incredibly hands on and strategic during our onboarding to make sure that LateShipment was setup and running the way we need it to be.

They've always been incredibly communicative with us via Slack and calls. If we have questions or issues, they are available to assist whether on Slack or a call.

What do you like best about LateShipment.com?

The biggest win for us since partnering with LateShipment.com has been the thousands of dollars they’ve recovered for us through claims filed with our carriers. This was our main reason for starting with them, and they’ve delivered exceptional results on this front. Their auditing service has saved us both time and money by catching and filing claims for shipping delays and issues that we would have otherwise missed.

In addition to their claims service, they’ve gone above and beyond to help improve our customer experience. They built a customized tracking page for our customers, making it easy for them to view and track their shipments, and developed email templates that keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process. These features have added significant value to our business.

The out-of-the-box template for the tracking page we initially chose wasn’t the best fit for our needs. However, the team was incredibly receptive to our feedback and worked closely with us to make the necessary adjustments. They listened to our concerns and created a customized solution that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for.
