**What do you like best about LASSO?**

What I like most about Shoflo is how clearly it organizes complex live events into a single operational view. It gives our entire production team — show caller, playback, lighting, audio, graphics, and stage management — a shared language during rehearsals and live execution. The platform is especially strong for cue sequencing and real-time collaboration, and it has become an essential part of how we run large corporate general sessions and leadership events. I also appreciate how flexible it is; we’ve been able to adapt our cueing style and workflows over time without fighting the software.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

One challenge with Shoflo has been onboarding crew members who are not already familiar with the platform. On larger freelance-heavy productions, there can sometimes be a learning curve for operators who are used to more traditional cue sheets or PDFs. That said, I’ve noticed adoption improving significantly over the last few years, especially in the corporate event world, and more crew members are arriving already comfortable working inside Shoflo.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Shoflo solves one of the biggest challenges in live production: keeping multiple departments aligned in real time during complex events. Instead of relying on disconnected documents, printed cue sheets, or verbal updates, it gives the entire production team a centralized, live-updating run of show. That improves communication between show calling, playback, lighting, audio, graphics, and stage management, while reducing missed cues and last-minute confusion. The biggest benefit is operational clarity — everyone is working from the same information, which makes rehearsals more efficient and live shows more reliable.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

What I like most about LASSO is how user-friendly it is. It’s easy for everyone to navigate without a steep learning curve. Creating and managing events feels straightforward and efficient, which saves a lot of time when putting schedules together. I also really appreciate that employees can enter and choose their own availability, making scheduling more accurate and flexible while cutting down on back-and-forth coordination. Overall, it supports a smooth, organized process that works well for both managers and staff.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

While LASSO is flexible overall, it doesn’t always fit perfectly with the unique needs of our industry. Certain workflows or scheduling nuances require workarounds, which can add extra steps or limit how seamlessly we’re able to use the system in specific situations.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LASSO is solving several key scheduling and event management challenges for us, especially considering that prior to using LASSO, we did not have a dedicated scheduling platform in place.

Before LASSO, scheduling was handled manually and required a lot of back-and-forth communication, which made it time-consuming and more prone to errors or miscommunication. Now, with LASSO, we have a centralized system that streamlines the entire process.

One of the biggest improvements is the ability for employees to input and manage their own availability, which has greatly reduced scheduling conflicts and made shift planning much more efficient. It also makes it much easier to build and manage events in one place, keeping everything organized and accessible.

Overall, LASSO has helped us move from a manual, fragmented process to a more structured and efficient system. It has saved time, improved accuracy, and made scheduling much smoother for both staff and management.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

We use LASSO to manage our ambassador network across both large and small scale events, and the biggest value for us is having everything in one place. Instead of using multiple tools, we can build schedules, communicate with staff, manage different programs, and now even handle payroll all within the same platform.

Scheduling has been a big time saver. We can assign shifts quickly, make updates in real time, and keep everything organized across multiple programs without all the back and forth. The messaging feature is also really helpful, especially during live events when we need to get updates out quickly.

Another standout has been the support. Our Customer Solutions Manager is very responsive and really listens to our feedback. She consistently advocates for improvements and new features that help us run our operations more efficiently.

Overall, LASSO has helped us stay organized, save time, and manage our events more smoothly.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Over the past year, it seems like more focus has shifted toward the production side, specifically gear and inventory management. While those features may be valuable for other teams, they don’t really apply to how we use LASSO.

We’ve seen the most value in the scheduling, crewing, and communication tools, so we’re hopeful those core features continue to be prioritized and enhanced. That’s really where the platform makes the biggest impact for our team.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LASSO solves a lot of the manual coordination that can slow operations down, especially when it came to scheduling and managing staff across multiple programs. Before using LASSO, we relied heavily on Excel / Email communication for scheduling, which quickly became hard to manage and time-consuming to update.

Now everything lives in one place. We can build schedules, make fast changes, and keep our team easily informed.  This has reduced errors, improved visibility across programs, and saved us a significant amount of time each week.

