Kixie has completely changed the game for me when it comes to cold calling. It’s hands-down the best tool I’ve ever used. The ability to automatically match the area code to the place I'm calling is amazing—my pickup rate went through the roof! It doesn't seem like it is fully integrated into our CRM yet, so I when I enter disposition notes on the Kixie PowerCall dialer screen, they don't integrate into our CRM system. It also doesn't seem like our SMS outgoing texts are going through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only use the PowerCalling aspect, and not the SMS; but I like the fact that I can dial from local numbers to increase my contact rate, and that most don't show up as spam. I use this all day every day for about 10-12 hours a day. It integrates seamlessly and easily to my CRM, is easy to use, and their customer service is quick.
