LateShipment.com makes it easy to track shipping issues and claim refunds for late or lost deliveries. I like how it automates the process, saves time, and helps recover costs that would otherwise be missed.

**What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?**

Sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit complex for new users, and certain reports may take time to load. A more simplified interface and faster report generation would make the experience even better.

**What do you like best about LateShipment.com?**

What I appreciate most about LateShipment.com is that it allowed us to combine three separate tools into a single platform. Throughout the process, from the initial demo to going live, we received all the support we needed. They also managed our integrations and set up workflow automations for shipping notifications and returns, which made the transition smooth and efficient.

**What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?**

Honestly, there are only positives I can think of with this platform. I just wish we’d discovered it earlier before spending thousands on other post-purchase tools that didn’t deliver.

**What problems is LateShipment.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us address several key challenges. With automated shipping alerts, we have managed to reduce our support volume by an impressive 50%. Processing returns has become much simpler, and our customers are very pleased with the improved experience. Our tracking pages now offer all the necessary updates, making it easy for customers to track multiple orders from a single page, which has solved a major issue for us. Our marketing and operations teams no longer have to juggle different tools to manage shipping and returns, streamlining our workflow. Additionally, we are now able to recover refunds from our carriers, money that we used to lose in the past.

We are really loving LateShipment as our Return Portal Management system. It has made it so much more efficient for our returns. We can stipulate custom rules for each item. We can request photos of products and even offer downloadable Labels for customer returns! It is wonderful. I only wish that we had found this years ago! Processing returns is so simple now. Their customer service is also exceptional. We needed help during setup and even a few tweaks afterwards and they went out of their way to help us customize things to our needs. Great team. **What do you like best about LateShipment.com?**

Their ability to understand what our business requires and the level of reporting that we need to make insightful decisions and their team orientated approach to work with other members of our team on a regular basis makes it very easy for us to continue to work with Lateshipment.com on a continuous basis.

**What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?**

Initially it took a couple of attempts for an employee to understand what our requirements were but this was then handled by another colleague who was able to assist.

**What problems is LateShipment.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lateshipment tracks all of our parcels with various couriers and they contact the couriers on our behalf to ask for our credits for items lost in transit and damaged in transit. 

When we were completing this in house with our own employee we would receive approximately £40-£50 per calender month in credits from the courier, within a year of Lateshipment working alongside our organisation we are now receiving on average £360 - £480 per calender month. The increase in credits will ensure that we will continue to work with Lateshipment.com in the future. The financial benefit in credits from the courier is more then we expected and the the time saving in our employee is also a major benefit for our business. 

We expect our credits to increase further as our sales increase.

Daniel and the team have been fantastic partners for us in streamlining our returns and exchanges. They were incredibly hands on and strategic during our onboarding to make sure that LateShipment was setup and running the way we need it to be. 

They've always been incredibly communicative with us via Slack and calls. If we have questions or issues, they are available to assist whether on Slack or a call.

Great product, great customer service - looking forward to partnering with them for a long time!

**What do you like best about LateShipment.com?**

The biggest win for us since partnering with LateShipment.com has been the thousands of dollars they’ve recovered for us through claims filed with our carriers. This was our main reason for starting with them, and they’ve delivered exceptional results on this front. Their auditing service has saved us both time and money by catching and filing claims for shipping delays and issues that we would have otherwise missed.

In addition to their claims service, they’ve gone above and beyond to help improve our customer experience. They built a customized tracking page for our customers, making it easy for them to view and track their shipments, and developed email templates that keep our customers informed throughout the shipping process. These features have added significant value to our business.

LateShipment.com has proven to be a great and valuable partner. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

**What do you dislike about LateShipment.com?**

The out-of-the-box template for the tracking page we initially chose wasn’t the best fit for our needs. However, the team was incredibly receptive to our feedback and worked closely with us to make the necessary adjustments. They listened to our concerns and created a customized solution that aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. While the default template wasn’t ideal, their willingness to collaborate and tailor the solution more than made up for it.