It also helps streamline communication and payroll, so we’re not piecing together different systems. Overall, it’s made our workflow much more efficient and scalable.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

The best thing about LASSO is how it brings an elegant solution to a difficult and time consuming task within the industry - Labor Management.  I've never seen another tool that helps track schedules, payroll, and crew databases in such a user friendly and sleek way.

Being able to search for crew that fit specific roles on a tour, rather than scrolling through my contacts list and trying to remember who has skills in what discipline is a huge game changer.

I'm able to search for crew that haven't been vetted, all the way up to ones that have been onboarded and paid by us - and have relevant information on pay and skills at the click of a button saves brain power that can better be utilized on other tasks.  

Lastly, I believe LASSO has an incredible team. They are always happy willing to jump on a call to discuss ways to uniquely and creatively figure out solutions to issues within our business - and with how different every business operates within the industry it is no small task. They also are ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation, their new AI intelligence system is going to streamline workflows, both in ways I can contemplate and in ways I haven't even thought of yet.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Our business operates in many countries, with various types of currency. Ideally, I'd like to see LASSO be able to utilize multi-currency on a system level - this would be a huge time saver in our business operations when it comes to quoting and potentially with pay roll as well.

I would like to see some improvements on how per diems are handled, an solution built into the scheduler itself instead of tying it to the travel section would be helpful for concert touring events.

Retainer calculations being handled on the scheduling side, rather than a custom payroll script.  This would allow us to more accurately compare pricing with our quoting tool, and be able to fully utilize the PO and Labor Agreement functionality with accurate numbers right out of the gate.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously at my company, we used excel spreadsheets to track crew info, tour scheduling, crew assignments, and payroll.  LASSO has streamlined every aspect of that.  

Having crew info easily updatable and searchable within the database is a huge time saver, as well as having the crew pay rates/pricing data available to run analysis on.  This allows use to competitively price our crew rates to our clients, ensuring we get the best crew at the best cost to them, and keeping their business for many years.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

My favorite thing about LASSO is how easy it is to create schedules and check availability of freelancers. I also love how easy it is to get in touch with a representative when I need help with something or am experiencing a problem. Pages load quickly, making it efficient for me to do my job.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Some things in LASSO require a ton of button clicks. Additionally, I wish the onboarding/signature module worked a little bit better to get freelancers onboarded with our company. In the future, I would love to see integration with QuickBooks and similar programs so payroll can be easier for our accounting team, as we are currently working in three different programs to get people paid. I would also love if we could get a better timesheet/time tracking system so we can do everything within LASSO instead of using different programs for every facet of our shows.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LASSO makes it quick and easy to see freelancers' availability within the organization, so I can easily check to see if I can request them for a show. This benefits me because I don't have to send out a million emails asking a million people to check their availability, and I also don't have to keep track of tons of different calendars.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

Lasso has helps me navigate my day to day scheduling with ease, as a labour coordinator, it keep everything in one place and very well organized. Its saves me time and keeps things paperless. I'm able to see everything from projected margins to travel details with only a few clicks. It performs well and manages a heavy schedule well. Lasso support has been top notch for us. From the start they patiently took the time to walk us through every details and constantly work with us to make tweaks that better how lasso benefits us.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

There isn’t much I don’t like about Lasso. If I had to choose something, I’d say that some smaller features we don’t use can’t be turned off, and they can end up cluttering our usable scheduling space. There are also a few minor punch-in/punch-out functions that we’re still working with Lasso to sort out.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lasso is actively working to resolve the punch-in/punch-out issues we’ve had. This should benefit our on-site team and save them time on timekeeping.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

Lasso is great in terms of communicating with the crew, the scheduling is pretty straightforward and easy to use as well. My company is new to the invoicing side of Lasso but so far, it's been great.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

The only issue I've had is adjusting the dates of a job. The options are clear schedule or map schedule. Clear schedule isn't an issue on smaller jobs but is not ideal for larger jobs. The map schedule option works some of the time but if the dates are added or removed, the schedule jumps to a different date. It's ideal for shifting days but not ideal for adding or taking them away (which happens more often that shifting dates for me).

