What I dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS is that the call quality can sometimes be inconsistent, especially when I’m on a weaker internet connection. I also find the interface for managing SMS templates could be a bit more intuitive and easier to navigate. Aside from those issues, it’s a solid tool overall. Kixie have a suite of features that make cold calling more effective.

- Parallel Dialler

- Local presence (my cold calls look like they're coming from a local number, to prospects)

- AI to help avoid listening to voicemails

And good integration with CRM etc.

Kixie works great with HubSpot. The integration is seamless, and all calls and texts are logged with plenty of detail. Super helpful for keeping track of sales activity and monitoring acquisitions. Makes the whole process a lot smoother and organizational feedback was very positive post deployment. Essentially an easy plugin with HubSpot. Dashboard configuration made implementation very straightforward - no fuss. Kixie Powercall is always evolving to keep up with your company needs even as your company grows. EASY. With all the training I have had to do with new employees, Kixie is not one that takes much of my effort and time.

If you need support even for the simplest question, their customer support is prepared.
