I like the BN platform as it allows the florist to completely customize their online presence. They are NOT order gatherers, but rather proponents of your business and industry. **What do you dislike about BloomNation?** Bugs in the system arent addressed, but rather put on the back burner.. IE Cross sell issues, no cut off for weekends, etc Dislike the high credit card processing fees **Recommendations to others considering BloomNation:** I know you're afaid of change.. i was too.. I was converting at 14% with lovingly.. However, sometimes you have to take a step back to go 5 steps forward... its what i did and i havent regretted it for a second **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is that myself along with the help of BN and their team, I've become completely independent and free of the wire services. We have a beautiful, clean site with custom arrangements unique to only us. People cannot google our arrangements and find the same ones on anyone else website. They have a team of SEO experts that work very hard to ensure your site ranks high in Google and other search engines. ### 3. Our site stands out against the wire service sites and we can showcase our own work. It's easy to use and the tech support we get is great. **What do you dislike about BloomNation?** I wish they had a POS system. I would love to be free of the wire services. **Recommendations to others considering BloomNation:** Our average order has increased, our website looks so much better, their staff is very friendly and accommodating and we've seen an increase in new customers. **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can easily add or take off pictures. We have a photographer come in a few times a year to take photos of our seasonal arrangements. Then we add them to our site as needed. During the pandemic we changed our site up constantly as product became available or sold out. We used photos we took with our phones and they still looked good. ### 4. I don’t have to wait for someone to upload photos for me or change prices or take down arrangements that aren’t available. I can do it myself quickly. The site is easy to use and I can customize it. I can also feature weddings and events. Our profits have increased tremendously when we switched to Bloomnation. **What do you dislike about BloomNation?** Would be great if more florists signed up so we can send more orders for customers. When we have, it’s worked out great. **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need drop down menus in cross sells to offer more products. My online business has consistently gone up over the past 2 years. **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to get more information about the retail space of our shop onto our website. ### 6. The site is VERY easy to navigate. My customer service is just great! **What do you dislike about BloomNation?** The POS system we use (FAS) is not integrated with bloomnation so we have to manually enter every order. The Fee's feel a bit high & would like social media marketing included in fee's paid. **Recommendations to others considering BloomNation:** Push for integration with whatever software POS you are using **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting to a younger-millennial audience. What a great way to send thoughtful, beautiful gifts! Also the customer service is wonderful. They'll make sure your delivery is going to the right place. They don't take any guesses. They want to make sure everything with your order is correct. It's also an easy site to navigate. You can search by location, type of flower, occasion, etc. It's great to see recommended bouquets for different occasions if you're like me and don't always know where to start. **What do you dislike about BloomNation?** There aren't deliveries in every place yet. When they can't deliver where I want or need, it's pretty disappointing. Especially when you consider where you're sending to be in a developed area with florists. Hopefully they expand. These can also get to be pretty pricey. Some of the bouquets will almost make your jaw drop with how expensive they are. I wish they'd say why something is so expensive. **Recommendations to others considering BloomNation:** Check if your desired cities are available before you start perusing the selections. Other than that, enjoy what they have to offer! They have got some stunning arrangements. Some ARE on the pricey side a little bit, but when you pull from so many different florists, that's bound to happen. **What problems is BloomNation solving and how is that benefiting you?** BloomNation offers such a wide range of products that sending a gift to show appreciation has been so easy and fast.