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly communication with staff about scheduling and job details so far but we will soon be using Lasso as a one stop shop where we can also bill and build gear orders which is obviously helpful in terms of streamlining everything we do.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I really appreciate being able to book multiple shows happening at the same time with our labor force. I’ve also had great customer support, both while learning how to use the platform and whenever I’ve run into bugs or errors.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Certain things, like the fact that there originally wasn’t an ability to insert labor purchase orders (which has been fixed), stood out early on. The initial setup was also a little tedious, and sales tax calculation and management across quoting could be challenging. Overall, I’m quite pleased with LASSO’s willingness to hear us out on our issues and then address them, either through a product update or a workaround.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During peak season, when we have multiple events happening at the same time, LASSO has made it much easier to book our crew without having to outsource ANY labor. Before using it, we often had to subrent labor through various rival companies just to meet our clients’ needs. With LASSO, we can keep staffing in-house, which helps us control the quality of the work more effectively and has also improved our profitability.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I use LASSO for scheduling, and it helps us keep records of our crew all in one place, pull data on our stats, and manage a calendar for all shifts and crew assignments. I appreciate its great UI, as it is clean and simple, which allows even the most technologically challenged crew to schedule with ease and clock in/out without issues. I value the friendly company that's always looking to help. LASSO's features like Schedule+, pulling datasets, looking at reports, and using signature packets make it easier to build shifts, pull data, and integrate the crew into the system.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I think there's some focus on building things that don't necessarily help my company as much - such as inventory and quotes. I'd prefer some work on attaching files to shifts and some improved communications and more advanced features for datasets/reporting.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LASSO helps us keep crew records in one place, pull data on stats, and manage shift calendars. The UI is clean and simple, making scheduling and timekeeping easy. Features like Schedule+ and report pulling simplify shift building and data access.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

LASSO is by far the best way to manage event labor.  It compiles all of the data into a single spot and allows for easy communication, finding out who is available, and booking.  It also brings in other systems together like inventory, project management, quoting, and travel so you have a one stop shop for all your event needs.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

LASSO needs to build out their API to get all of the data to all of the places and to better analyze the data in different ways.  LASSO does a good job of giving you access to the data for most of the ways we need but with AI we are inventing new things to do with the data in all aspects and parts of events that LASSO simply doesn't do.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LASSO has made managing labor and communicating with, booking, confirming rates, work schedules, and running the reports to look for improvements on crew utilization for example or rating history.  Labor is the number one thing on events that will make them successful, mediocre or fail.  LASSO is allowing us to manage and track that.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

While it took some time to get use to from our previous software, I enjoy the ease of use, and I also really enjoy how they are consistently working on improvements. The support from our rep is great.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I wish there was a way to make a deposit invoice for a certain dollar value instead of just a percentage. I also wish there was a slightly different dashboard look on the office management/billing side. I wish when you reviewed all events, there was a way to toggle on "invoice" "total" or something along those lines for certain users.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use lasso for job builds and billing for clients. I feel like the ease of use is very helpful in both of these areas. We do not use quickbooks much for billing, but i do like how the system integrates with quickbooks when an invoice is sent out that way.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

The ability to call a show is paramount to delivering a high quality production.  We're able to work efficiently as a team and anticipate the next call in each part of the show.  Our audio engineers love it since we are able to add a headshot of the speaker and their mic assignments allowing for easy muting and unmuting.  Lighting knows their cues and I can see where we are at any given time with the timer run.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

We love Rundown/ShoFlo and the team has always worked well with us to get through any challenges.  I don't have a dislike at all.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rundown/ShoFlo has allowed us to put together everything that will go into event show calling ahead of time to anticipate any needs or potential challenges we may face.  The ability to line up all of our assets, call outs and notes in one place that works as our timer is paramount to running a seamless show.

