What do you like best about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

Lack of customer service and no human help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kixie PowerCall & SMS?

I’ve had five Kixie accounts for years, and the service was initially great. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a complete disaster.

First, SMS texting suddenly stopped working. Kixie claimed they had emailed us about the 10DLC requirements, but no one on our team received those emails—not in our inboxes or spam folders.

A few days later, our numbers also stopped receiving two-factor authentication codes from multiple services. This locked me out of several vital business accounts and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

Despite the seriousness of the problem, I could not reach a real person or get any meaningful assistance. All I received was a ticket number and generic messages saying they were “working on it.”

We spend approximately $5,000 for five seats. At that price, this level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When Kixie works, it works well—but when something goes wrong, you may be left without support while your business suffers the consequences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Radek Lord of Kixie PowerCall & SMS

Brian, thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and please accept our apologies for the disruption.

We completely understand how frustrating this has been for you and your team, and this is not the experience we want you to have.

What you ran into is part of a platform upgrade we are making to improve call quality and connection reliability, and we are working closely with our carrier partners to resolve the remaining issues as quickly as we can. How this was handled on our side was a process breakdown, and we own that.

Our Head of Customer Success is reaching out to you directly and will be happy to walk through the full timeline with you and make sure everything is working. You can also reach us anytime at leadership@kixie.com.

Thank you for the years you have been with Kixie, and thank you for your patience.
