We are really loving LateShipment as our Return Portal Management system. It has made it so much more efficient for our returns. We can stipulate custom rules for each item. We can request photos of products and even offer downloadable Labels for customer returns! It is wonderful. I only wish that we had found this years ago! Processing returns is so simple now. This was our main reason for starting with them, and they’ve delivered exceptional results on this front. Their auditing service has saved us both time and money by catching and filing claims for shipping delays and issues that we would have otherwise missed.

In addition to their claims service, they’ve gone above and beyond to help improve our customer experience. They built a customized tracking page for our customers, making it easy for them to view and track their shipments, and developed email templates that keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process. The out-of-the-box template for the tracking page we initially chose wasn’t the best fit for our needs. However, the team was incredibly receptive to our feedback and worked closely with us to make the necessary adjustments. They listened to our concerns and created a customized solution that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for.