Customer Support!!! The team at LASSO has a very concierge-style approach, tailoring the platform to its clients’ needs and wants. This makes an already performance ready tool very adaptable.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Very few overall "dislikes". While there have been things that created difficulty, the customer support team and R&D staff ironed most of them out prior to the completion of our onboarding. Once we made the integration commitment, the LASSO team gave a full focused effort to getting our team trained and up and running!! The exciting part is that the platform is being bettered everyday.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Costs have been reduced because we can more clearly define the inventory that needs to be “quick turned” from one job to the next, which helps keep materials moving without confusion. This also allows our team’s efforts to be focused where they matter most—at the production and operations levels.

Not only is the platform easy to use, but their customer service is great, too. They’re very responsive and always ask how they can improve, and they actually use our feedback to make changes to the platform, which I really appreciate.

Overall, there isn’t much I don’t love about Lasso. We were having some issues with the scheduling, but support listened, corrected the problem, and made it much faster and more efficient for the way we use it.

For us, we use it mainly for scheduling and payroll. It lets us keep our entire database, along with analytics, all in one place. It also eliminates the archaic way of using email and Excel to schedule and communicate. Now all of that happens on one platform, and it feeds directly into paying our crew. It’s great!

Lasso consistently demonstrates a strong understanding of our industry through the way they develop their software solutions. Their platform has helped us streamline and automate many processes that were previously handled manually, which has noticeably improved our efficiency. They are also highly responsive to customer feedback and genuinely take our suggestions into account when considering future enhancements.

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything. In the past, enhancements to the software were somewhat limited, but over the last 1.5 years we’ve seen a real surge in progress, which is always necessary to keep up with technology advancements.

They consistently introduce new solutions that enable us to accomplish more in less time. This capability is crucial for our operations, especially given the volume of shows and resources we manage on a national scale.

I like how Lasso lets me, as the labor supervisor, organize our events and keep track of historical data for our entire crew.

Sadly, I wish not every feature required an additional payment, but I understand it from the software perspective.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with time management and transparency, especially when I’m coordinating with a team outside the office. It also lets us expand our knowledge and keep communication concise, even when the weeks are packed with events. I also appreciate that when I first started booking labor for our company, everything ran through an Excel spreadsheet; this gives us a reliable contingency by ensuring I can track who is assigned to each event while also knowing they have the exact same information on their end.

Lasso allows us to have one centralized location for onboarding and crewing freelance techs.  It eliminates the communication breakdowns of emailing, texting, or calling techs when opportunities arise.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

My frustration with Lasso is that new features are often rolled out with the perception that they haven't been fully developed or tested by the typical customer.  Additionally, I feel like Lasso focuses on rolling out new features instead of perfecting the existing ones.  The portal where customers can submit product improvement ideas is wonderful, but there continues to be a long list of improvements needed.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lasso allows us to invite multiple techs at once when an opportunity arises.  It is much more efficient to be able to send invites that way as opposed to individually emailing, texting, or calling techs.

I like that Lasso keeps everything in one place, from scheduling and quoting to crew rosters. I also like the integration with the Lasso app for the crew.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Lasso can be difficult when it comes to quoting out gear and applying markups. I’m currently working with our Lasso rep to get this issue resolved. Aside from that, I do wish the Lasso app were better suited for the admin team, or that there were a separate employee app that works more like the web browser version.

Lasso is saving us a lot of time with inventory, especially when it comes to quoting out gear while simultaneously creating pull lists. It’s also made communication between me and our warehouse manager smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I really like that Lasso listens to us. They speak our language and if they don’t understand what we want, they ask us. Their communication and customer service are just invaluable. The initial setup was the easiest we've experienced. They handled most of the setup, customized the imported information, and caught things we missed. Their ability to make a product that works better for us and their proactive advice is fantastic. Plus, I love how Lasso gives us insights and makes us feel in control.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Right now, we just have small things that are not working well for us with Lasso. And it has to do with non serialized items and consumable items. The system seems to be built as a preference towards serialized items, which we understand. It's just a major lift to be able to serialize everything in the warehouse down to the smallest cable or adapter. So for us being able to manage both those sides of the warehouse, is something that we struggle with.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LASSO to streamline inventory and payroll management. It replaced products that didn't meet our needs or enable reliable inventory handling. LASSO acts as our business management backbone, seamlessly integrating with tools like HubSpot and QuickBooks.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I use LASSO for inventory management in our AV company, and its scanning system is a great help. The ability to scan items with just one barcode makes the packing and returning process seamless. I find the unlocked container feature extremely useful for building kits, as it allows for scanning all constituent and related items with one barcode, saving a lot of time. Implementing the kit and unlocked container situation has been easy. LASSO has also improved its scanning speed, as it was a previous issue but no longer a problem.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I don't like how LASSO doesn't save display settings. For instance, I work in the warehouse, so profit margin isn't useful to me. I hide it from my column view, but unfortunately, that preference isn't saved when I sign in next time. It would be great if the columns that are hidden could be saved or if there could be a preset view ready to go. Another issue is with returning kits and unlocked containers. Swipeclock eliminates the need for me to ask someone about their worked hours for accurate billing as employees can log their times and I can access the information without wasting time waiting for responses.

There are a ton of bugs in the program. Inventory transfers don't work properly, which is a major deal-breaking problem for our company. Tons of features feel neglected in favor of new paid add-ons, and the company's prioritization of features and overall functionality feels backwards. I can't add in sales tax rates without being strongarmed into using Avalara. There's no dedicated trucking logistics platform, and everything transportation works as a crew member creating issues and confusion with clients. LASSO has a long way to go to be actually useful for a company like ours that operates more than just as a single brick-and-mortar location. The initial setup of inventory was not easy at all; during the migration process, weights of inventory changed or were lost, which was burdensome and time-consuming for our logistics inventory manager.

There is also a noticeable lack of consistency across the platform. Filter options vary from page to page, and different areas feel as though they were built in isolation, with little cross-functional coordination. This inconsistency increases the learning curve and reduces day-to-day efficiency.

A number of features that teams depend on do not work as expected. Multi-warehouse transfers are a prominent example, but the issue extends to the logistics spoke, event schedule page, document library, and others. The cumulative effect is a growing list of workarounds that add friction to daily operations rather than alleviating it.

Equipment availability tracking remains a challenge. Several tedious workarounds are required to manage multi-warehouse equipment movement, and there is growing concern across the team that this will become a significant problem heading into our busiest season.

From a team cohesion standpoint, LASSO has created more separation than alignment. Sales, logistics, and warehouse functions feel siloed from one another, and visibility into equipment availability remains a persistent challenge.

There is no admin hub or account status page. Tracking deployed crew members — for instance, to monitor costs tied to platform usage — requires repurposing a report not designed for that purpose. Determining available seats for a billable feature requires contacting LASSO support directly. These gaps place an unnecessary burden on administrators.

I could go on but overall, LASSO feels like an unfinished product. While development is ongoing, it is difficult to feel confident in the platform's direction when critical, foundational functionality continues to be deprioritized or overlooked.

The Inventory system is detailed and easy to operate! The Loop makes it easy to find information needed in many different ways when you have questions. If you can not find what you are looking for the staff at Lasso are always available to answer questions. 

The crew at Lasso made the integration easy, and although it took some time on our end as we didn't have have any sort of inventory system prior to lasso, the staff was friendly, helpful and Patient. 

We love how lasso has streamlined our warehouse operations and provided us with piece of mind post show, making sure all of our gear is back in the warehouse.

There can be a bit of a learning curve, but you would get this with any new software. We found that learning the software easier with all of the tools provided, and help from the onboarding team. 

I do find the invoicing portion of the software to be leaving something to be desired. My understanding that this is something that is being worked on and will be improved in the future.

I love the customization in building quotes with LASSO. I've created templates out of my proposals that I used to make in MS Word, and now I can do this a lot faster and have it all compiled into one PDF. The templates being saved for creating quotes streamlines the process, allowing me to input the necessary information without having to start from scratch. I also appreciate that the end result is a single file that's easy to share with clients. Additionally, the ease of scheduling and the user-friendly GUI are aspects that appealed to me.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I know our warehouse team struggles a lot with substituting gear and scanning gear for shows. It's frustrating that once a quote is signed, anyone can go in and change the Gear and Schedule+ spokes, which then later shows up on the invoice but now it's all wrong because it's different than what was signed for. But the warehouse techs and PMs didn't realize this, but it was the easier way for them to substitute gear at first. So now we have to keep a strict eye on everything and make sure nothing gets accidentally changed. Where the Orders show up in the Gear spoke does not make it obvious when there are multiple orders, so those have gotten missed in the warehouse. None of the lists for suggested items for gear are alphabetized so it's hard to find anything on them. Oh, and currently the reporting feature is messed up so I can't do forecasting reports. It seems like there are a LOT of bugs that were not worked out or field tested before releasing this product. If we knew what we would go through with this software and all the lost time and productivity it has cost us, we would not have bought into it. Our initial setup with Lasso was terrible.

I wish the invoicing was as customizable and save-able as the quoting. That's the biggest issue. In general, there are lots of small problems and inconveniences we have run into, or features that exist but are difficult to find. Moving from scratch into the system was a little complicated, as we decided what exactly we wanted to integrate and how. My favorite thing about LASSO is the scheduling aspect. It reminds me a lot of a spreadsheet which I'm used to navigating so it's pretty user friendly in that regards as an admin/coordinator. I like how it's event based so I can create the project and schedule crew from there. I do like the feature that crew is able to accept or decline a gig for each project sent out.

I'm not able to see certain past records unless I reach out to our CSM. The payroll side of LASSO is my least favorite as I touch on it very heavily and most of my time aside from scheduling is inputting info on crew timesheets as not a lot it automated and I have to input a lot on my side. I also wish that online time keeping and LASSO talk to each other more seemlessly so I don't have to do too much admin/payroll work.

I love how labor and inventory are all in the same tab, making it easy to see everything for each event in one window. LASSO helps us quickly find the right labor by having a nice pool of freelancers in our system, making labor scheduling much easier. I also love that we can keep information on each freelancer to know their skills or what tasks they should avoid. The inventory management has definitely improved and excelled since it launched, and the integration of labor coordinating makes it easier for my team to see what's going on. Additionally, using LASSO for all of our barcoding, creating quotes that then become packing lists, is quite nice. The customer support is great, with our CSM always available to answer questions and provide assistance.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Inventory is very tricky because there are so many different variables that could happen. LASSO has a good framework that works for a lot of situations, but there are definitely some unique situations that it doesn't work well with. For example, if I want to add on a truck to my event, I actually have to make an inventory item and add all the miles and all that. I feel like it should be in the trucking section with a way to select which vehicle in my arsenal I want. Also, having multiple items in one case, like four LECOs in one case—if I only want to send out two LECOs, we're having a hard time figuring out how to tell the warehouse to pack four LECOs but only bill for two, and that's a challenge.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I use LASSO to quote events, schedule equipment, and schedule labor. I appreciate having everything in one place instead of using multiple software platforms, and I can easily switch between different areas without leaving the platform. I like that I can see all aspects of the show from financials to the pack status, and making changes is painless. I really enjoy being able to push information like room diagrams and instruction maps from LASSO to the mobile app for the guys in the field. This allows me to send schedule changes or diagram updates within minutes, keeping the crew up to date. I can also send a manifest so they can verify what has been shipped and if another shipment is needed. The ability to see profit margins helps me determine how profitable a show may be. Setting it up was very easy with the help of our representative.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I would personally like to see the report section easier to read and more customizable

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use LASSO to keep everything organized on one platform and quickly switch tasks. It enables sharing updates with the crew efficiently and helps in assessing profit margins, improving our workflow and decision-making.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I use LASSO to build schedules and handle staffing needs for events. I appreciate how it keeps everything in one place and helps us track events that are filled or need more staff. The thing I like most about LASSO is the rating feature. It helps us keep track of which staff are really excelling and could do more work with us. This feature also helps us review staff and see their strengths for better use in future events. My integration of LASSO was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

I would love to see a two way messaging feature added so staff can communicate directly with us for an event.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

I find it incredibly helpful to visually see crew availability and schedule accordingly with LASSO. Keeping all crew info on one platform is also a big plus for me. Visually, the schedules are very easy to read, and interacting with the interface is straightforward. I also enjoy that building out projects and schedules is very user-friendly. Plus,  getting trained on LASSO was easy to learn and understand, especially with the help from Stephanie.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Pulling accurate reports with actual hours vs scheduled can be a problem. I would love to see crew's clock-ins and clock-outs updating on the schedule in real-time for more accurate reports. Also, opening a new tab with every click can be excessive.

I can visually see crew availability and schedule accordingly. Keeping all crew info on one platform is helpful. It's easy to read the schedules and interact with the interface.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

The biggest benefit is how it helps streamline booking and coordinating labor as well as communicating with them. Giving us the ability to eliminate spreadsheets to track booking and mass emails has helped my team save so much time in the pre-pro process.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

The mobile features for users is fairly limited in terms of what managers and directors can do. 
There are a few elements of the platform that don't provide very much function and so are not very useful (i.e. logistics)

It helps us improve a tedious and convoluted system for quoting shows and scheduling crew. It also has helped streamline booking travel for all labor.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

The labor coordination, communication, and scheduling are the best parts of the software. It makes it really easy to update and share call times, and to send important show documents to whoever needs access to them.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

It seems that some features are missing, including quote templates and pull sheets.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We set up an API from our CRM to Lasso, so whenever a project reaches a certain stage in the sales process, it automatically creates the event in Lasso and triggers it to be quoted. From there, project management lists and communication can all be handled in one place, along with inventory, pull sheets, and scheduling.

**What do you like best about LASSO?**

Lasso has allowed us to keep all of our information in one place. We use it to schedule our techs, book their travel, and run their payroll. Having everything centralized makes our work more efficient and helps streamline our day-to-day tasks.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Sometimes new features are rolled out in the community, and those of us who don’t participate there often don’t hear about them. It would be helpful to receive email notifications when new features are released.

**What problems is LASSO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lasso is always working with their clients’ ideas and suggestions to improve the platform and make it work better and more efficiently. The level of personalized customer service our company receives makes us feel heard, and it’s clear that our suggestions are taken seriously. Before Lasso the company was working in individualized spreadsheets which cause double booking techs and missing information.

Innovated momentum in connecting sales, project management, crewing, and warehouse ops. The support and onboarding is very responsive as well.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

It's a little buggy. The UI is a little unorganized and looks like it was built in segments. It's a little too skewed towards operations and not as responsive in sales forward aspect. There are many more automations that could be done to connect the dots especially for project management and an AR/AP process.

We need a deeper set of tools for crewing and for developing our own roster of technicians.

The crew scheduling is outstanding.  The quote building functions are also very good.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

Inventory. Scanning. Multi-warehouse.  I feel like you went live with the inventory module long before it was fully developed, a process that is quite clearly not even close to being done yet.  The list of issues we are having is extensive, and we feel that you are spending way too much time throwing out new features instead of fixing the fundamental issues with the platform.  Our warehouse team HATES using Lasso for scanning and making substitutions.  Please, please, please stop making new features and fix the laundry list of issues with basic functionality.

Having scheduling integrated into the platform has made crew calls significantly more efficient.

Lasso helps me save time and communicate effectively with our whole team. Everything is in one place, from communication and time tracking to last-minute changes. All the guys can go to one place and get all the details they need to succeed for our client.

The way we’ve been using time tracking is a bit quirky, and there isn’t an admin option on the cellphone app.

Lasso has been wonderful for helping us get implemented and for problem-solving as we continue to work out our systems and processes while we grow.

**What do you dislike about LASSO?**

They’re moving so fast that it’s hard to keep up with the turnaround of new features, which can lead to hidden bugs or issues and has caused some delays on our end.

Streamlining our work processes by highlighting gaps in our existing systems and showing us how to better integrate previously siloed departments, so we can communicate more clearly, faster, and with less friction.
